Great atmosphere in an old church. Sat at the bar for breakfast so I didn't get the full sense of it--but a fun place to be in. Great friendly service. Excellent latte and a good basic breakfast (Larry's breakfast). Tasty food. Probably would have done a 5th star if there's been a little more of the scrambled eggs. Technically might have been 2--but when I make 2 scrambled eggs at home there's definitely more than this. All said, I'd go back and enjoy working around the menu a bit. Strong recommend if you're in Eagle.

The brunch was delicious! Great atmosphere & a brunch menu filled with so many choices for everyone!! While the food took some time to come out, it was well worth the wait.. we had the meat lovers scramble, corned beef hash, kids French toast, kids sliders & one thing that was so delicious, it was gone before I could even get the camera out.. the STICKY BUN!! If you get nothing else, the sticky bun is a must! Happy eating!!

A wonderful find! Unique church conversion to full kitchen, and full bar. But dinner oriented. The live music is perfect, light bluesy-jazz old school quality music. Katiegaronzikmusic.com and 'Katie G & The Half Maccs' the martini was very professionally prepared, the staff well organized and attentive, (like they were here to serve and make folks have a wonderful evening). Prices fair and not opulent. I had Shrimp Pasta, done perfectly. Will be back to try more on the menu.

Attention VISITORS!!!! Tourists.....THIS is THE best restaurant in the area. Sit at the counter, or large area of restaurant....or in summer, spring and fall on the patio. We began eating here as our regular spot, two years before moving from North Idaho to this area. We have had almost 80% of the menu. Great breakfasts, sandwiches, burgers, dinners. Meat from a local ranch. Five PLUS stars to the staff!! So nice, not pushy, always looking out for the customers. You can see they get along and enjoy working here. So we've been chowing down (I'm a veteran) here for three years. We don't live in Eagle but just drive down the road here. So very comfortable here.

Love this charming place! I have thought about it over the years since my parents passed because they loved it, but I had forgotten where it was or even if it was still around and I found it and went there today. Great avocado Benedict on a croissant with crispy breakfast potatoes. I brought home a salad that sounds amazing with a maple balsamic dressing. The place can get busy especially on the weekend, but I went there around 1:30 and it was easy to get a seat. they are now open for dinner so I'm curious about their menu and will definitely stop by.

The ambiance with ok food worth the trip. The service great until I was seated. Waiter came to the table 15 minutes after the breakfast was served. Had to ask for water and had to ask for the check. If you're looking for service, this is the wrong spot! After I paid my bill while waiting for change, the server got on his cell phone and vanished. (I could expect this on a weekend, not Tuesday morning)

    Beautiful morning on the patio!

Great morning at Rembrandts. Hadn't tried the breakfast bowls before. I had the Brussels and Sweet Potato Hash. It was delicious. Loved all the roasted vegetables. Everything was very fresh. Loved the poached apples. The over easy yolks were nice to give everything a bit of sauce to bring it all together. My friends had the Harvest Bowl and they enjoyed those as well with the smashed sweet potato, bacon and avocados. Definitely coming back to try the Breakfast Tacos or one of the Benedict options. Prices are reasonable and actually less expensive than some of the other places we have tried recently. Hard to find a meal for under $20 now a days sadly.

Cool vibe- bones and throw back decor w/a nod to the religious roots of the building but trendy menu- lots of great, fresh options. Great meeting spot. Nice cocktail hour but watch out for the BOGO cocktails. They are per person, not per couple. Service was lackluster w/servers lacking warmth and welcoming attitude while grouped behind bar chatting - we waited for over 20 min for an update on our cocktails and single order of dessert. Again, cocktails and food were fantastic. We'll try again.

What a quaint date place! Downtown Eagle in a refurbished chapel, the food and drinks were delicious! I loved the variety and the atmosphere! The wait staff were very busy and still friendly. I'd love to return again soon!

First time eating here after hearing so many good things about it. Clean, remodeled space that is roomy and nice. A little loud but that comes with the old church space. Not a big deal. Service was friendly and quick. Food came quick even with a full house. We had the pork breakfast quesadilla and the breakfast burrito with white gravy on the side. They were both delicious and huge, had to take half of each home. The cream on the quesadilla and gravy were excellent. Want to try the lunch here before considering the fifth star but not far off from it as it stands now.

It has a very local, community feel that's getting harder to find. The coffee itself is fine -- not terrible, not "drive across town for it" amazing either. I usually just get the unlimited refill cup and drink from one of their mugs while I work for a bit. Where this place really shines is the baked goods and breakfast food. You can smell everything being made from their little kitchen, and it feels genuinely homemade in a way most coffee shops don't anymore. Their molasses cookies are somehow available year-round and I'm not exaggerating when I say if they're sold out, my day takes a turn. The quiche Lorraine is also legitimately excellent with a buttery crust, and they usually have a surprisingly good variety of gluten-free baked goods too. One thing I oddly appreciate: no music and no giant café chaos. Also no plugs, so this isn't the place to camp for 6 hours on a laptop. But if I need a quiet spot to answer emails or get 1-1.5 hours of work done without distraction, this is actually one of my favorite places to go.

I'd call ahead and get your name on the list as it's quite popular and lots of people eat here. So, we had a group of four. The chicken fried steak was very good with gravy and huge portion. Good luck finishing it. I had corned beef hash unlike any I've ever had. The corned beef as in thin strips with no fat and all taste and fresh. The pancake will most assuredly will be the biggest you've ever seen. It's fluffy and done just right! We went on a Friday. It appeared the place had more tables available around the lunch hour. We've been twice now and we love sitting at the bar--it just feels right for the vibe of the place. The staff clearly loves working here, and it really shows. They know the menu inside and out and can pretty much make whatever you're craving. If you're driving through on the interstate, take the I-84 & Eagle Rd exit--it's only a few miles north on Eagle Road. Super easy to get to. The thing that jumped out at me was the photo of the burger, now call me crazy but I think at this point I can look at a menu, photos of food and then the reviews to guide me. Yelp hasn't failed me yet! The first thing was walking in the door there were two hostess who smiled and greeted me. We were seated at the bar since there were just two of us. I ordered the Crave burger with bacon and my guest ordered the house salad with tortilla soup. Everything was excellent! The burger was juicy, flavorful, the bacon was perfectly crispy, Smokey and the white cheddar cheese was the perfect compliment! Now let's talk about the bun, I typically don't eat burger buns but this one was the exception to the rule. It was homemade obviously, buttery, light, and toasted to perfection. I ate both of them! Hahahaha! I felt so dirty typing that the French fries were crispy, just the right amount of salty and fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside. My guest agrees with everything in this review. The house salad was fresh, the vinaigrette was homemade and delicious and the tortilla soup was even great!
