My daughter is in fashion and we know the business very well but I'm telling you you only get these kinds of employees once in a lifetime. Came in 15 min before closing. No one was at the front, I had to walk around for a few minutes before anyone came up to me. Once an associate did, she coldly introduced herself and told me they closed in 10 min. I understood and promised I'd be quick. She shut the music off, the lights were off in the dressing room, as were the iPads. It was awkward and silently. I came out of the dressing room 3 minutes later, still not closing time. Her and the other associate were chatting excitedly about something . I told her and the other associate to have a good night, then they halted their conversation until I walked out the door. This is not really a store. There are only a few prices on a couple of racks. I have more clothes at my closet. I came because I want to try some dresses on but there were almost nothing there. Online seems to be the only way to go. read more

What a cute store, like a cozy living room where fashion is art & hangs in delicate balance. I was looking for something edgy for a last minute New Year's Eve hurrah. Thank Goodness for Reformation that has pieces you can dress up or be more casual. The Kendi Midi Dress is a perfect compromise for a rocker vibe appeal that can easily be worn on a regular date nite with girlfriends or your partner, while pairing flip flops for a day time brunch look. I love that the clothes hanging in the stores are sample pieces, and the people who work there then gather the sizes for you in the back. Sometimes I don't fit into their Tees- can be a higher neckline, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a perfect fit in this dress. I also had my eye on a long black vest that I will have to save for another shopping spree. It's always nice to shop in a boutique where the noise isn't so loud, and there are less crowds. The staff were attentive & kind to my pups. We are so grateful to find another gem in the mall where prices are reasonable for what you get - with a style that can be worn flawlessly over time. Worst customer service I have ever had in a store hands down. Merely wanted to exchange a dress for a smaller size and was charged $30 more and told by the rude manager of the store I didn't know how to communicate and she couldn't made any exceptions to the credit. I am so turned off by reformation and the customer service given by the manager of the store. I was going to buy a couple of dresses in addition but ended up returning all based off of the service. Really disappointing experience as a whole. read more

I came to get a dress hemmed because they supposedly offer free hemming but I didn't realize that I had to measure the hemming myself. I don't get why the workers can't measure it for me when I'm spending over $300 on a dress. read more

All sales associates were super helpful in getting a room set up for me! They were able to show me dresses for the occasion I was celebrating, and kept me within my price range. They even chose some other options of clothing that are out of my comfort zone, and I even went with one of their options! My daughter and I visited this store for the first time and we were super pleased with the selection and the excellent customer service. Customer service is nonexistent here. Sure, I was greeted by one lady but she soon left to help another customer. It probably took a good 10 minutes to be recognized by another person and to get a fitting room. read more

1) Weird vibes. I love Ref and even got one of their wedding dresses for our big day, but I am genuinely shocked this storefront even exists here or survived past 2020. 2) Customer service is just 2 girls in their mid 20's who pick and choose who they want to greet and give you side eye when you ask a simple question. 3) Floor merchandise is all just sample sizes, which is a little off putting to anyone who isn't a size 4 (I am, and even I felt weird that you have to ask to see or try on another size). SUPER disappointed with the customer service. I was wanting to purchase a dress from here for my wedding, the woman that I spoke to this morning, (Calina I believe?) was super short with me in helping me figure out details on the dress. Then she cut me off mid conversation and said she was going to "pass me off", to which she neglected to actually put me on hold and I heard her say, "can someone help this lady with this stupid dress".... then I waited on hold for 3 min before they just hung up... super sad about this and I will be spending $500 on a dress elsewhere with decent customer service... read more

I had done some online shopping and was hoping to go into the store to try on four specific styles of dress to make sure I ordered the correct size for a wedding I have to attend next month. I was very excited to see a location opened at UTC and made a trip specifically for that purpose. When I walked in the store, I could not locate anybody who seemed to be working there, although the store had maybe four other customers milling around and the try on area seemed about half-full. I wandered towards the back a bit to try and find someone working, and the one woman who I think (?) was working seemed to look right at me as I attempted to make eye contact and she continued to walk right past me. Here's where the problem lies: the store chooses to display their clothing in a single size only, and you are expected to let a stylist know which dresses you want to try on. They are they only ones who have access to the full range of sizes. If I had at least been acknowledged by an employee to let me know she would help me soon, I would have stayed. But when you are expected to pay 300 dollars for a dress and you cannot even get help to try it on, I would rather take my business elsewhere. I would not consider returning unless they develop a fair method for checking-in customers, and hire many more stylists to manage the store. read more
