I lived at San Posada from 01/17 to 11/17. Really late on the review but I'm glad I waited. First of all these apartments are beautiful. They're new, and they maintain the cleanliness well. The neighbors are respectful and peaceful. Prices are on the higher end for a one bedroom. However considering it was for a shorter lease (I rented for 6 mos and then month to month) and it really was a luxurious aparment experience for me, I found it to be fair. Occasionally there was dog poop by my unit. San Posada provides bags so they are not at fault with that. Parts of the laminate flooring by the kitchen sink started rising. The maintenance guys said it was a common occurrence in the community. They were quick to respond and I was never charged fixing fees so this did not bother me. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and kind, except one. I called today and asked to speak with a Sandra from collections to clarify my move out charges. She was frustrated from the second she started speaking with me. "Who gave you my name?" "Where did you get this number from?" "Why did you call that number for billing?". If you can stop cutting me off and let me speak I can tell you. It was around 0930 when I called, 30 minutes from the office opening. Not a very pleasant way to start both our days. She then continues to tell me she had already spoke with me about my charges and my account is closed. Now that I recall, this was months ago and I don't remember her to be this disrespectful then when I was still in process of paying my fees at the time. As a travel nurse I meet lots of people over the course of months, so if you are irrelevant I will not remember our exact interaction. Anyway, the others (especially Nadia and Gina) have always been amazing, understanding and they gladly assisted me throughout months of me living there. Stores such as Winco, Costco, Walmart and Fry's are all conveniently down the street. There's even a Popeye's in front of the community. My guests never had a problem finding parking. The gym offers weekly classes which I thought was nice. I did not receive any unnecessary move out charges. My jeep was never broken into, and I received all of my packages without damage. I never felt unsafe living there. I would consider living at San Posada again if it wasn't for the negative interaction today. read more

I was asking a simple question, and she refused to assist me and didn't want to "explain herself anymore!" This is how you treat your community? Been living here six years! It is no longer luxury apartment!. Dog poops and trash are everywhere! Sometime trashes on ground are there for weeks and start to smell. I told the maintenance lady and she told us someone else will pick it up and drive off. They need to remove all the trashes around the trash can and the back! When u tell them u are moving. They want to do a walk thru one month prior and then another walk thru when you return the keys. They also sent a list of pricing if they find anything wrong. Should u put in new carpet anyway for new tenants.? They will nickel and dimes on everything! People move their families from out of the state in. THEY use the open parking space to store their unused cars here. Not fair when we paid $2000 a month can't find parking space! There are other complaint about the same thing! We have lived at Mark-Taylor San Posada since they opened in 2016. We are finally moving in 2 weeks. We intended to only stay here for 3 years at best, but then Covid hit, and with it the housing crunch. So, we were kind of stuck with apartment living. Apartment living will always be just what it is. You pray that the residents you wind up sharing walls with our classy and considerate. So, as you can imagine over eight years, we have had a variety of residents we have had to share walls with. Unfortunately, most were very bad. We were told by management to call security and document so that they could build a file to evict. That never happened. So, besides the usual slamming doors and cabinets, we also had to endure loud music during the wee hours of the morning. Then when Arizona passed the marijuana act back in 2017-2018 and gave the green light for people to light up, we had users who shared vents with us, and you can figure out that the smoke was indeed entering our apartment. Nothing was ever done. I must say that the complex was pristine during the first 4 years. But, after that I believe there was a combination of an influx of residents who apparently did not appreciate nice things which was evident by the noise disturbances they caused, the trash and litter they tossed, or failed to dispose of in the waste containers, along with irresponsible dog owners who habitually leave their dog's waste for someone else to dispose of. According to our lease rules for waste and recyclables, all residents are required to place their waste and recyclables outside their doors from Sunday to Thursday no sooner than 6 pm. For many residents that rule was another one they chose to disregard. That is especially problematic here in the "Valley of the Sun" where more than have of the year is "HOT". Just imagine what happens to garbage when it has been baking in the sun for hours, and often over the weekends. The Maintenance crew kept the grounds free of litter first thing every morning. The last 3 years I have seen the same trash for several days. Then you have another rule that many residents choose to ignore, which is storing all manner of items right outside their doors and on their patios. Let's just say it looks very "ghetto'. On to the