I got several estimates for my master shower install. Yes tile was the lowest price by far, and they could start right away. I contacted Vladimir several times during the project with questions (Iâ m not the easiest customer to please) and Vladimir was quick to respond every time. Some of my faith in contractors have been restored, thanks to Vladimar and his crew! I hired Yes Tile as they were very responsive (even through text throughout entire project, which I appreciate). They arrived when they said they would. Even though they are busy, they came out literally right away to provide me an estimate. I got the estimate within 2 days. The price came in way more realistic than others (which I knew generally how much as I've been in the construction field for 20 + yrs). They were very cautious with my floors new and old. They covered everything to help decrease the dust from the demo and cutting Tile. Alex the lead supervisor, even though I saw him maybe 2-3 times for short periods was still great! He informed me throughout the entire process about the job. I couldn't say more...oh wait... they even put tarps under the vehicles in case they leaked on my driveway. Who does that? Was so very kind. They fixed a horrible Tile job I had done 2yrs ago, and thankfully when they did because we found that prior people didn't water proof at all. I was lucky that it didn't leak through sub floor and wall. That would have been horrible. I am overdue in posting this review, but, was determined to do it because this company deserves it. Yes Tile completed a tile job in my living room back in November 2022. From the moment I engaged Vladimir my experience was nothing short of awesome. I asked *alot* of questions about the underlayment versus different types of thinset and he never once seemed impatient or frustrated. In fact, he taught me alot I didn't know and helped my make my decision. The guys that did the work (Fransisco and Walter) were the neatest and most pleasant people you can imagine. Very detailed and not rushing the work etc. Now for this--- the grout I chose turned out to be too dark-- I was really gut sick and frantic. Vlad sent another crew out to hand scrape the grout out and regrout the floor so that I was happy. He never complained or showed any frustration. This is the type of business that was around 20 years ago but is seldom seen today. I hope my review will help you make a decision who to hire.
