Horrible management and horrible maintenance. Too overpriced for the kind of service that is "offered ". There is no 24hr maintenance as tried to advertised. The pools are almost always dirty. There is not 24 hr security either so forget feeling safe in your own home. My husband and me have woken up to clothes of illegal people all over in front of the gate entry. We have never felt so annoyed and irritated with any other apartment complex. Idk why my post was deleted lol but this is just a little example of what to expect at this location. Crime is honestly insane. This was left by human smugglers regardless of what ur political views are surrounding this situation , it simply isn't a safe environment for neither children nor residents. Police were informed as well as management but nothing was done in regard to bringing more security. Management is does not make u feel safe in your own home. Lived here for 5 years and I love it! Matinence has been nothing but amazing and fast (shoutout Christina) The office girls are always helpful and professional. They do the sweetest pop ups in the morning with breakfast bags as you drive out the gate. And they always plan fun events for the community! I've really enjoyed living here, plenty of parking space for guests, quiet, lots of grass area which is rare in Arizona. So many pools!! And they always seem to be working towards upgrading and finding new ways to make this place feel nicer. read more

I lived at Reflection for a year total and moved out recently so wanted to give an updated review. For move out they were very reasonable and only charged us 60 dollars for cleaning (which was fair, we cleaned but ran out of steam in the heat and left the tub and oven to clean, might have missed a couple small things as well). I was very happy with that and they got our deposit refund sent to us very quickly as well. I have never had trouble with pb bell being fair on that sort of thing so thats a major plus since some apts are not great about move out costs even when you clean. I'm just going to list a quick pros and cons list of Reflections. Pros: Safe, lots of grass, pet friendly, lots of people decorate their patios/feels at home, lots of parking, amazing office staff (shout out to Pablo!), good appliances and ac (i had an upgraded unit). Cons: occasionally smell stuff from your neighbors, don't recommend if you have allergies or are sensitive to random smells, noise can be an issue (i could hear my neighbors using the toilet even), someone upstairs showers or does laundry and it sounds like its in your apt, etc, and we were pretty ok but some neighbors mentioned having roach issues. Small apts, tight in the bath in the 2 bed 1 bath with low ceilings. The second bed is tiny (not even 9 feet in one direction). Pricing is often way off, do your research and do not overpay. Overall i very much still recommend. This is a good safe starter apt. At one point they were charging as much as newer builds that were a million times nicer/larger etc. As long as you get a fair price i think they are a good affordable choice. If they are not affordable go elsewhere. They were a good safe choice, and the office staff are always very helpful (if u have noisy neighbors or any issues they have your back). Then I was lied to by the Corporate Office at PB Bell about them calling me to get the repairs scheduled. Need a place quick when we moved here from Nevada a little over a year ago. RRM fit the bill for a temporary home. The complex is old...likely built in the mid 80's. The apartments are worn and it shows. Maintenance is questionable, as our A/C went out this summer and we were told that maintenance checked it and said the air temp was blowing at 40 degrees. An outright lie! The compressor struggled to keep the apartment at 80 degrees. It took way to long for the entire a/c until to be replaced. The rent is exceptionally high for such an old complex. We we're paying just under $1000/month for a two BDR before we went month to month...the rent jumped to almost $1100 at that point. We ended up finding a 4BDR, 2.5 bath with a 2 car garage in east Mesa for $1000/month. The house is less than 10 years. In short, take your money and find a better complex. RRM should be a last resort. read more

Used to be a pretty nice apartment complex To but the management change and now the landscaping is but overgrown at the back areas of the complex and they don't do filter chains out you have to do it your own if you want to get ahold of the office you have to walk there they will never answer their phone the maintenance rarely does anything it's just a horrible place to live I would not recommend it this will be my last time leasing from these apartments read more

Just moved in a couple of weeks ago and I love it here so far. It's very quiet and relaxing and the office staff are great! So far all of our maintenance requests have been fixed in a timely manner. No complaints so far outside of a few obnoxious kids, but that's to be expected. read more

LONG STORY SHORT: This apartment is not worth the money and will lie about rent prices. Not prompt with responses, or they just won't tell you when they receive something. "Renovated" apartments are not any better than the non-renovated apartments. DO NOT TRUST THIS APARTMENT NOT WORTH THE PRICE. I have lived at this apartment complex the last three years. At first, this apartment was great! The staff was wonderful and all of our work orders were promptly taken care of. We transferred apartments (loss of a roommate) and it was still nice with the management. However, they switched management mid-lease and that is when everything changed. This apartment from that point on has been a literal hell to deal with. Upon signing a new lease, they "bait and switched" us. When signing a new lease for a bigger apartment (we were going to get another roommate) they said the apartment was a certain price. The day we signed the lease, however, they jumped the price by over $400.00. The apartment was still within our budget, but they failed to advise of this price change until AFTER we moved all of our stuff into the new apartment. We would have went somewhere more worthwhile if we had known that they would jump the price for the apartment. They blamed the apartment price on the fact that the apartment was "renovated". There "renovations" are bs. The only thing different from the renovated apartments and the non-renovated apartments is the flooring (fake plastic wood that they literally use to cover the old flooring - I watched maintenance "renovate" our neighbor's apartment when they moved out) and the poor paint job. The paint did not have a top coat and was poorly painted on with paint on the ceiling, the baseboard, and even on the other walls that were not painted. Handles were falling off of the doors, cabinets were painted without a top-coat which caused the paint to literally chip when you open cabinets or on its own. The dishwasher doesn't work, the tub/shower area did not drain and our apartment even flooded with no action actually taken by the maintenance crew. The pools are poorly cleaned and the landscapers blow all of the leaves into your pack patio or on/in your car without a care in the world (honestly, I'm not too upset about this. It was mostly just a little inconvenience). I have received emails stating I "owed" a balance to them. Then, once I confront the fact that my portal doesn't show I owe a balance, they reply and say the email was sent in error. This has been, by far, the worst experience with an apartment complex I ever had. The apartment is definitely NOT worth the price so save your money. The management doesn't care about their residents nor are they prompt with their replies. They did not advise that my 60 day notice was received until I had to ask if they received it. When asked for documents, they take days to respond. I will never be returning to this place and have written a formal complaint to the management company itself regarding the specific management here. I HIGHLY recommend you go to a different apartment complex - this one will take every last penny you owe unnecessarily and then lie about whatever they please later. Do not waste your money and your time here - they won't follow through with anything they tell you. read more

