Most professional carpet cleaning company I've ever dealt with. Exceptionally professional even in general. Really well organized (great communication, follow up and confirmation system. Polite, friendly, on time and helpful. Had a cat spraying problem and job was urgent for me. They booked me promptly and addressed sofa and carpet area taking extra care and initiative to apply enzymes to deter continued spraying. I will definitely use them again!! read more

Great job! Very nice technician very accommodating scheduler and the owner is fantastic. I highly recommend my carpets turned out beautiful unfortunately I did have a stain that wouldn't come out, which was my fault and the technician had some great ideas which I will pursue one of which was to patch another piece in which I had never thought of, and I may have full steam do that as well great job! read more

5-Star Yelp Review Full steam Ahead did an amazing job on our carpets! We are a local business in town and have high traffic. We have used this company several times. Booking was easy and, Chris "Metal Neck" and his dad Paul arrived right on time, protected the corners of our cases and the carpets look brand new, and the price was reasonable. They were also able to accommodate our business schedule and came after business hours. read more

Had a little scheduling hiccup but the staff immediately corrected the error and got a truck rolled right away! Jonah did a fantastic job and while he worked quickly, he did a quality job. The prices are competitive and the customer service was great! Overall I'm very happy with the carpet cleaning job that was completed and the customer service was impressive as well! read more

I would love to give them 5 stars, Jonah he owner is great! He took care of my issues ASAP. So 5 for customer service. The lady who dispatched was super sweet. The technician I had some issues with... but because Jonah took care of it right away, that speaks volumes! Thank you Jonah for all your hard work. read more

Never on time, I made appointment at 8:30 am, they didn't even show till 1pm. That's why I canceled the service. It happened twice...I tried to give them second chance. Not organized, unprofessional. Too many excuses. read more

They were terrific to deal with! The carpet came out beautiful and Apollo was VERY professional.

This was the best experience I've ever had with a carpet cleaning company. The owner personally came out and cleaned a circle of blue crayon pen off of my brand new carpet that my kids did while playing. I feared the carpet was ruined, but he spent one hour making sure it all came out. A+ service and A+ results! read more

Very solid company to work with! Shane was my service guy and he did a great job. He really took his time going through my house and making sure everything was done perfectly. Even when I would tell him don't worry about that.... he would respond let me make it perfect for you. The owner I believe was the one I scheduled with and he was very easy going as we had to cancel a few times because it was raining and/or snowing on the day of our appt. I've had full steam clean carpets now in both my personal residence and a rental home and they do great work! Would highly recommend and will continue to work with again and again :) thank you Shane and Jonah! read more

Full Steam Ahead - White carpet cleaned to perfection! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Sparks, Nevada

Amazing company great work. Family oriented always do above and beyond work.. 5 stars everyday.

$490.95 for 3 small bedrooms! I received my receipt two months ago for the carpet cleaning for $114. As this is also the price advertised on there website. I discovered yesterday that the Company charged us $490.95 for carpet cleaning. I called them regarding this charge in hopes this company would handle this issue that obviously was an error and the owner Andrew was no help and very unprofessional. Andrew only called back to tell me he didn't like the negative reviews and wanted them down. Nobody would pay almost $500 for older carpets to be cleaned and I'm unclear as to why Andrew doesn't address this issue accordingly. read more

I am thrilled with the job that Shane did on my area rugs and stains in the master bedroom. He came on time, stayed "socially distant" and finished the job in record time. I thought what they quoted was very reasonable and will undoubtedly use them repeatedly. Thank you for being so nice, so professional, and so reasonable! read more

Five stars to this team!! I am beyond impressed - from our carpet to the hardwood floors to the tile, to the countertops, Full Steam brought out house to sparkling perfection!! As new homeowners, we were looking for a company to come in and do the works - Full Steam did that and more!! Great guys, full recommendation. read more

I run a preschool and have used Full Steam for several years. They are always here 15 minutes before their start time and accurate-the time they quote is correct. Our carpets look wonderful and they are always kind and professional. I highly recommend Full Steam. read more

I have two area carpets that get heavy traffic. Plus I have bedroom carpet that is a light color - close to white. I also have family with pets - one being a puppy - that spend a lot of time on the area carpets. And we all know about puppies. I refuse to purchase new carpeting until this pup is at least a year old and has proven to me no more accidents. We are well on our way. The carpet man was very polite and listened to all my concerns. I have to say that after he was done, my carpets have never looked so good. The bedroom carpet looks like I just bought it. The area carpets are close. It is magic! And everything smells so clean and fresh! The job was done in record time too! I will be calling them. Glad I did this review. Time to call them again! read more