pool. After, the first 3 years my wife and just stopped going to the pool on weekends unless we got out there before Noon. Many residents took advantage of Guest privileges and as one can imagine, you only need a few who triple and quadruple their maximum number of (2) and now you find yourself trying to share the pool with too many guests who have brought oversize inflatables, boom boxes and the like. The pool and jacuzzi were amenities that in the earlier years were always kept clean. No more. I would say the last 3 years there has been a greyish build-up of sludge and dirt on the tile walls completely around the pool. The jacuzzi is even worse since more dirt will build up with heated water. This summer before I left town I reported it to the office. They did respond back and thanked me for alerting them. When I returned a month and a half later it was as dirty as it had been. As a senior citizen I just don't feel comfortable anymore getting into pools and Jacuzzi's that have filthy walls. Just recently they closed the pool for a couple of days for required maintenance. I thought for sure they would clean the walls. So much so that I went out late the night they reopened to take a swim and relax in the jacuzzi. But, to my disappointment it was very obvious that the walls had not been cleaned whatsoever. Given the fact that this large complex only has one pool and a tiny jacuzzi, coupled with the heavy usage it gets during hot months, it should be a given that the walls should be wiped down each morning, especially the jacuzzi. My final complaint is the "Fetch" delivery service Corporate Office imposed on us without any more than a "Sales Pitch' meeting they invited residents to attend. They did not ask what we thought-it was more of "We are adding this new service (whether you approve of it or not) and "Oh" by the way $30 will be added to your monthly rent". (As if we didn't have enough fees already) I might add that I have never used this service, yet I, and whoever else did not use it was forced to pay for a service we never received. For 3 years that totals up to roughly $1000.00 per resident. So, for any potential and/or future tenants; just remember that "Everything that glitters is not gold". The apartments themselves in comparison to other complexes I've visited ranks high. However, I personally believe because Mark-Taylor have so many properties in several states, they are all well-cared for the first few years but then, at least in the case of this property, the attention apparently diminishes over . For a Complex of this size, there is no excuse for Corporate Office to not invest in hiring personnel to monitor and enforce rules and policies as stated in our signed lease read more

Not recommended to lease from this place unless you want them taking all of your deposit in the end of your lease, also not much of a kid friendly place when they send out notices through email stating that kids can not be out side with out an adult.. so me and my wife and kids moved out like a month early before our lease was up because it's tough to find a house rental, so we planed accordingly, we got lucky and found a house for rent I tried getting a hold of a manager to see if it was ok for us to not have to pay for our last month there because the apartment was ready for them to prep it even though it was just a 13 day stay, between me and my wife we cleaned it thoroughly and even asked the office to do a pre walk through just in case we missed anything, so they did with me on the side and their maintenance supervisor Mike, he said it looked good accept for 2 little stains on the master bedroom, which I told him my pets don't go in our bedrooms (any) they stay in their kennels till we let them out for a walk or get fed showered ets.. so our deposit was 1200 or 1300 and upon looking at my last statement, I ended getting charged for something that could of been easily extracted from a professional carpet cleaning company but nope they charged me almost exactly of what I payed for my deposit.. so choose wisely where you guys stay at.. read more

In response to Mark-Taylor: Once again, when anyone post a complaint about San Posada's failure to provide its residents with the Quality Luxurious living experience advertised, their response is to call them so that our concerns can be discussed., rather than simply taking a tour themselves to see what they observe with their own eyes. The responses are always generic (AI). So the pics I have attached are from two residents in Bldg 3. The pic of garbage was left out the entire Labor day weekend in this triple digit heat. (2008). The pic of the resident in 1007 shows all the items that this resident stores right out side their front door for months. (Ghetto). It is very obvious that no one walks around to monitor whether or not residents are actually fulfilling their responsibilities, as stated in our lease agreement. I'm out of here. San Posada most definitely does get my official seal of approval, though with a few caveats attached to it (none of which is a deal breaker). Overall, these are very nice apartments, with some very aesthetic, glistening extras (fancy-schmancy gym, state-of-the-art computer office, splendiferous pool area, tidy grounds, dog park, Amazon lockers, interactive community website, etc). I also found this complex to be in a great location for me. And, keeping in mind that no apartment complex is going to be perfect (you're living by the rules of the complex and in close proximity to other people), by being cautious about selecting a floor and a specific area of the property