Diana knew Exactly what to do and was extremely informative ! Before too long Cesar was at my New Home measuring all the areas with extreme accuracy. I was informed of the amount of flooring needed and given a more than Reasonable Price. Once I agreed and gave them a deposit they had my New Flooring Ordered. Miguel and His Associate were next to deliver my stunning flooring so that it would acclimate to the temperature in my home and the color was Perfect. Finally, I had the Pleasure of Meeting Mario and another Young gentleman who were there to begin the process of ripping out the old dirty carpet, remove some travertine, prep the floor and then lay the new Wood flooring. Each and every piece of wood was laid with care and the Edges meeting the Travertine were Seamless ! I cannot Say enough Good Things about this Fantastic Flooring Company and Everyone there ! We walked in and was very impressed with the showroom. Basically allowed to roam the warehouse, take pictures of the barcode, and they can create an invoice with info and pricing. Although they only carry slabs (no prefab).. I liked the choices they had. I had seven different slabs and pricing was various $$$$.. Still surprised the prices were lower than I thought. Still need to find a fabricator, and probably one more estimate on slabs. Im really glad they are in town.

He even asked for additional photos of the shower to see if there were other areas that needed to be re-grouted or caulked. Marquis showed up the same afternoon, was so incredibly professional, and did such an amazing job that we don't notice the cracks at all now. We are so glad we found him and wouldn't hesitate to call again when we need grout or tile repair work!

Originally, I left a 5-star review because John installed two toilets for us at a reasonable price…read more He did forget to caulk them, but he immediately came back and fixed the oversight. Unfortunately, one of the toilets has never functioned properly--it constantly runs and struggles to flush. Despite John returning several times, the problem was never resolved. We later hired John for other odd jobs, including installing a garbage disposal and fixing water backup into our dishwasher. As always, he was punctual and friendly. However, the garbage disposal was installed incorrectly, which caused new problems. He also accidentally caused some minor floor barrier damage while working in that area. To his credit, he offered to repair the damage right away, but I declined because I appreciated his willingness to help. The next day, when the water backup issue continued, we called him back. To our surprise, he asked for MORE money to revisit the SAME problem he had originally been paid to fix. Even after paying again, the issue still wasn't fixed. We ultimately had to hire another company, who immediately discovered that John had not removed the knockout plug or connected the dishwasher properly--something very basic for that type of installation. Overall, while John is personable and punctual, I cannot recommend him due to repeated problems, additional charges for unresolved issues, and ultimately needing to pay another professional to correct mistakes. Seems like an overall good guy trying to make a living but he needs to take his customers into better consideration if he would like to keep them.

Unless you count the couple of teenagers who sit up by the front-counter complaining about how much money they don't make. Following that fiasco, it was recommended that I go to Sparks Tile and Stone. Immediately upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by Kathy. Who took her time and gave me quite a "tile 101" education, which was greatly appreciated. She gave me so much to think about, I came back the next day and Ashley helped me, as Kathy was on her lunch break. With her help AND the knowledge, I'd gained previously from Kathy, I was able to swiftly select the tile and make my purchase. I'll drive back tomorrow to pick-up my order. It's a 60-mile round-trip from my home (Carson City) to Sparks Tile and Stone and I'm happy to do it for the incredible service I receive here. What a fantastic and friendly business!!! This is the kinda place one wants to spend their money at.