We had our carpets cleaned, upstairs and down. When the cleaners were finished, they informed us the carpets would dry that day, within a matter of hours. At least 2 days later, the carpet was still damp and even wet in some areas. The stair carpet had to be treated multiple times for stains, and carpeting throughout the house had to be re-stretched. We were told , " some cleaners are not as proficient at the job as others". read more

I am a manager at an apartment complex in downtown Sparks and I use Full Steam. They are a fabulous company and I especially love working with Paul Sr. And Paul Jr. they are prompt, professional and always do an amazing job! read more

Jonah was quite helpful and professional during the process of getting my rug cleaned. He was the most responsive company representative from the several carpet cleaning companies I contacted via Yelp. He gave me a quote on Yelp, and when he showed up later to clean the rug at my place, we realized that my rug was dirtier than I had anticipated because it had gotten wet. (My bad!) I elected that he should take my rug back to his business to clean it, and the pickup/re-delivery cost extra, but he had already quoted me the extra price for this service, so no surprises! When I got the rug back in a few days, all the mold was gone and the rug was clean and bright! Excellent service at a reasonable price! read more

I worked over a month trying to find the cheapest place to get my carpet done and have it done well. I even canceled full steam once and set up with another service. they upped the price $100 when they came. so I went back to full steam and set up with them they were wonderful first of all they were so nice. My carpet was a mess and they weren't sure if they could get all the the stains out so I said just do the best you can. well turns out the best they could do was get out every stain in my carpet My carpet is so wonderful I had to leave the feedback because this is a great company and I cannot say enough about them to give him the credit that they're due read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE Paul Whitman! OK, had a terrible blood stain on the WHITE sofa....brand new! Paul came in, SO PROFESSIONAL! And got the stain out! The carpet, NASTY from renters. Could not believe how clean the carpet came! Have referred to 7 different people, and will use again! If you are looking for a company that really cares about the work they do, call PAUL WHITMAN at Full Steam! Won't have to replace the carpet when I thought I would have to. Prices! AMAZING! Thank you again! read more

As a local Apartment Manager, Full Steam is my go to company for all of our carpet shampoo needs. They always show up during the time frame they have given me, and they always do a wonderful job! I will continue to use their services as long as I am manager here. They have also given us very reasonable set pricing thereby saving money not only for the Owner of the complex, but for the tenant's as well. I even tell my tenant's to let us have the carpet shampooed and we will take it out of the deposit so they don't have to spend a ton of money getting it done. I definitely recommend Full Steam Carpet Cleaning! read more

Full Steam came out to my home, and I had some carpet stains from my puppy. They didn't charge me any additional charges for that. What they quoted me, is what I paid. Not like the last carpet cleaning company did, Evergreen. They were twice as much as Full Steam, and the stains came back with in two days. I highly recommend them, as your only carpet cleaning company!!! read more

I had them clean carpets at a rental house. The technician showed up as scheduled, was very courteous and efficient. He stopped cleaning halfway in a room to show the before and after. There was quite a difference. After completing the cleaning, he noted the wrinkles in the carpet and indicated he could stretch the carpet and take out the wrinkles. He had the tools with him and did an excellent job. I will not hesitate to use Full Steam in the future and recommend them to those needing carpet cleaning and repairs. read more

Real Deal Carpet Cleaning is the REAL DEAL!!!!!! I called yesterday in an emergency. I needed our carpets cleaned including and most importantly, pet soiling repair. A lovely lady named Pat answered the phone. She gave me a good estimate, scheduled a carpet cleaner to come out same day, and she was an absolute pleasure to chat with. She must be one heck of a lady to deal with a team of male carpet cleaners and also interact so well with her customers. Paul came out to clean our carpets. Our pet soiled areas were much more affordable than I anticipated, especially after making the mistake of using Evergreen Cleaners the last time. They only charged $25 each pet soiled area, keep in mind that the areas were relatively small. When it came time to estimate the general cleaning, he gave me a good deal there as well. Our couches in the living room and family room take up a great deal of space, there making the area Paul needed to clean smaller. It was only $150 out the door. Paul was in and out in about an hour and a half. While chatting with Paul, I learned that he had 25+ years experience in the business. This is not your average college kid doing your carpet cleaning; they have real experience. My husband and I can be picky customers but Real Deal exceeded all of our expectations, cleaning quality and customer service. They are now our one and only go to carpet cleaning company. I would highly recommend giving Pat a call. She and the team will take great care of you and your home ;) read more

Thank you for cleaning our carpets!! Jarrod (I believe) came in last Saturday to clean our carpets, which were a mess with a kool-aid and red whine stain!! Plus a new puppy that's being potty trained. Plan on calling you again soon to do our upstairs. We are very pleased with the results as well as the price. Our whole house looks so much better. read more