you'll probably have a 5-star stay here. Now some Yelpers have mentioned "rude" staff members, but that was not my experience at all. In particular, Nadia and Anastasia shattered the boundaries of the ordinary, both are sports cars in a world of school buses, when it came to providing top-notch service. They'll go the extra mile for you. Try being nice to other people and watch miracles unfold before your eyes. As for the apartment, I was in a 2nd floor, 2BR apartment on the north end facing the back gate (for easy access), which I thought would be a great part of the complex to live near. The apartment itself was spacious with a ton of available storage (closets, cupboards, and storage area off the large patio) all of which could make a hoarder's dream come true. The appliances are all new and have a stainless-steel exterior (which may look heavenly but they scratch easily - so beware). There's also plenty of lighting already installed, as bountiful as a good harvest. Meaning, no trip to Goodwill or scouring Craigslist for additional lighting is necessary. And the superb windows help keep energy costs down. Though, one issue I had with the apartment (because of the loud neighbors above me) was the faux wood floors. Granted, the flooring may look like a sublimely grand spectacle (for an apartment), and be as easy to maintain as shooting rubber ducks in a barrel, but those same wood floors will have you walking softly, unless you don't mind distracting your neighbors below (like a fly that keeps buzzing around your head) from the all noise you can potentially generate with your feet on those floors. Assuming you're quiet, I'd get a top-floor apartment away from the north end of the complex (if you're childless). That's because the north end of San Posada is where you'll find the majestic, picture-postcard playground for the many young children that inhabit that end of the property. And, you guessed it, children sometimes shriek like a razor drawn across a pane of glass! But it wasn't the playground activity, which I couldn't even hear from my apartment that is so distracting, but rather, the kiddies' activities would inevitably spill out into the nearby north-end parking lot, which I most definitely could hear. Now this isn't a major issue, it's just something to take note of if you're considering that end of the property. But wait, the intermittent noise doesn't end begin and end with the occasional screaming-at-the-top-of-their-lungs children. Your neighbors will sometimes allow the heavy security front door to SLAM!, loud enough to wake the entire building with every SLAM! And here's another SLAM! for added measure, just in case you didn't hear the first SLAM! Though, I'm guessing that most of that door slamming was by children oblivious to their actions. Also, there is "valet" trash ($25/mo), which is a convenience, but if you're situated by a dumpster (as was I), the workers clang and bang around (like a butter knife in a garbage disposal) at late hours. Which, by the way, includes them throwing away all your sorted recycling materials. Apparently, the recycling dumpster, located at the furthest reaches of the property, is just too far away for them to bother to haul recycling items over there. This is why you'll find the recycling bins near empty and the trash dumpster, at least at the north end, was often an overflowing eyesore. And, lest I forget to mention, there's the city trash pickup at the crack of dawn (some mornings) so can you can use the inglorious BAM!, BAM! BAM! BAM!, right outside your bedroom window, as a substitute for an early-riser alarm clock. But don't get me wrong, by just avoiding a few noise pitfalls (none of which may be an issue for you) you'll have a 5-star stay here. My final analysis is: One thumb way up for appearance of the complex, the extras, the apartments themselves, the staff, and the location; and one thumb down for the noise generated by the inconsiderate tenants above me on wood floors, by children (at the north end), by so-called "valet" trash collectors (who added insult to injury by disrespectfully throwing away recycling materials into the trash dumpsters), and by the truly outrageous crack-of-dawn dumpster pickup. How about they hit up non-residential venues before the crack of dawn? read more

I had lived here for almost 7 years and I've had zero issues... However I had a feeling that when I leave they're going to nickel and dime my deposit, not sure why they're charging for painting December 2023 when I had moved in February 2017 you would think they need to paint... There's also a charge for carpet replacement, that exceeds life... in any case what an incredible way to turn around such a positive experience. At the tail land I was paying $2400 a month. Cannot give these apartments a good view wasting my time last , not knowing what they're doing but this is their job this is what they do from day in and day out and yet there's a lot of confusion misunderstanding a lot of assumptions on their part which cost me time to find a place to live they don't understand it takes 10 times longer to apply for a router but once you get one which is hard enough as it is the only give you so many months find a place .which I'm still looking giving me false hope because they don't know the rule in how voucher work and if you're going to take on a program through the city you need to know what the hell you're doing and you should know all the rules and the exceptions the guidelines when it comes to vouchers qualification.and the understanding in how voucher work .although they have