A robot barista? Managed by Regent Coffee, I had to give this place a try. It was a better option than the nearby Starbucks and Coffee Bean. With no line, I selected an iced matcha latte with oat milk on the ordering screen. It was simple and easy. After placing the order, the robot barista was activated, and I got a free show. All the milks and flavors, like the matcha, are in dispensers. My did not come with ice, but it came cold. I have no complaints. Ice melts, so I understand the logistics. My iced matcha was delicious! It wasn't too sweet, and the matcha flavorful. It cost $6.00. The machine also looks well kept and clean. I enjoyed my drink and can't wait to try all the other beverages. It was super convenient, and it is a great option if you are not in the mood for small talking.

right next to abercrombie and fitch! & this diva mira is ON IT. she is such a queen at doing what she's doing. * i highly recommend the lavender matcha because it was very delicious & the experience itself truly was iconic. * i wish the menu included pics of the actual drinks, but instead it showed ai art.

Super fun experience watching the robot make your drink! Amazing concept and idea. A futuristic vending machine that makes drinks! I order the Iced Osmanthus Matcha (12oz). I recommend stirring all drinks before drinking. Great service and amazing experience which adds to the ambiance.

I had to check this robot making coffee bar out. It was nice to see the AI waving hi to you and randomly dancing at times when not in use. I ordered the ice vanilla cappuccino and it got to work. You order from the middle tablet and the two sides (left and right) are the pick ups for the orders. Once it was done, you tap on either side and it'll deliver your drink to you. Once you tap it, it waves hi to you and delivers your drink. I did realize I ordered a 12oz portion and it gave me a 16oz cup instead and was confused why it was only half portion. Overall, this was a great experience to have an AI serve me a drink like that.

Pretty cool experience to have a robot make your coffee. It's a cool concept and the coffee is surprisingly decent. I would order this if I was walking around the mall but it's not something I'd go out of my way for. I ordered the iced vanilla bourbon coffee and me and my partner liked it but we're also not super coffee fanatics to really taste what is "best." It was good though! The one thing that was a little weird to me was that the cup was only filled halfway. I wish there was at least more ice in the cup or maybe smaller cups? Either way, pretty cool to have service by a robot who was really fast with making the drink!

This is a fun experience to watch a robot mix up your drink, but that's initially what you are paying for. I ordered a 12 oz drink and literally got half of that. It was a handful of ice cubes and half a drink and 1/4 cups worth of foam! $7 for a show and half a cup of coffee. Skip this and make the extra effort of walking over to any other actual coffee shop at the mall to get your full cups worth! First and last time getting a coffee here.

Their menu is incredibly innovative and has a lot of unique flavors, so it was super hard choosing just one. I wanted to try the mango matcha, too and the banana flavors also sounded good. We ended up ordering the Vietnamese coffee and the double matcha. The Vietnamese coffee was good, strong and not too sweet. However, my double matcha was very milky and tasted watered down. Despite it being the strongest matcha on the menu (supposedly), there was no matcha taste at all and it tasted more like just oat milk. The matcha cream on top was tasty and strong but not enough to balance out the milkiness of the matcha latte underneath. I was pretty disappointed, but hopefully it was just a one off. I hope I can come back and try some of the other flavors, and see if the matcha is redeemed. The space itself is super cute with wooden tables and a record player and plants in the corner. There are also chairs and tables outside, and it's located in a plaza with plenty of parking. A pretty convenient and cozy space - I'd opt for the coffee instead of matcha here or skip the double matcha and try a fruit matcha instead.

The matcha lavender latte is the star of the show. It's beautifully balanced: earthy matcha, a gentle floral note from the lavender, and just enough sweetness to tie everything together. The small ugly one that comes in a mini loaf, it was rich, moist, and deeply chocolatey without being overly heavy. PREVIOUS REVIEW2 It's been a while since I've been here the previous time. In addition to being very nice last time (except for the logistics of ordering and the non-functioning power outlets), the please remains a peaceful oasis and the ordering process has improved since. Most importantly, the coffee remains delicious, and the tomato basil tart was a wonderful quick lunch followed by a multi berry muffin. PREVIOUS REVIEW1 Cute little place in Atwater Village!! So cute with peaceful, relaxing and quiet atmosphere (inside/outside) that I thought I could get some work done (free WiFi). The concept is a bit confusing: There are a bunch of "menu items" such as sandwiches and wraps etc, but while they are listed on a big board behind the counter, you have to actually grab them premade/prepacked from a fridge ... The Vegan Smokey BBQ Wrap was very good except for the short and transient moment when I opened the container, but after all it was actually fresh, juicy and had a great flavor mix. The Mex Mocha with Almond milk (alternatives are available) was delicious, and I paired it with a GF Orange Chia Bread Loaf. PS: I'm neither Vegan nor GF fanatic... What really defied the purpose of coming here was the non-working power outlets, and the manager not taking care of it. My laptop unfortunately does not have a TESLA battery and hence I did not last for 2 hours... PS: I neither have a TESLA nor a Prius either ... Tip: Parking on this side of the street can be tough, look on the other side ...

The attention to detail these coffee shops put into everything is the cherry on top of it all. I'm a simple gal with my iced lattes with whole milk and no sweetener, and this place just knows how to get the ratio right, smooth, balanced, and not overpowering at all. The shop and coffee area have separate entrances, and drinks aren't allowed inside the store. There's a cart/rack near the entrance where you can leave your drinks while you shop, which is convenient. I've been looking for a matcha bowl for a while and came across one from Origami. It was labeled $26, which seemed like a great deal given the quality. Unfortunately, at checkout, the staff told me it had been mislabeled and was actually $45, and they couldn't honor the marked price. I understand mistakes happen, and I did overhear them saying it was someone else's error--they weren't sure how the $26 tag ended up there. It sounded like that price might have been the original Japanese yen price without markup. I guess it really was too good to be true. Still, it was a bit disappointing since I was excited to find it at that price in the U.S. Make sure you are charged the correct price during checkout in case they made the same mistake on other products and you get charged more than what you expect. Other than that, the staff was friendly. The coffee was decent, and the seating area had a really nice vibe. I would recommend this place if you are in the area and wanted to enjoy coffee without parking hassle. It's not exceptionally good coffee but it's still decent.

The place was busy when we arrived on a Friday around noon, lots of people lining up to get their artisanal coffees. The wait was short, though, and service was friendly and quick. The shop was attractive, soothingly minimal in a KonMari kind of way. We found a place to sit while we waited for our drinks. I'm not a habitual coffee drinker, so while Matt B. got his coffee, I enjoyed an iced matcha latte. This was delicious, creamy and flavorful and also bright green. It's not thick and chunky like their other stuff. And it's actually good?? I hate that it's good because I went from a Heytea hater to a Heytea frequenter. It's floral, fragrant and it's a perfect mix of guava and milk/cream. Never would I have thought to pair guava and dairy together BUT IT WORKS SOMEHOW. Think strawberries and cream... but guava. The jasmine tea isn't prominent but it's there as a base layer and definitely smells soooo good. The guava taste is strong and I don't know what magic they put in there but it's not artificial and gross. The cream on top is nice too! I tend to drink from the lid the first and just enjoy the cream and then afterwards I'll mix it in with the drink. It's $8 which is pricey.... But I hate that I like it. I've gotten it like 5 times this month alone. They ran out of stickers but the drink is still just as good!
