At 5:30 pm I received a call but missed it because I was upstairs cleaning a bathroom myself. They stated the crew "was just down the street and would be there shortly". I responded by telling them they were fired. My husband and I had paid tickets to an event that night. Because of their lack of updates and no phone calls until too late, I had to cancel my attendance at great cost to me and my husband went alone while I cleaned my house.
