I asked if they were going to be busy for the rest of the night. The lady just repeated what I said "yes. Busy all night". No attempt to set an appointment, didn't ask us to come back, didn't ask what services we were looking to get. I don't think that's adequate customer service and if a business is truly busy, I would assume they would do what they can to aquire future business. They lost two people before even becoming customers.

I definitely recommend Infinite Massage to anyone, especially any business that is looking to…read morereward their employees. Our experience: We're a small business located in downtown Austin and I decided I wanted to bring someone on-site in two days. Stacey helped me over the phone, emailed me a quote within 5 minutes and even sent me another one when I made some scheduling changes. Two days later, Paula showed up 15 minutes early with all materials and was very professionally dressed-- she wore an "Infinite Massage" T-shirt and I was very pleased with her demeanor towards the employees. She worked out a schedule with me (how many employees, how long each massage should last etc) and the massages were seamless. She took one 10-minute break but other than that she happily relaxed our employees for 3 hours straight. Afterwards, she cleaned up and the room looked better than when she arrived! Another note-- I was unsure the tipping policy because different companies have different views on the stance-- I emailed Stacey and asked and she very graciously stated that the therapists are paid well and in no way expect gratuity and that it was completely up to the company. I appreciated her honesty and no-pressure stance and when we did request to add a tip to our invoice (we were that pleased with Paula!) she was very appreciative and thankful. All in all, we WILL be hiring Infinite massage again-- our employees came out of their massage and asked me when we'd be doing this again. You should definitely do it!

I get massages 1-2x every month from Asian places as well as higher end spots like Four Seasons. This review is specifically for Li - I got a 90 mins massage from him in the style that they stand on your back and let me tell you it was beyond incredible I have not had a massage this good in over 6 months. It was way too good and I cannot wait to go back. Massage was a decent price in a simple place where they get the job done.

Overall, the massage by Lidi was very good although she did not ask me what level of pressure I like so at some point I felt the air getting knocked out of me. She was also constantly running in and out of the room trying to get things like oil and hot stones without giving me so much of a warning. The massage and hot stone therapy felt really good after a few stressful weeks and Lidi really made an effort to get knots out. I felt relaxed after the massage although had slight back pain the next day.

Next day she called that she sent me a text to cancel, but she only had my home phone so of course I didn't receive it. Not a very professional way to cancel. She should have called me or emailed because you cannot run a business by texting, especially with a customer you have never met. She said she was out of town, which she knew before my appointment. Horrible customer service! The place is also in a run down apartment building that has been converted to some business offices in a seedy and dark back area. Does not feel like a safe or comforting environment. She doesn't even have the suite number right on her telephone message.

They have recently moved to S. 1st st. which is not that far from the old location. It's behind this coffee place upstairs in a commercialized apartment building now used for businesses. They have it fixed up really cute and when I got there she greeted me quietly as there was someone else behind a curtain getting a massage by another therapist. We went into her massage room and I filled out a short intake form and she gave me a little tea. After asking me some questions on what I wanted to focus on, I changed and got on the massage table. It was nice with candles and some music. She worked out my knots and got me to relax. I'll be back for more and next time I think I'll do 90 minutes.
