Fidel and the guys from ABC Patio installers made a fantastic first impression, Fidel was very punctual and let me know exactly what they were going to do. The price was very reasonable. They showed up when they said they would and were very efficent with their work, not to mention clean. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the results. Our patio cover is better than expected. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to improve their home with a fantastic patio cover.

The patio behind my townhouse looked open and not very usable, so I contacted ABC Patio Installers to put in covers over the sliding doors on 2 sides of the patio. Fidel measured, provided several options, and gave me a quote. Once I accepted his contract, he provided a schematic and copies of his license and insurance so I could obtain approval from my homeowner's association. With the approval, he promptly applied for the necessary permit. He kept me continually in the loop as the process progressed. The end result is wonderful, making the patio much more usable. He came out a few days after completion to make sure there had been no weather related issues. Unlike many aluminum covers, this looks so substantial and wood-like. I couldn't be more pleased.

We contracted to have a patio cover installed in March 2025 with a company that filed bankruptcy in early 2026. Fidel was recommended by Jeff at Rock Solid Landscaping and I am so happy he did. Fidel came out and gave us a bid, he looked into our permit already filed with Carson City and we finally have a beautiful patio cover just in time for spring and summer. Fidel communicated throughout the whole process and worked hard to get our patio cover completed. A seamless and wonderful experience all around. Well, except for the wind storm that blew the tree into our patio cover damaging it. Getting Fidel out for an estimate to submit to the insurance company was timely. Once ABC Patio was confirmed as our preferred company, Fidel was right out to measure and complete our order. Materials were delivered and work was completed within one week. The whole crew was respectful, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them for your job. read more

Adan was on top of my request for bids through the Yelp! app. All communications were handled through the Yelp! messaging except for a text here and there, but this is my preferred way to do business. Adan came out and took measurements. Showed me samples of the aluminum awnings his company uses. Gave me a verbal quote and he will send me a quote through email. All I need to do is my homework on aluminum siding. These guys get great reviews and are on my list to engage them. They are a bit busy, but I can wait, since our warm Reno days may come to an end soon. Winter is just around the corner but I want to be ready for Spring and Summer 2023! read more

Ordered with the contract and it was delivered installed no worries no problems paid as a contract said any left unlike the doorman that came with more baggage than I needed at the end trying to pay it was not good. Dealing with the attitude of what's his name The door man no good . Will judge you. read more

ABC Patio Installers were AMAZING!! We just had a pergola installed over our back patio in March and it looks so much better than we ever thought it even would. Fidel was so awesome to deal with! He was very responsive, personable, and he gave us a lot of suggestions on what to do based on what we said we wanted done. We were wavering between 1" and 2" spacing, and he even built us a mock top that showed both since we were having trouble with a visual to really decide. We feel he went above and beyond! The prices were certainly better than other places we got estimates from too. The timeline was fast with getting permits and they worked very fast! The holes were dug one day, the concrete poured another day, then the entire large pergola was built in one day. Inspections followed the next week and everything has been amazing! I cannot recommend Fidel and ABC Patio enough!! read more

We used ABC to install a patio cover in our backyard and the entire experience was awesome! Fidel and his crew were great and handled everything from city permits to the installation and follow up in a very professional manner. The communication was outstanding as Fidel kept us up to date on the status of the permit approval and delivery of materials with regular texts and/or calls to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. After the installation was complete, they followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied with their work. On top of everything, ABC's price was the best we found. They also had great reviews and no issues with the contractor's board. Kurt communicated well throughout the permitting and HOA process which helped us prepare for such a big project. Cameron and the installation crew worked hard especially given the tough weather conditions during the install. They also gave updates on times and kept a clean work area so we could still use the yard. The finished product is stellar! We are very happy and would definitely recommend the crew at Forever Awnings if you are looking to upgrade your outdoor living.

The Patio cover is open on 2 sides and is so professionally installed it looks as if it is part of the house. On the night they finished it rained but not a drop of water was on the patio floor because they sealed all potential threats for water intrusion. The crew are perfectionist even when it comes to clean-up; not a hint of a mess was left behind; it was as if noone had been in the backyard. I strongly recommend Padgett and Sons; they are the best. Awesome company!!! After checking the BBB sit for ratings, ABC Patio Covers was one of the contactors I called for a quote. Fidel, the owner, responded quickly and was very professional in all phases from presenting a quote through installation. He spent time explaining and updating me on each step of the process from signing of the contract, apply for permits, delivery of materials, and installation. He made sure I understood exactly how the patio cover would be erected and the reason for the materials he would be using. My need for a patio cover came from having slider doors facing the south and the east sides of the home. Also, a window facing the south. Having shade to help keep the home cooler, plus cooler use of the patio was what I was looking for. He took into consideration my wants and concerns and responded to them. The crew was wonderful!! Very professional, friendly and dedicated to doing a good job. Fidel worked right along with his crew. The price was in line with other quotes, but from the first moment I met Fidel and his crew I knew he was the contractor I wanted to work with. Everything was explained in detail from day one. Truly enjoyed and appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail by Adin and Fidel and their crew. As a picky old guy, I found them to be festidious and conscientuous throughout the project. They even met our desire to have the front roof of the patio mirror the curvature of the slab at foot level (attached photo) as well as mirror the slab in the back to allow for sunlight to plants near the house! Creative, responsive, "top shelf". Even our neighbors across the street were so impressed, they hired ABC to do a patio cover in their back yard. HIGHLY recommended. I had a bad experience with another patio cover installer and had been trying to get one installed for 10 months from the start with the other company. ABC Patio was a month ahead of schedule and made it a priority to get me in asap because of the wait I'd had. They were very thorough from measure and marking for 2 hours to the install, which presented some challenges due to the patio location and narrowness. Very respectful of my time and my yard. They work very hard to make things right the first time and when I pointed out something little it was fixed the next day. I can not recommend this company enough! read more

We all know the difficulties of the work force and material suppliers today. With that being said, ABC Patio kept us informed, completed the work as promised with a complete finished package, including ceiling lights and fans.
