I strive to…read moreleave fair, honest reviews and as much as I prefer to leave positive reviews, it would not be fair to those reading my review to not provide the full experience. The concrete was poured November 24 & 25 in 2025. On December 11, we received a Notice of Right to Lien from the concrete supplier that Murphy's used for the project because they had not been paid for the concrete. This was a big surprise as we had paid Murphy's in full on November 25. On January 30, 2026, we received a Notice of Intent to Lien from the same supplier as Murphy's still had not paid for the materials they used on our project. On February 12, the supplier notified us that Murphy's paid the bill that day and there would be no lien placed on our property. The lesson I learned is to find out from the contractor which supplier(s) they will be using and pay them directly. To summarize my experience with Murphy's Concrete: They did good work, their customer communication could use some work, and not paying the supplier in a timely manner resulting in the customer being threatened with a lien on their property is a deal-breaker.

After I contact Ryan, he claimed there was some sort of misunderstanding, and he finally paid the supplier 3 months after our job was complete. I recently contacted Ryan and sent pictures of the driveway where there was crack developing just in one area. Ryan said he would fix it, but I had to pay for it! I told him I felt after only 8 months that I should not be 100% liable and we needed to have a conversation. That was the last time Ryan ever acknowledged multiple texts and voicemails even after I advised him to just text me that his decision, not taking any liability, was final. He never did. Just a very poor business practice on his part and I would never do business again with him especially that I had to deal with a lien on our property!!!

Let me start by saying I just bought the home a bit ago and had a full inspection done by a…read morereputable company. That inspection gave me a list of items that needed fixing on the roof. Well the rain came before we got to it and sure enough we had a leak in the closet. It was a slow drip leak and it reminded us to get the roof done. So when I started calling around I found two other companies that give free estimates. One I did not have come out since the guy who does the estimate was ill. The other company came out right away, showed me pictures on his phone of the work that needed to get done. That was awesome, because I certainly am not going up on the roof. He explained everything he was going to do and gave an estimate the next day. I wanted another estimate and got a bid from All Four Seasons Roofing. I was not home but my husband was when they came by, went on the roof and sent us an estimate. He told me they would send photos to us online but I never got them and checked my spam file. Here are the differences in the estimates: **Other Company was going to replace six tiles, seal flashing, blow leaves and debris out of metal v-flashing, removed lint debris that blew on the roof, seal all small cracks in tiles and check paper under tile at leak area. Paper was good. **This company told us the paper under the tile needed replacing or sealing as it was cracked, then they would seal any cracked in the tiles. They did not include in the estimate clearing debris from flashing or the lint and I was not given an idea of cost to do that. They would be on the roof anyway and it was easy to clear out. Since I was getting new matching tile with the other company, we went that route. The owner of the company who did the work with his helper even showed us the tile he removed to the back of his truck. This review is based on the estimate given as they did not do the job. The three stars is for them coming out promptly and getting the estimate back in a timely manner. Just got an angry call from the owner for a 3 star review. Never experienced this before for my honest opinion. Glad I did not use this company.

Although we had about another year to possibly two years left of life on the Southside of our…read moreroof(maybe 5 years on the Northside). We started looking for a roofing company in late 2025. After receiving 5 different bids we chose All Four seasons and have absolutely no regrets! Their pricing was right in the middle of the five bids we received. They took pictures of the roof and made a recommendation about our gas water heater vent as it was located in a valley. (We went ahead and switched to an electric water heater as it was original to the home and made sense to replace it before having an issue with the current water heater and ensuring the roof would have the best possible outcome). Communication was open and clear. Contract was perfectly written with materials, labor, permit, and what is and is not covered for the full re roof. We went with Malarkey Highlander shingles they filled out the warranty information and explained how the warranty works and how to contact them with any issues. The crew sent out went straight to work each day they were here, debris pickup was great they took extra caution in the back to ensure our dogs wouldn't step on any left over staples or nails from the tear off. They did play music (totally fine) at an appropriate volume and they clearly work well together. Any questions I had for the crew were answered in an understandable and professional manner. *Chuck and Dawn went above and beyond to help coordinate us getting a manufactured housing licensed provider to replace Southside Facia and took care of coordinating with them . (We're wanting gutters so it was important to make sure Facia is in excellent condition.) We'll be getting gutters from them in a few months as they also provide that as a service as well! He also didn't make me wait months after signing the bid. He got started ASAP and kept everything moving. I have a very difficult roof, but these guys made it look easy. Ariel even took the extra step of fixing some particularly difficult areas with additional sheet metal to ensure proper water flow and drainage. Having moved on to cleaning the refrigerator cooling mechanism the first step was to closely examine the type of footing it had and adjust accordingly. Afterwards the kitchen floor was vacuumed and the refrigerator adjusters set to insure it was absolutely level, hence another reason yet for continuous annual appointments without a second thought.
