One of the best things about working with Relion is their consistency. World of IT is always changing but the level of service they provide never does. We are not an easy group by any means and we've had technical difficulties anywhere from 5am to 11pm and we've always been able to get a hold of someone. We are extremely fast paced so being down for even a few minutes feels like forever and they always respond with an equal sense of urgency. You can truly tell they care and they never make us feel like we're just another number. We've been using Relion for many years. Brian and his team's knowledge, and service, are top notch. They have been with us through 2 location moves, and have kept us going through each one, with very minimal downtime (I'm talking a couple of hours at most). They were quick to respond to an issue with an email virus, and worked after-hours to get things back to normal. I honestly can't say enough about how much we can "rely on" Relion... ba-dum tss. Best IT services around. All the staff at Relion are amazing. We have run into many IT issues at our office and the company of the products are not able to resolve the issues, but Relion always manages to find the solutions to our problems. We are very grateful to be in business with them. Zach and Brian have been very accommodating. Our business is a multi channel retail, wholesale and ecommerce company, which utilizes a single POS system across all channels. I've been working with Brian and his team for a few years now. Figured it's time to give credit where credit is due. I can honestly say that Brian has prevented and rescued us from imminent computer crashes several times.
