Oh my Garrett is a dream! Over the years I've had many different carpet cleaning companies that I've tried. We were getting ready to sell our place in Truckee when the real estate agents told us to get the carpets cleaned. My husband found Garrett and was super happy with the job he did and the price he charged, very reasonable! He even told my hubby that the reason he started this business is he was shocked at how much other companies were charging and the sky high pricing. Recently I had Garrett come over to our home in Reno. He cleaned 2 large sectionals and most of the carpeted area in the home. I was in shock when he told me the price! Super reasonable! He was here for like 4-5 hours working. The important factor with carpet/furniture cleaning is how quickly it will dry...this means that the suction part of the machinery is top-notch. I called Details frantically trying to get the carpets cleaned in a house we were moving out of - FAST. Garrett was very professional, honest and fair on the phone. Plus, he called in advance the day-of to confirm our appointment. I was surprised at how quickly he was able to come out - just two days after I had called. Overall he was very quick to clean (took him about 1-hour/45-mins to do 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms and a hallway) and the carpets looked GREAT afterwards. He moved what needed to be moved and covered every accessible inch of the carpet, as far as I can tell, including a small but critical (entryway) area rug. This company does carpet cleaning for a fairly low price and the owner is a friendly person. However, the job was done very quickly and the result was less than what we expected. We called to see if there was anything they could do to help improve the result and we offered to pay for another attempt, but they could not make the effort to help us. Garrett said he would only fit us in maybe a week later, after our movers already would have filled the house with furniture. This was the best service and cleaning I have gotten bar none in Reno. Garrett told me he would be there at 10:00 and called to come over early (where most will tell you they'll be there between 9am and 3pm). He quoted a price on the phone and stuck to it after the job was done. There was no bait and switch like Evergreen does where they'll quote a price, but neglect to inform you that you won't be getting soap on your carpet with that.
