Hello William, My name is Bill Ronan, i have a contract with your company that was signed back on February, 19th. for (2) drop down shades on my patio walls. Steve came to my home and gave us a bid, we signed the same day and i gave him a $700 deposit in cash. Steve stated that it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery of parts and an addition 3 weeks for them to come out once they received the parts. here we are June 16th and still nothing, as a matter-of-fact Steve was terrible at giving my text messages a response let alone returning phone messages. Sin early may Steve has ghosted us , no texts no phone calls. I have reached out to the NV Contractors board and have filed an abandonment case against your company. i asked Steve over a month ago for a refund due to the lack of response and not doing the job as promised. This is terrible business and i will be warning friends and neighbors about your company. We placed an order over 4 months ago along with paying a $700 deposit. Steve, the sales guy, and each time we get excuses about parts not arriving or his mother is ill. My husband has reached many times, and he usually responds, now he has sent numerous texts and phone calls with no response. Absolutely the worst workmanship I have ever seen. Salesman is a con. Said would take 3 months. Took just under a year. I had them install a patio cover, and they did more damage to my property than the actual patio cover cost. They destroyed my cement patio, destroyed my fire pit, destroyed my bbq, the patio cover leaks like crazy, which shorted out all the wiring to the fans. Completely destroying the fans. They left debris and trash everywhere throughout my yard and dumped the cement they removed for the post by my shed. Nails screws metal shavings and cement debris just swept into my grass. Then they refused to pay for the damages they caused. Then tried to put a lien on my house! Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with my entire life! Ok, so this review is in a few parts because the product, service, and installation are all separate entities with varying degrees of satisfaction. Product - 5 stars. I love the cover, the color options (we chose white), the construction feels solid, it was engineered well for my space, and was very affordable in comparison with a similar structure made from wood. Our cover is 30ft wide and 16ft deep. Alumawood product - it's important to do your research. Forever Awnings did not offer electrical add on's such as can lights or ceiling fans but said "it's easy to add down the road yourself or with your own electrician." This is not the case. After some research on the ceiling fan bracing system to make everything water proof it is very clear that this needs to be done during the primary installation, not after the fact. It will not be impossible to add, but will be much more difficult due to not being able to easily access the center of my very large cover. Until we decide to take on this improvement, I found a product called Alumahangers that will allow me to hang bistro lights and other things without having to drill holes in it for hooks. Service - 3 stars. Started out great, sales process was informative and efficient, contract was simple. Then we wait.... and wait... and call/text.... and wait. They were not great on the responses. When I got an update that my product was either back ordered or just COVID delayed it was only because I reached out several times to request an update. This is totally a personal preference thing, but I want to be communicated with regularly, even if it's just "hey, we're still waiting." I hate to feel like the pushy customer and that was a frequent thing with this project. Whether or not I expected too much is really personal preference, and in the future I will make my communication preferences extremely clear before signing a contract so that I do not feel like I'm being left in the dark by my contractor. Installation - 3.5 stars. When things started moving I had maybe 2 hours notice before the contractor showed up at my house to start working. Then over the next 2 weeks while we waited for more materials they would show up totally randomly with ZERO notice. I had planned to be at home during the construction so that my dogs wouldn't be outside or going crazy at my backdoor, but this was not an option. Again, the communication was lacking, but the install guys were nice, professional, and when we had an issue they did their best to correct it. I realize things don't always go right the first time around, but their effort to make it right says a lot. So far, I'm very happy with the cover, although I wish the process to get here would have been different. It has been in for just over a week, so I'll update as to how well it holds up as time goes on. Next up, concrete and landscaping! read more

We contacted Forever Awnings along with several other patio cover businesses. Steve the design consultant with Forever Awnings came out and answered all of our questions and concerns. The other companies either could not answer our questions or never even showed up. They even started the work earlier than expected, building a 50 foot long by 13 foot wide patio cover for us. Although there were a few issues with getting the materials due to no fault of their own, the job was still completed earlier than expected. We are very happy with our new patio cover and the professionalism shown by Forever Awnings and their employees. I would highly recommend them. read more

You always have side stepped this. The problem WAS your awning. After you tore it down and put it back together with no new parts, it was worse. I found a reputable company who corrected your shoddy work, not the roof of the house. Even your employee stated it was the awning and nothing else. I would of given you more then 2 stars but since you won't answer my emails, this is all you deserve after paying you over $17000. Steve the sales person was great, but the work was questionable and I had to correct them on a couple of issues. But now that the work is completed and they were paid in full, they are not responding to my emails. I haven't received the warranty card as told from the owner ( Will ) when he came on my property to hear about issues while the work was in progress. The picture shows how the distance between each beam was incorrectly measured and cut and now now the buttons distance between each beam is different. I asked to have that corrected and they dropped off metal pieces for me to cut and fabricated on my own. Not very professional. I should of done my homework and looked at the reviews before hiring these guys. Get at least 2 more estimates before hiring Forever Awnings. read more

Very disappointed with our experience. We booked last August knowing it would be a few months out. We were told they get most done within 12-16 weeks. With weather delays, they didn't start until January, which was understandable. We were asked not to pour concrete until after the support posts were in. When we scheduled for concrete in May, I let them know so we could get our patio cover completed. I was told it will only take an hour to complete so no need to get on the schedule. 3 weeks later I reached out to our salesman, to tell him no one had been by. He promised someone would reach out but didn't. A few weeks later we got a text they would be by at 4pm. At 5 we text to ask if they were still coming and they said, "oh it's so late now, we will try to stop by tomorrow". The next week someone came by, did some work then apologized that it's a bigger job than he anticipated and would have to come back. They have come and gone a few times since then, but we are still waiting for the gutters to be installed. The materials were delivered in November and have been moved several times as we work on other areas of the yard and have sustained some damage, that we are responsible for. I have tried contacting our salesman with no reply and even the owner, again no response. I believe once you have paid in full, you are no longer a priority, as we were told, "sorry, we've been so busy with new jobs and finishing others". While the quality of the product seems ok, I would absolutely not use this company again. For what we paid, I expected much better customer service. read more
