Andrew provided a detailed estimate as requested and arrived exactly at 9am as promised. His crew got to work right away and were clean, effiecient and tidy. In addition to cleaning the gutters and downspouts they repaired several leaks in the gutter seals. The process was as easy and smooth as I had hoped for and I will defintely turn to Andrew for any future needs. Great Job!!! read more

Good guys, reasonably priced. I used them for gutter cleaning. Gutters are clean. Life is good.

Our gutter had separate from the roof and Silva Home Solutions responded quickly. Give an estimate and time when they could come out. On time arrival and completed the work in about an hour. I would recommend them. read more

Recently had our gutters cleaned and some guards installed by Andrew. Top tier work and a really nice and professional guy. Nothing but good things to say about this business. From our correspondence with Emilie to the day of our installation. Everything worked out great. We plan on getting our front downspout replaced in the spring and can't wait to work with these guys again. read more

I highly recommend Silva Home Solutions. Gabe and Anthony arrived on time to clean my gutters and install gutter guards. They were very professional, friendly and polite and showed me a video of the gutters. Very good value for the services they provided. Will definitely use them again in the future. read more

Andrew Silva and his crew did such a great job cleaning/flushing/sealing our gutters, installing a new downspout, sealing/straightening/adding a new downspout adapter on an existing gutter, and installing gutter guards. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure things were done right, even returning several times to fix things that weren't in his scope of work. He is very knowledgeable on all construction issues and I trust that what he tells me is correct. I will definitely be using his company again. Thanks Andrew! read more

Great customer service, prompt service and easy to schedule. The person who assisted with our request for cleaning the gutters was friendly and we will most certainly call them again for future services. Thank you!!! read more

Contacted this company and connected with Andrew for gutter cleaning services. He went above and beyond in my opinion! He appeared to be very thorough and overall has great communication. I was relieved with the customer service aspect and of course my gutters look great. He appears to keep his word and follow through, as he had to finish up the next day due to unforeseen circumstances. He even brought in my Halloween decorations that blew off the porch on a windy day (which shows he is personable!) I will definitely use them again in the future after this experience. Wish I had taken some before and after Pics because what a difference! read more

I asked these guys to clean my gutters and install gutter protectors. It's now the first rainy day since then and everything's working well. Due to the pandemic they showed up in masks and we only communicated through phones. The whole job took them 3-4 hours (my gutters went a long time without cleaning) and the price was reasonable. Thanks! read more

Silva Home Solutions - One of the gutter guards they installed for me - Gutter Services Near Me

This review is overdue as my first contact with Silva Home Solutions was about a year ago. My windows and gutters needed cleaning but my hubby was unable to be up on a ladder due to a medical issue so a friend recommended Silva Home Solutions. We contacted them and received a quote and scheduled the date for the work to be done. Andrew came out and did a great job on our windows and gutters - no mess, respectful of our home and very polite. Our windows have never looked better! My hubby is fine now but we still don't want to wash windows or gutters and we were so impressed with Andrew and his work ethic that we scheduled another window and gutter cleaning in a couple of weeks. If you are looking around for reliable service and reasonable price, contact them, you will be impressed. read more

Gutter adjustment and alignment- what a great service! on time, professional and more than a complete job! estimate immediately and was within the projected cost! Frankly the best ever and will use again and again! read more

Andrew is responsive, reliable and honest. He came and cleaned my gutters, leaving no mess behind. He also cleaned two skylights which now look like they don't have glass in them, they are SO clean. He recommended putting gutter guards on only the gutters in the back of the house where they collect detritus from an old olive tree, which would allow me to clean the gutters every several years instead of every year. There are quite a few ways he could have made recommendations where he would have made more money (gutter guards on all the gutters, recommending cleaning every year even with the guards, etc.) but his recommendation was what was best for me and my home. I will be using Andrew in the future, and recommending him to friends and coworkers. read more

Just finished up a periodic gutter clean out and I couldn't be happier. It has been quite awhile since I had someone service my gutters, but once I saw the rainwater overflowing the gutters, I knew I had a problem. He was perfectly on time, and given the amount of time he spent on my place, I'm thinking he must have done a thorough job. I went out and spoke to him and he showed me all the stuff that he was able to clean out!! Gave great information. I'm all set for the next storm!!! Thanks Silva Home Solutions! I'll be in touch in another couple years!! read more

The service was exceptional! Completed the whole project in timely manner. Very courteous and efficient

Awesome work. Andrew was on time and did a great job. I pinged him again and got a quick response. Looking forward to calling him again

