Angels. Literally Angels. We had another company come for just a standard clean, no major issues. We had 2 stains and that is it. When they left we suddenly had several and when they came back to fix what they did, we had even more. I was devastated as our carpets were hardly a year old and our home is just our second home so we are hardly there! Cody reassured us he could reverse the damage caused by the other company and he truly did. I will upload two photos so you can see the difference. I want to add that we just got that area rug and no way had staining like that from less than 2 weeks of being there with them. It was all soap and water from the prior company. We had the dreaded roof leak this winter. Didn't catch it until it had spread into our carpet, down through the second floor and into the first floor. Carpet Cops came out that same day to take a look at my damage. They set up fans, pulled back the carpet, and immediately started drying out the damaged areas including parts of my garage. They have all the latest technology to see exactly where and how far the water has spread. They were professional, responsive, and super helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you have any sort of leak that has lead to damage to your home. Just got my carpets professionally by Carpet Cops, and they exceeded my expectations! I have been renting a home for almost 2 years and have had a few dogs in the home, one being a new puppy, which means dirty carpets. There was quite a bit of pee stains and other accidents on the carpets and I was worried they were stuck. Cody at Carpet Cops cleaned the carpets and did a fabulous job! He was friendly, professional and made the carpets look as good as new (with NO more pet stains)! I will never use Carpet Cops again. When I called I was never asked how big my area was to clean and I found out when they came that there was a $100 minimum. Then the two guys used our hose outside not aware of how much water pressure we have at our house. The guys blew out our hose which wasn't useable after that. My husband called the next morning to let them know about our hose and spoke to a lady who stated that the guys weren't supposed to use our hose in the first place. My husband was told that we would get a call back to resolve the issue but we have heard anything and that was June 29th. It's now July 13, and no call back. We try to use local businesses but this is a reason why we will never use this local business again. I would use a different business if you are looking to get your carpets cleaned. We used them for the first time after using another company several times. I really wanted to compare the two companies and see which one did a better job. Carpet Cops sent over two people who were both efficient and friendly. They use a brush type scrubber which did a much better job then just steam cleaning. Our pathways which came clean both ways are still clean after Carpet Cops several weeks later. With the other company the pathways looked dirty and worn again after a week. They're prices are significantly higher then the previous company but I think the quality of the cleaning is well worth it. read more

I've been using Carpet Cops for years and I refuse to use anyone else for my home and my caretaking customer's homes. They use organic products (which is great as a mama with kiddos playing on the floor), their prices are affordable, they're FAST (both cleaning and scheduling appts) and they do a great job. My current landlords hired someone else to clean out carpets before we moved in and they left spots and stains saying 'oh those are too old, they won't come out.' I am totally happy with this company, and especially the customer care by John. We are moving into our newly purchased home and had several projects to complete prior to the actual move in. When I explained our challenges to John, his immediate reply was not to worry, he would make sure that the carpets would be done after all the other work was done by other trades and prior to our move in date. It came down to the wire due to the other trades and their schedules, however, John came through with flying colors and had our carpets prepped and cleaned on a Friday so that we would be ready for the move in on Monday. Now about the actual process and job itself.....Phil was the technician who came out and performed the work. He is exceptionally skilled and the equipment he had to clean our carpets was like nothing I have seen before. The carpets came clean way beyond what we were even hoping for, and Phil was able to remove stains that I am certain had not come out before with other carpet cleaners. I highly recommend this company for their incredible cleaning methods, their friendly and genuine customer care and especially, their wonderful team of technicians. I will continue to use them for future touch ups on our carpet and their others services. And one final note, the cost of their service is absolutely reasonable and appropriate for the results you get. Organic and the best spot removal I've ever had! I have had other carpet cleaners come and remove spots and then they come back. Not the case with Carpet Cops! I'm so happy!
