He replaced damaged boards on the overhang, replaced roof shingles on the entire roof, and even went out to Home Depot to buy some paint that I didn't have. Finally, he replaced the damaged pulley shade and replaced it with a new one. Tom is a great communicator; he took his time explaining the work he was going to do and did, putting us at ease the entire time.
