They stated the crew "was just down the street and would be there shortly". I responded by telling them they were fired. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee which means they will just keep sending people to your home to not clean it again.

I was sent a confirmation of our service for the week and when no one showed they respond hours later that they were no longer servicing.
