I was interested in getting a suppressor for my AR-15, then I was told of the seemingly overwhelming things you have to go through to legally get one. Needless to say between the price of suppressors, the tax stamp, and the paperwork the government requires for approval, it was quite discouraging. Bryce, the owner of REVH ARMS, walked me through the process. He helped me select the best suppressor that fit both my needs, and my pocketbook, then graciously answered all questions I had concerning the application process. I even got a heck of a great deal on a Sig Sauer 9mm while I was there! Now, I have a new hero to write about, thanks, Bryce! Sincerely, R. W. Nichelson

Had an old pistol refinished by Rehv Arms. Sucks living in downtown Seattle as there are ZERO options within 30 minutes from where I live who offer Cerakote service. I know, it's my fault to live in such a hostile city that opposes my right to bear arms. Luckily I found Rehv Arms by suggestion of Google. Gave them a call and found they do Cerakoting at a decent price. The drive took me about 35 minutes to get there on a Saturday mid-morning. Lots of variety if you're into black rifles, AK-variants and auto-loading pistols, also a small selection of shotguns and bolt actions as well. Knowledgeable young men working the store front gladly to help you out. I was told that my cerakote job would take 3-5 weeks at least, which isn't a problem as long as it's a quality job. Exactly two weeks later Rehv calls me with the gun ready. They did a fantastic job with my Sig. Almost too beautiful to shoot. All was good until I hit traffic going back to Seattle, 90 minutes due to road closures, detours and accidents.

I stopped by today Rehv Arms to fill out the documentation for an impossible gun for me to find. I finally found what I had been looking for back east, and I selected Rehv Arms to catch for me. These guys are all over it! they called me before my tracking number even alerted me to the delivery. When I arrived they were very busy but I hardly got a chance to look around before they were ready to get me thru the paperwork. the "Paperwork" was an i pad. i typed all of my info in, and before I knew it, we were done. Slater is the name on my receipt, although i didn't catch his name, Thank you for the superlative service!

Are you guys able to cut slides for optics? If so what is the drive and how long would it take?

Yes we do. Cost starts at $175 depending on needs. Turn around is currently 6 to 8 weeks. We also provide cerakote.

Oh my gosh their phone tree is a nightmare just to quickly speak to an unenthusiastic store…read morerepresentative. And I called the local number for the store!!! I must have had to press 5-7 different options AND then listen to 2 minutes of legal jargon about my call being recorded just to get to a live person. (That live person really hates their job!!) What in the heck is happening? I just wanted to check if they had a specific brand in store. This is unacceptable and it's likely why online retailers and Amazon are taking over the industry. Just really the weirdest longest phone tree I've experienced in a while for a very quick question. Won't be shopping here.

We asked for a different size since my child needed it and she automatically went into berserk mode stating we didn't have the correct box and kept on repeating it. I didn't realize until later why she was repeating it and staying in the area where we got the shoes. It was as if she was accusing us that we "intentionally" changed the boxes. Took her 10 mins to make sure the rest of the boxes of shoes we were going to purchase were correct. Then, she went to the back to get the size we needed Uh woman, the boxes we had was given to us by your coworker. The audacity to ask me upon checkout to sign up for a credit card was messed up as well the way you treated my family and I.

Went back to Willy's Discount WW and they refused to take boots back after 1 wear, even with receipt! Terrible customer service, and even worse return policy. But in general it's a nice and easy place to find any kind of work wear you might need in one spot, even if it's not super cheap. The problem I had was mostly with shoes. Their selections were small, in non slip boots they basically had two brands, both of them their own. Available sizes were super small or super huge, in the range of what most men would actually wear they had next to nothing. But i got my shoes and immediately regretted it. They had built in "moisture wicking" material inside to make them water proof. It did nothing to stop water from coming in but stopped all moisture from getting out. Within an hour my feet would prune from all the heat and sweat kept in, and if you stepped in a puddle it would go straight through. Assuming it was a defect I exchanged them in store for another pair. They were pretty decent about the refund, though they asked a lot of questions considering when I bought them they told me there was a 30 (or was it 45?) day guarantee on product quality. But they accepted the return but told me I had to wait 3-4 weeks for another shipment of my size to come in (again they don't stock normal sizes). 5 weeks later (yes it was late) I finally got my new pair of shoes. They still trapped way to much heat, but at least the water proofing worked and walking to work in the rain no longer got my feet wet. Fast forward 5 months of wearing the boots 8 hours a day, 5 days a week in a fairly low impact job. I work in a kitchen on a tiled floor, it's not outside in dirt, gravel etc. I am not running back and forth etc. Yet these $80 shoes discounted down from something like 120 had their soles burn through. I noticed within about 2 months a lot of the "non slip" traction was wearing out, now it's gone all the way and exposed the inner honeycomb in just a few months. These big heavy duty shoes are mostly empty hard plastic, only the thinnest of cheap rubber covers the bottom. I had another pair of boots, they lasted years. These ones still look almost brand new except now the bottoms are gone like they were a cheap pair of Payless shoes.

I told him to not buy me a new bike, I just wanted My Bike tuned up. He went to Cycle Therapy. They sold him a new bike. (It was going to be about the same amount of money to buy a new bike as it would be to overhaul my old bike). Upon seeing my "new" bike I called the store and ended up talking to the owner Ric. I explained that I wanted my old bike back and tuned up. They still had it and Ric offered to allow me to return the new bike and that they would go ahead and overhaul my old bike for me. Chris and Chad did a GREAT job. I am so happy. But here is the best part... the customer service. All of the team members at Cycle Therapy were totally about making us happy. Honestly, I think they were trying to save my hubby money by selling him a new bike (did I say my Trex was old...it's super old). In the end, they overhauled My Bike for the same price as we had paid for the new bike (that might sound like a lot to pay for a tune up - it would be, but this was an Overhaul...as in darn near built me a new bike on my old frame....). All the while, the Team was sooooo accommodating, pleasant, (they could have turned their noses up at My Bike, but they just seemed to understand that I like my old bike) and they wanted to make it right for me in any way possible. I am in a front-facing customer service job myself and when I experience EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is rare these days, I want to let the world know - so here it is! Support this shop and this team, you will enjoy the experience and the end product.

Outside being a jaunt across the bridge which is not so fun in the late afternoon, they're pretty close by, have good transfer fees, as well as friendly, knowledgeable, & responsive staff. I've never had an issue getting FFL info to a shipper, they're good about calling when your items are ready to pick up, and they've never had any issues processing some of my more complex transfers. That's about all I can reasonably ask from a local gun shop. There are some disadvantages; I tend to show up when there's no line, but if there's a line, the building is a bit on the small side so given the current madness caused by our esteemed Gavin-Newsome-Backdoor-Buddy, Supreme Chancellor Inslee, and King County's pet psychos in the legislature, it wouldn't be hard to imagine at some point you could end up with a line out the door, though in fairness, I've yet to actually see this happen. There is a coffee place next door, which might help those who are so inclined as the wait can be a while while everyone's transfers are processed, which seem to average 15-25 minutes per transfer depending on how smooth things go. Related, the parking lot is a bit on the small side, and is what I'll term "free form" for at least one decent sized corner of it, so you may need to park at adjacent businesses if things are really slammed, and I would suggest that smaller cars may be preferred, but I've yet to actually have an issue getting a full size truck parked in the lot at least during the times I've been there.