I'm going through the application process right now. I first left them a message to look at an apartment and didn't receive a call back so stopped in. I filled out an app. And started the process and brought in pay stubs and they said they would be calling me that day to let me know a decision. I again had to call them because they hadn't called me. They told me what I needed for move in but didn't give me a date or time. So I will be calling back again. I'm a little nervous about living here now just because of the lack of communication/follow through. read more

Bunch of clowns run this place, how they manage, Hadley inconveniences and run things are all done very poorly my wife and I had a year lease and broke in 9 months In because we were tired of everything going wrong with the apartment, the countertops were for Micah and painted awfully and they know that and did nothing f about it after we were told to inform them and they did nothing along with the sink that would leak after suing it for too long, the dishwasher that hardly worked or did it's job, they dryer that constantly had problems and need 1 of the knobs replaced and when they came and looked at it the maintenance people said they spoils orde another for it and never did and this was within 3 months of the lease. The awful paint job in the bedrooms, with the A/C going out once and almost a second time on top of that. They gave us this sheet to fill out if there was anything wrong with the apartment or anything that didn't work and have it tuned back into them within 72 hours and we turned it in the next day and NOTHING was done about any of it. But what really sealed the deal was we were supposed to have carpet in the bedrooms in the living room, and both bedrooms. And they knew that and then later emailed my wife saying "if you want vinyl flooring please respond to this email" and my wife didn't respond because we wanted the carpet. Apart of the reason we wanted it was because we moved in April and my wife was due with our son in May and we wanted to have the carpet for when he was older for tummy time and for crawling. But for some reason took the initiative to install vinyl throughout the whole apartment. We were very upset. Come to find out I figured out why they did. The people before ya had bed bugs and NO ONE informed us of this so they had to get rid of the carpet. I have a picture proving that there was bed bugs there before we moved in. We are still very upset about that especially with having a newborn if there was a slight chance they came back. Reflections at Red Mountain - Apartments Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

I moved into RRM with my boyfriend about three months ago, and so far, we're very happy! Signing the lease was easy, and it was all read out to us so we knew exactly what we were signing. The staff was very nice and helpful in giving us all of the information we needed prior to moving in, and they're very kind if we need to go into the office for anything (paying rent, picking up packages, etc.). We also get emails frequently about fun stuff happening in the complex such as food trucks for catering dinners and food drives. As far as the complex itself goes, I would say it's very nice for central/western Mesa. The grass is kept up on and green and the shrubbery is very nice as well. Just a lovely outdoor ambiance and fairly quiet. We have a one bedroom, and while it is small, I think it's space enough for two people (and our cat). The cabinets are a bit dated and some cupboards don't entirely close all the way, but it's a minor flaw that's definitely manageable. Our fridge is cold, but maybe a little too cold because our water bottles and milk start to freeze after a while, and meat in the freezer has to be used within a couple days to avoid freezer burn. Our drain plug for the bathtub didn't close all the way, but that was an easy fix.Our walls are also paper thin, so I can hear our next door neighbor waking her kids up for school, ordering Chinese food, kids playing in the tub, etc. I don't really mind because it's not like anyone is yelling or anything, and we don't hear it very often, but that's probably the biggest downfall. Overall, I think they're pretty nice apartments and a great place to start out. Staff is amazing, the complex is nice, and the apartments are good, too. read more

Keeps going downhill. Residents leave trash on their patios and it stinks and draws bugs and wild cats. Tons of wild cats all over, I can barely take my dog for a walk for him wanting to chase all the cats. There's a dude who walks his big dog who threatens me and my little dog and other dog owners with his dog and a knife and laughs when we seem scared. Things have been stolen off my patio. It's trashy and not safe. Pools are very dirty. The kids scream outside for hours each day. Office does nothing with complaints. Maintenance people are the only good thing about it. I lived at Reflections at Red Mountain Apartments for 4 years and it is by far the worst place I've EVER lived! At first it was great! Quiet, had a playground and tennis court. Very clean property. After living there for a bit those amenities started to diminish, as well as the quietness, and the cops were there pretty much every night for something. My dryer never worked properly EVER! I can't even count how many times they tried to fix it. For no reason should it take 4 to 5 hours to do one medium sized load of laundry from start to finish! I used so much extra electric that it was just ridiculous. The hot tubs never worked properly. It took my air conditioning unit almost starting on fire after 5 times of them supposedly FIXING it before they actually replaced the whole A/C unit and displaced my family for 3 days because of it! The pools were closed a lot! Always on the hottest days when everyone wanted to swim. The fitness center was a joke! Everything in there was broke. They lost my rent one time! Thank God I had the money order stubs to back it up. They keep jacking up the rent but never fix anything. I was so relieved to get out of there. By far the worst place to live. I DO NOT recommend! They let pretty much anyone move in there! I've witnessed a lot that I will not disclose. I will leave it at YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! read more
