This was one of the worst massages I have ever had. For starters they don't change the sheets where they have clients laying down - all they did was spray down the beds with Lysol right after the client leaves then they have the next one lay down. Secondly, all the employees were SO loud the entire time that I was trying to relax. They were having extensive conversations, taking phone calls, laughing & even stopped massaging me to have conversations. The lady who was massaging me kept burping super loud & was just being so rough & careless with the way she was massaging me. The lady who was massaging my boyfriend had super long nails & was scratching him the entire time. This was literally such an awful experience. If I could I would give this place ZERO stars! My daughter booked 3 appointments one for herself, he girlfriend and me this past Saturday February 22. They order package B and I ordered package D because I wanted to try the hot stones for the first time. I had been here once before about 2 years ago and to my surprise I noticed the same worn out white and black striped tiger blankets over the beds and that was disgusting,I asked for a sheet. Another fail is they have no privacy only some sheer curtains you can see your neighbors which are inches away, and the lights from outside make it very bright and people waiting can see you through the curtains. The worst happened when the two men begin to argue while one of them was massaging on my daughter! The lady with glasses did my massage so light I couldn't feel any pressure it was ridiculous she was basically touching me. Then she didn't even give me the hot stones! She said she thought I asked for package B not D! Smh. Then my daughter wanted to tip her $4 and the Asian lady with glasses made a face nagging it was very little tip! Like how dare she? I was just here this week (7/19/16) and I will NOT be coming back. I hope the business owner(s) of this establishment read this review and rectify the shady business that occurred. I got the E massage selection and really enjoyed it. I personally don't like 40mins+ on just a foot massage so this selection was perfect. It focused more on the body/head. It also included oil and the use of hot stones which I found to be nice. However, my friend chose a different selection. I believe it was A. And unfortunately the lady who was in charge of manning the front desk opted to give her the massage after making her wait an extra 15mins after she was already seated. The lady massaging my friend completely ignored her. She walked away 3 times to help other walk ins and didn't take into consideration what my friend wanted as far as areas to concentrate on or how much pressure she was exerting on my friend. It is plainly disrespectful to LEAVE your client 3 times to the point that the other workers are also staring and noticing how blatantly wrong it is. I will not be going back because this female masseuse did NOT do her job yet still had the audacity to charge my friend FULL PRICE and demand an undeserving tip. She literally stood there as my friend counted her change with her hand out waiting for a tip and when she got one (my friend being shy and generous) her reaction was to say "that's it?" "no more tip?". THEN to top it all off she decided to look at me and ask for a tip. I'd like to highlight that not once did she help me. I had to inform her twice that I already given a tip to my attendant. And at that point I had it. She literally robbed my friend when she charged the full cost of the "massage" + tip when she did NOT even complete the full time. Did I mention the 15mins my friend was waiting the female masseuse decided to include it in the running time. When I brought this to attention no one in the establishment made an attempt to apologize or rectify this. It seems like this was just another typical business transaction of this establishment. This is a shady way to conduct business. And for the record tips are not mandatory. They're called tips for a reason. To force someone to pay you an amount because you think you deserve it when you did a horrible job is outrageous. I recommend to all Yelp'ers to go somewhere with more ethics and integrity. However, with this place, as soon as I walked in I knew this spa was good because it even smelled of tranquility. Also the seats/beds they sit you on actually lay all the way down. I loved that. I tried their packaged "A". It's a 30 minute foot massage with 15 minutes of back + shoulder and 15 minutes of head + face. A total of 60 minutes all for $20! It's very, very worth it. The intensity of the massage was great. Not too deep tissue and not too limp noodle either. Just perfect. They also ask you if you like it so don't be afraid to ask for harder or softer. All in all, a great experience. I recommend calling in advance to make an appointment that way you aren't there just waiting for them to finish up on another client. Way way too much cigarette smoke comes inside from the owner and other employees smoking outside in the front. Also, sometimes they leave the front door open and you can hear the traffic, how annoying . My last complaint THE FUCKING LIGHTING AND NO CURTAINS. I took my mom, aunt and sister here for a relaxing massage. We just walked in without an appointment. Since there were four of us, I asked if they can take us all. She said yes. So we were all getting ready and she said she can only do three of us and one of us had to wait 10 minutes. I didn't really mind and was still impressed they were able to accommodate us. So I stayed behind to wait, and about 15 minutes later they hadn't taken me back. So I just told her to forget it, since my party would have to wait for me 15+ minutes for me. The other issue I had was that the front attendant ended up doing the message for my mom. Which normally wouldn't be an issue, but she kept having to stop mid service numerous times to help the people who came into the lobby. She was also the person answering the phone. So she would continue with the service using one hand while talking on the phone (very relaxing). All in all my mom did not get her full 60 minutes. She ended the service at the time the rest of our party finished. Then when we were paying she said the minimum tip should start at $5.00. She actually argued with us that it couldn't be less than $5.00. Which was the plan to begin with, but I did not appreciate that she demanded that. read more

They expect to be tipped a decent amount. However, there are some concerns with the cleanliness of the establishment. The massage tables are made of cloth and they do not put a towel between your body and the table, so who knows who laid there before you.