Andrew and his team are wonderful to work with. They cleaned my roof, gutters and installed new guards as my prior contractor installed them incorrectly. Andrew took before and after pictures of the work and explained their process and issues found while working on the roof. I am looking forward to the raining season. I will recommend Silva's home solution to my friends and neighbors. He earned my trust. Thank you! read more

Excellent service. My house has 71 windows and they did a great job cleaning both inside and outside. Also cleaned all gutters, glass doors & awning. Price was very reasonable! read more

Andrew came this morning on time to clean my gutter. He explained to me the condition of my gutters and did the best recommendations. He did not force me or hard sell to me for extra work that I did not need. THANK YOU Andrew. I definitely recommend you to my family members and friends. read more

Andrew took care of all the work including gutter cleanup, gutter repair, and gutter guard installation with reasonable cost. In addition, he explained everything I was wondering about. From initial communication to the work, it was really nice experience. read more

We needed our gutters inspected and cleaned, plus had Costco gutterguards that needed to be installed. Got quotes from a variety of businesses, but Andrew stood out since he had experience with the gutterguard installations and wanted to talk me through his estimate after he checked out my project. The price for the cleaning was reasonable, and we worked out that he'd check to see if our guards would be easy to install and give us an estimate on site. I scheduled the work, they showed up exactly on time, I gave them the boxes of gutterguards, and they got to work. Andrew checked in a little under an hour later, and he surprised me by saying that they had actually installed half of the guards already and that the installation and cleaning was going smoothly. Andrew and his crew finished up, answered all my questions about upkeep and how often we should get our gutters checked, gave good advice, and the project was done in an hour and a half. Leaves, ash, roofing materials, and branches cleared out of our gutters, downspouts all cleared and tested, gutterguards installed; perfectly happy with their work and definitely recommend them! read more

I requested a gutter cleaning service. Silva Home Solutions provided the service professionally and timely. Andrew sent me pictures for before and after. He also explained the details to me about the trouble spots. With the rain coming next week, I now feel relaxed knowing that my gutters are cleaned. Thank you Andrew! read more

Arrived on time for the appointment and answered my questions while looking at the gutters and roof. No hard sell and gave a fair estimate. It hasn't rained yet but the roof is definitely cleaner. Andrew cleaned up the patio and areas around the house where 'stuff' came out of the gutters and roof. Very professional. Will probably hire Silva Home Solutions to do the windows, too! read more

I requested a general quote from a different business that specializes in pressure washing and Silva Home Solutions was one of a handful of businesses that reached out to share their expertise and pricing as well. Needless to say, I am posting this review for Silva Home Solutions because I went with them for two reasons: 1) upfront-ness about the quote and how competitive their quote was; 2) their prompt and considerate responsiveness while I was measuring the area I wanted done and asking a few questions about the process and trying to finalize a day for them to come out to get the job done. I am so glad I went with Silva - please know that if you're sifting through reviews, it's because you are unsure of who to go with... but let me pick for you and go with Silva for whatever you need done. :) Thanks Andrew (the owner) for pressure washing my screen room, walkway, and porch area today! read more

Definitely not a professional service. We had them out to wash windows, power wash a driveway and power wash our house. After showing up at our appointment time, I was told that their truck had been broken into a a tool they needed was stolen, so they needed to re-schedule. After waiting another week (it had already been a month at this point), they arrived and I heard them discussing the fact that they had lied about the truck being broken into. I was told a team would arrive shortly, but only one guy showed up to do the windows. He talked on the phone the entire time (I heard about a burrito he had been craving for 20 min straight). He left streaks everywhere and bird poop on a few windows, a mess on the floors and window sills and proceeded to rip the sun-blocking film on 3 of the 6 windows that have it. Eventually someone showed up (he said he was the owner) to help with the power washing. When they were finished, the house looked exactly the same (again bird poop was still on the house). When I called to discuss the above issues, I was met with rudeness, a dismissive attitude, lies and condescending attitude. Absolutely no apology was made for all of the issues. After much back and forth, we were refunded our money and sent a roll of window film (we had the film they ruined professionally installed, this isn't something you install on your own and it isn't even the same color as what's on the other windows, so it's basically useless). Fast forward to today and I tried to re-install the screens that they left on our porch (they supposedly repaired some of them). Well, they didn't return 3 of them, two are bent and 3 have mysteriously changed size and are too small for the windows. Yes, they refunded our money, but now we are left with needing to replace screens and window film and pay someone else to clean windows and power wash our house so, essentially these guys are costing us quite a bit of time and money and left us with windows and screens needing repair. read more
