I sent an online service request to Washington Fitness Services, who replied promptly saying they could help, but also advising that the repair was minor with brief instructions on what was needed to be done if I wanted to attempt the repair myself. They even sent me a link to a source where I could buy the part I needed, which was not easy to locate otherwise since the treadmill model I have is no longer being manufactured. I opted to have WFS perform the repair, and Dale was more than fair in charging us a reasonable fee for doing the repair. I was most pleased with his responsiveness and his genuine desire to help solve the problem, even though it wasn't exactly a large or complicated job. Nevertheless, the service, trust, and responsiveness Dale exhibited was worthy of a very positive review!

Dale got right to work, replaced the belt efficiently, and took the time to explain how I can better maintain the treadmill going forward to prevent future issues. Buying shoes you seem to not get any help, I noticed two guys that just stood there and didn't even come over to ask if I needed anything. Before leaving because I could not find anything, I checked out the deal section and I noticed a nice pair of shoes that were about 50% lower than the retail cost but the shoe box had no lid because it was ripped off. The employee that briefly answered my question almost made me decide to not take the offer but I did.
