Zac, Sonny, and Josh along with everyone else are always pleasant to deal with and are incredibly patient, especially when I was trying to navigate dealing with NFA items for the first time and the gunsmithing that came with them. They have a large selection of products available too and have gone the extra mile for me in trying to find the appropriate parts and accessories for my guns. They can get busy sometimes depending on the time of the day, but if you give yourself extra time, they are seriously worth the wait. The staff at this place provides great information and will help you on your search for a firearm. They are very knowledgeable on multiple platforms. Their service is also great and They are very speedy compared to other places. If they don't have the firearm you're looking for in stock, they may have it on their website. They do offer consignments and they will buy you firearms. They also offer private transfers which they facility at the store. Just remember if you bring any firearm into the store, bring it in a bag, unloaded and present it to the people at the front counter right when you walk into the store. Could not have had a better experience with these guys. I went in to do a transfer of ownership, a close friend was giving me a firearm and we needed to go through the process of transferring it into my name. When my background check came back I found out that due to a new law passed in Washington State my gun rights had been taken away. I hired a lawyer and went through the court process to get my rights reinstated and this took 8 months. I am happy to say my rights have been reinstated and I have picked up my firearm from them. Pantel supported me through the entire process. They stored my firearm for me free of charge (something they did NOT have to do), all they asked from me was for a weekly phone call to let them know how the process was going. Every single employee that answered my calls during this time could not have been nicer and were never irritated of me calling or the situation. When picking up my firearm everyone in the shop was extremely happy for me and happy that I took the necessary steps to get my gun rights back which made me feel really good and they made me feel like I mattered. If I could rate it 0 stars that would be more accurate. :) Did not get this male staff members name but he is extremely rude and rather than educating you on equipment, he likes to put you down for what you have purchased THROUGH THEM. He has told me multiple times in different visits that my equipment is terrible and trash. Unsure why he feels the need to be a cocky jerk instead of helping someone who is obviously not as knowledgeable as them understand the right equipment. My last visit was today 5/2/23 and my family will never return. Sad to have to leave this review but hopefully it brings attention to someone so he can be retrained for customer service. read more

I used to live close by and I've purchased many firearms here; heck, I'm still making the drive up here. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my occasional bombardment of questions. I feel they're still the best priced store for transfers and new firearms. Oh, and their online "store" actually works for ordering for in-store pickup (after paperwork). Not sure if they're still limiting the number of people in the store at a time, but I try to go early to avoid any lines (flashback to 2020). It's definitely a smaller store that feels a little cramped with displays in the middle, but they have a huge parking lot... Either way, I'll keep making the drive up from Auburn. =] read more

I chose Pantel Tactical to do an out of state FFL transfer. Never done business with them before but after hearing some good things about them I decided to give them a try. Pantel Tactical called me on the same day USPS delivered my firearm to them. The previous FFL I used took them a couple days or so before they would contact me. The Pantel guys are quick! Went in and completed my paperwork. They also take debit/credit for their FFL fee of $25.00, while my previous spot took cash only. So this is a great convenience for customers. I also like that is place is easy to get to for folks living south of downtown Seattle. Located at a strip mall with a large parking lot. Location is ideal IMO. read more

Pantel Tactical is a great little shop nestled in a small shopping center in Renton. I've been to Pantel twice to do private party pistol transfers. They only charge $25 for transfers and they are more than happy to do it (unlike some other nearby gun shops). Pantel has a decent, albeit small, selection of pistols, AR-15s, and shotguns. Prices are right around MSRP, which is to be expected from a small shop. They also have a good selection of magazines and other firearm accessories. The staff is really friendly and helpful! The employee who helped me last time I was there was happy to show me their different handguns and walk me through the models I wasn't familiar with.