I get my carpets cleaned every year whether they need it or not. I have typically used whatever coupon I found in the ValuPak. I am used to being offered all sorts of ridiculous add-ons. Like the type of thing that they offer for an additional $75 and it's something that should just be included anyways! Or a bunch of money for a small, non-expensive rug. This time I decided to mix it up and went to Yelp for a recommendation and found these guys. I got a price quote over the phone and made an appointment. Two guys showed up at my door as scheduled. TWO! I was pretty excited that the job would be done in half the time. They were very professional and worked quickly. They placed corner guards on the necessary corners so they didn't get dirty during the process. I paid exactly what I was quoted. They didn't try to add anything on - it was all included in the price. They were done in less than an hour, and my carpets look great! read more

Shane the cleaner was very nice but. .... There were two very pronounced dark spots left in one area and this morning I had to clean them and my hardwood floors as he didn't us the protective booties and there was a ton of dirt where he was walking back and forth. read more

Jonah was punctual and easy going even when the breaker for my unit went out and we had to wait for maintenance. We had a great conversation while waiting and he's a very down to earth guy, no pretense. There was a stain in the carpet from BEFORE we moved in that he was able to get out. Also he removed some wax that I thought for sure would be stuck permanently but alas I was proven wrong. An easy 5/5 stars from me. Thanks again Jonah! read more

This is my second time having my carpets cleaned by Full Steam since moving to Reno 2 years ago. I don't think I'm ever gonna use a different company. The customer service is 5 stars alone. Shane went out of their way to make sure the stains my 3 year old created were gone forever. I recommend this company 100% read more

Corey came out and cleaned my brand new carpet after my idiot dog decided to pee all over them as an act of vengeance in protest to me putting up a Christmas Tree. I had another company out prior who left the dog pee smell in my carpet, left the carpets wet, and didn't rake it. The dog went right back and peed. Corey got all of the smell out, treated the carpet to prevent the dog from going back, left the carpets almost dry, and raked the carpet so it looked new again. They did a far better job then any other company I've used in the last two years. read more

When I called to schedule my service appointment, I was surprised of their answer when I asked if they offered a military discount. They said their prices were the lowest in town already, so they don't offer discounts. They did a great job cleaning my stairs and getting spots out. After the carpet dried in my living room, it is very noticeable that there are two big spots that they did not get out. I didn't pay the extra $35 for the pet spray because I always get spots out on my own with no problem. I had to go back over them with my own steam cleaner to get them out. It is annoying to pay for someone to do it and then have to redo parts of it myself. I should have just paid for them to clean the stairs. read more

I had my carpets cleaned on Friday and they look amazing. He was a few minutes early which I totally Appreciated. Awesome customer service and my carpet looks amazing! I couldn't be happier. I will use them again for sure!

I scheduled to have my carpets with Real Deal. It was nice being able to speak to a person instead of having to leave a voicemail. I called on a Friday and asked if they had any openings on Saturday. Receptionist Pat was very helpful and my request was honored due to a cancelation. Paul and his partner showed up at the house on time. They were extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and courteous.  Perhaps what I liked the most was their honesty. I'm use to getting nickled and dime out of everything from prespotting to removing stains. Paul stated that his company will not force anyone or offer services not required.  The price I was quoted was the price I paid. This showed me that these guys had integrity.  I have light colored carpet and cleaning was great. They even got out a few rust stains that I thought were permanent. Paul, Mike and Pat are a great reflection of the company and they know how to take care of the customer. I highly recommend Real Deal and we will definitely call them again in the future.  Again, Thank you for your honesty and integrity. read more

If there were 10 stars to give Full Steam Carpet Cleaning he would defiantly get it from me. I only wish I had the pictures to show what had happened. Saturday we were moving out of a house we had sold. My husband and his friend were moving an old barbers chair. This chair has hydraulic oil in it to raise and lower the chair. As they tipped it back this black oil began spilling onto the very white carpet. There was a huge puddle and then a lot of food prints. This happened just as the new owners were walking through the door. What a way to meet. We immediately got on the phones and started calling any and every carpet care company in the Reno/Sparks area - either no answer or sorry can't come today....until, Jonah answered the phone "Full Steam Carpet Cleaning" - I told him the story - and he said he could come at 4pm to see what he could do to help. He was there at 4pm as promised and he worked and worked until the oil was gone, he even pulled back the rug to put a barrier down to make sure if anything went to the pad it was not coming back into the carpet later. He was so great. The new owners were so impressed they asked him to give them a price to do the whole house and his bid was $100 to $150 cheaper then the bid they had gotten from another carpet company. She hired him to do the whole house. I will be using Full Steam Carpet Cleaning for all my future cleanings too. Thank you again Jonah for all you did to help us on Saturday - above and beyond out expectations for sure. read more
