I've used Kinney Carpet Care several times on my VHR rental in South Lake Tahoe. Raul has been reliable and do a nice job of cleaning the carpets. I'll definitely call Kinney Carpets whenever I need my carpets cleaned in South Lake Tahoe. Thank You Raul! read more

I've used Kinney Cleaners in the past and they have always been prompt and have done a very good job. But whomever they have hired to man the phones and schedule appts is totally inadequate!!! She sounds young and is unprofessional. With the first appt, she called the day b4 and said they were having van problems. I rescheduled the Monday at 0900. My husband and I moved furniture and waited. After waiting for awhile, I called Kinneys to ask what was happening. She denied calling me last week, did not have me scheduled for this morning. She was vague and wishy-washy but said that she would schedule me for today. I just called back after finding someone else and cancelled with Kinneys. Very disappointing. read more

Kinney's Carpet Care just cleaned all my floors - carpet upstairs and tile downstairs. I called on a Friday and they were her the next Monday. They showed up exactly on time. The tech did a fantastic job and even though my carpets are fairly new, I could tell how much better everything looked when the work was done. Between the smoke from fires in the last few years and the pollen this year I was not surprised at how much he was able to pull out of the carpets. The tile and grout on the main floor looks brand new! I highly recommend Kinney's Carpet Care! read more

I've used Kinney's Carpet Care for years. They usually come each autumn and clean the carpet that gets dirty from the winter of snow and summer of dust and dirt. They are quick, efficient and they always get the stains out. Recently, they added a feature where you get an invoice in email and then just pay it online. No more checkbook needed! Highly recommend. read more

I've used Kinneys for 20+ years, but now can't even get a call back - left 1 message on their machine and 1 with their answering service and no call backs. Both calls were made during normal business hours. Guess I'll be switching to the competition read more

on 6/22/23 Kinney's carpet care willfully dumped the waste water from their truck, frothing with soap or solvent onto the ground near the Upper Truckee river (Elks and 50)... then drove a few streets up the hill to service their next customer on Cherry Hills. They made no attempt to clean it up. The liquid that did not soak into the ground immediately and obviously flowed into the storm water ditch that connects to the river about 50 yards away. Their customers and the environment deserve better. read more

Kinney's great! Does a great job on the carpets and always shows up on time. The prices are fair and the service is excellent.

I thought I would update my review since my last one was in 2012 They still continue to please. They arrived on time and our tech Taylor had great customer service skills. The carpets came out like new. It is amazing how much dirt is in those carpets even though we take our shoes off etc. I have used other carpet cleaners at our other places over the years and these guys are the best we have used. I was told they would be starting to do tile cleaning after their techs are trained. Maybe the first of the year. I am waiting to hit them up for that next year. Again, a great job read more

So easy to work with! Cleaned all the carpets, and did a fantastic job. The carpet had some difficult stains that they were able to clean out. Highly recommended. read more

I cannot believe the stain removal was so successful! Thank you for learning that you use high grade chemicals. The prior two cleanings by other companies left stains that were faint but only to come back as the original dark spots etc. 5************** read more

Kevin at Kinney's Carpet Care was easy to work with over the phone. I had to reschedule due to a snowstorm but we worked out a time and one of his staff came over on time and did a great job on the carpet. He was efficient, honest, and seemed to hold his employer in high regard. Would recommend and will use his services again. Note, they don't take credit cards, so remember a checkbook or to visit the ATM. read more

Excellent Job and Service with Kinneys Carpet Care!!! This morning I woke up to a disaster in my SLT vacation home's family room. My yellow Lab Atticus is 11 years old and he must have been sick or ate something that didn't agree with him. To my surprise, I found diarrhea throughout the family room, on some of the stairs, in the spare bedroom and foye. I was sick to my stomach and didn't know what to do! I called Kinneys right away and they called me back within the hour. Made an appointment for the afternoon. Paul came out and was so wonderful and reassuring. He told me that I did the right thing by not attempting to take out the stains myself. He spent a considerable time working and lifting all of the stains. Once he was done, all of the areas that were stained looked fabulous! The reasonable amount I owed Kinneys was well worth it! There is no way, I would have received this outstanding service in the Bay area. At the end, Paul said if any of the former stains happen to surface, he would come out and work on them again. Just incredible!!! read more

I can't thank Kinneys carpet care enough for the great work they did! My 20-something son was moving out of a condo and the carpet took a big hit. I called a couple of places with no return calls. We have a dog that likes to puke on our only carpet located in the family gym, two floors down. No sense getting a new carpet when the dog keeps puking. We have used Kinney before as they are local, reliable and professional. I called and scheduled a next day cleaning. Kinney called back later in the day and asked if would like an earlier time slot. Perfect. The carpet looks great and we are totally pleased, again, with Kinney. Wish we could cure the dog's puking as easily as it is to use Kinney! read more

Always professional and fast. We have to clean our vacation rental every six months- and there is never a problem!

This is the first time we have used Kinney, and it will NOT be the last! Paul was great: friendly, efficient, and was able to accommodate our needs with our 2 large dogs. I could not believe how great the carpets looked when he was finished. I cannot recommend this company and this technician highly enough! read more

great service, value and results. Have kept my carpet in great condition for many years. Highly recommend read more

Kinneys came out to remove a stain from our 'new' furniture. Paul was professional, efficient, honest and just a really nice young man. He quoted pricing for future carpet cleaning for us (extremely reasonable). We adopted a beautiful puppy - went through 'potty training' and then called Kinneys to help us restore the carpet (were skeptical - puppy wreaked havoc on our carpet). Paul returned today and in all our years of caring for carpet - no one has ever come close to the cleaning we received. My carpet looks new again - stains are completely gone. We will continue to use Kinneys on a regular basis. Cannot say enough good things about their work, pricing & responsiveness. THANK YOU Paul & Kinneys. read more
