I needed help to put up a line set cover for a newly installed mini split. Everything had been installed prior as it was a Mrcool DIY unit, except things got messy and I needed help. Andrew was super responsive and did a great job. Got several quotes through Yelp and he was the quickest to respond, and reasonable price. He came the next day and did a really nice job with everything. Even gave me some good ideas on how to make things look better in the future. Will definitely leverage Silva Home Solutions again in the future! read more

I hired Silva Home Solutions to clear out my gutters. I was a bit taken back by the contract they shot at me. Apart from that, they did what they promised when they promised and job done well. Pricing is not the cheapest but they honor their quote. They also forgot to take before and after photos. Luckily, when I followed up, they were able to produce the after pictures, which is the more important set. read more

This is now the second time we've done business with Silva Home Solutions, the first time I had them clean out our gutters, Andrew works very quickly and I was blown away from the amount of sediment and crud that came out of the gutters, easily 100 pounds of stuff. Andrew mentioned our gutters were quite old and that they may need to be replaced soon. He was very informative and gave me advice on things to look out for during rainy season. After the service our gutters were nice and clean and he even cleared of one of my drains that leads to the sidewalk! The second time I dealt with Silva Home Solutions was about a week ago, we noticed our solar panels were very dirty so I called them up and asked if they could clean them, without hesitation Andrew was able to squeeze us in on the same day!! Brandon came out and did a great job cleaning and even took some before and after photos. Since the cleaning I've definitely noticed a performance boost in our system and I couldn't be happier. Thank you! Call Silva Home Solutions! You won't be disappointed. read more

Be sure to be specific about what you want, it's not a professional cleaning service, it's just cleaning with glass cleaner and a flannel, which you can do it yourself. And the only thing included is the window glass, everything else will add an extra cost. I was left with poorly cleaned windows and scratches mysteriously appeared that weren't there before, even on a new window (of course they denied this). Today the technician returned to correct the work and did nothing, just said that he did not see anything and that there was nothing else to do. read more

Absolutely great work! From start to finish, good response and closed loop communication. Availability was immediate and no hassle when discussing work to be done. Prompt service and reliable. I contacted Andrew to put wire mesh to prevent bird nests - normally, I would have to go through pest control - glad he was able to help! Also, competitive price makes this even better than 5 star! Definitely will call him back for future work. Thank you! read more

I got in touch with Andrew, already in dire need of a gutter cleaning as the rainy season has started and our gutters were in bad shape. He was prompt to respond and give a fair quote, and was able to fit me in the very next morning. Silva Home Solutions do a fantastic job, they're very aware of the fact that they're working on someone's home, and make every effort to work cleanly and efficiently. I would absolutely hire again and will recommend to my friends. read more

Wow! Needed to get our underground pipeline cleared out and this was the right company to call! Firstly, Andrew was responsive to the Yelp quote request. He was one of the 1st to respond to the auto generated Yelp project manager. With much investigation, I decided to go with Silva Home Solutions. They were easy to schedule (within a week from 1st contact). Andrew sent over a price estimate to my email that needed a signature. Then when I decided to contract them, he sent over a service contract that was clear about their scope of work and what was to be expected. Jump to today (date of service), the service window was between 12-2. Brandon and Anthony arrived at 1230. They began right away. I have a foam roof, which deposits a lot of debris (similar to sand consistency) along with leaves and such into our drain pipes and into our underground drainage system. So despite no gutters, they worked so hard on flushing and vacuuming the underground drainage system. They did an amazing job! I tried to do this myself many years ago with my own power washer and shop vac. That was not enough. So grateful to have found a great company that does great work and isn't overly costly. I shared their business card on our FB neighborhood group so I hope all my neighbors give them a call! Thank you for the great work! I'll be calling you guys again in the future!! read more

Our gutters were a mess and our roof was long overdue for a cleaning. Silva Home Solutions was very responsive. I highly recommend Andrew and his team; very professional and courteous. read more

We had Andrew (business owner) come out for an estimate to clean out our rain gutters and clean the interior and exterior of all 36 windows on our home. He and his employee were punctual and showed up at 8am on the dot. While he was on the second story he even removed a wasp nest and was able to unclog a downspout that a bird decided to make a nest in. We are so very satisfied with his work and the pricing is absolutely reasonable. We will be calling him again for future services!! read more

We used Silva Hime Solutions for exterior window wash and gutter clean out. The owner and one other tech did the work and they were working diligently the entire time they were here. My home is 2 story so it wasn't an easy job. A few of the upstairs windows were not the best, but they were very hard to get to so what i got was at least way better than i started with. No need to complain about that, i appreciate their efforts. I would recommend them and use them again in the future. I also think their pricing was quite competitive and fair. I gave 4 stars due to them having to cancel our first appointment last minute due to an equipment issue and also some communication difficulties, with emails not being answered. In the grand scheme of things, we were genuinely satisfied with the work and would use them again for sure. read more

Andrew and his team did such a great job cleaning my gutters. My gutters were clogged from a big tree I have over my roof. They came out the next day. They were also able to clean off my roof from all the leaves. read more

The owner Andrew is very responsive and professional. Andrew and his staff power washed our home from this very windy, extremely wet winter. We are pleased! A week later, we had our windows cleaned (interior and exterior, which included the screens, tracks and garage panels). I am so much happier with the appearance of our home. My neighbor across the street even texted me and commented how clean the exterior looks. This is the second time I hired Silva Home Solutions and will continue to do so. read more

When you meet Andrew, he comes across as a nice guy and his quotes are quite reasonable. We paid him to clean roof gutters, fix holes, put on gutter covers (he provided) and run a drainage pipe to outside the house. While doing this, he almost caused a fire. Still the initial work was done and I paid him in full with the understanding that he'll come back and fix some of the pipe adhesive. In the weeks that followed, we had water pooling under the pipes he had installed as well as water spraying out from a spot on the gutter which should have been cleaned and have gutter cover. I've sent him videos and multiple reminders of these issues and he has either not responded or keeps saying he'll come "next week". I would not recommend anyone get his services unless you want to pay double to get his work finished by someone else. read more

Rapidly responsive and highly skilled. Very fair pricing and he took the time to explore our options regarding removal and repositioning of downspouts to accommodate change out of a Power Panel (to be performed by a Solar Company.). He was friendly, resourceful, and knowledgeable in guiding our options. We plan to use him again for further work on our downspouts. Great job! read more

I have used this company twice for gutter related maintenance issues and have no complaints. Estimates were no hassle. They showed up when they say they would. They completed their task and didn't pressure me into endless additional services. I had them repair leaking downspouts, vacuum out gutters, (re)seal gutter seams, unclog downspout, and repair a broken downspout to drainage adapters. Everything was done properly and professionally. If I could fault them anything, I would just wish they had spoken up about some debris that had accumulated on the roof that they were not responsible for, but could have mentioned to me about needing attention. read more

I've had my windows cleaned by other companies and these guys just did a better job for a better price. They were on time, meticulous and efficient. I would definitely use them again for window cleaning from here on out. read more
