Learned this first hand while on site at my own home (pertaining to the general manager). Very unimpressed. You can see from the videos and photos what I am referring to. There are many options out there these days, and unfortunately this coming has gotten too comfortable and is lacking craftsmanship and integrity. I would avoid them.