just started taking on vouchers through the city of mesa earlier this year they really need to do their research their homework and knowing how the process works .and I would expect them to know what they are doing . I first saw those properties in early May and one leasing agent who I saw a few time said you qualified after she went over all y info and all my income together I was looking for one bedroom one bath although I was a bit concerned because their units are stackable so you have the first floor second floor third floor units and with my arthritis condition and my disability I was concerned going up and down a slightest steps could be painful and discomfort for me but I did eventually try doing the second middle for and it was doable really gave me a slight heart attack but can be doable so I came back later to a apply for a unit however the original leasing agent wasn't there anymore on the properties so again a showed this different leasing agent staff I brought all my documentations in my I'd everything all my income information and right there and then they should have known what they were doing over the rent base including taxes and the full amount of rent would have been and then show me units that were within the price budget she missed that and showed me units that turn out to be more than the vouchers are they assume that you can make up the difference. I'm honestly loving it here at San Posada. The staff has been amazing and welcoming especially since I'm new to Arizona. For me my neighbors have been nothing but the best and super friendly. You might think the prices are high especially for a 1 bedroom, but there is MORE than enough room and trust me there's a bunch of cabinets for storage. If you're looking for a place that's quiet and not full of riff raff (Well besides some cats fighting in the trash) this is the place to move to. It's also community focused with weekly food trucks on Thursday and other events to break the normalcy. The only issue I've had since moving in is someone parked in my reserved parking spot, but that's not San Posadas fault, but some goof that didn't use the guest parking. All and all it's a great community and glad I'm able to call it home. read more

We moved to Arizona one year ago and were lucky to choose these apartments. We moved out today after living here twelve months. Such a wonderful experience! We built a new home and although we are happy for the future, we are also sad because this place is fabulous. We felt safe here, the grounds are clean, the staff were friendly. We did our part by being good residents/neighbors and based upon our behavior, the company/neighbors were great to us. If you are a great tenant, Mark Taylor is the only way to rent. Terrible management. My family got into an altercation with a mob of 15 people that were staying in the property's guest suite. My mother and step dad are an elderly were attacked by these visitors. Management did absolutely nothing about it. Residents of three years were attacked by visitors and management did nothing to help the situation or help people who pay rent fell safe at home. I had vowed that my last year here I would not complain to the leasing office about anything other than of course noise disturbance. So far so good. I usually spend most of my summers back in my home state of Illinois. Saturday morning I decided to take a dip in the pool. The last time I had used it was back in April, right before I left town. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to see the grey smudge along the pool walls just like in April. I didn't stay long because of it. Our first 2-3 years living here everything was kept in pristine condition. The pool and jacuzzi were always maintained and cleaned daily. Now I rarely go to the pool and jacuzzi because the tile walls always have this grey buildup on them. This is a large complex so the pool and jacuzzi gets heavy use, especially during the warm months, which in Arizona is about half the year. The Fitness Center was another amenity that was cleaned daily. Arizona being such a dusty place actually requires daily cleaning. I now work out at a Fitness center off site.. Many areas of the grounds have large bald spots. I know the Landscapers do the best they can, but unfortunately, they're simply too many inconsiderate pet owners who don't pick after their dogs and/or who allow their pets to urinate on the grassy areas. Over the years it just continued to get worse. I'm sure all the cats running loose around the complex makes matters worse, since cat urine is much stronger than dogs. read more

It's the holidays right! Not here at San Posada! I recently came into a personal situation, where I couldn't renew my lease, although that was the plan 30 days ago, however I reached out to the community manager to see if I can still put in my 60 notice to vacate without being charged another months rent, by which I was told, "there's nothing we can do about it, you can sign the 60 notice today and do a month to month with a 20% increase, or you can vacate and you will be sent to collections"...they don't care about their resident service, it's the money they want! All I wanted was to sign and finish my lease without paying extra because of my situation, they refuse to listen, and said "sorry but that's all we can do." Wow! FYI the rent is ridiculously high for such cheap service here, and it is not luxury housing at that, the apartments are overpriced. I also called corporate to try to speak with someone higher up than the community manager and the receptionist, was pretty dumb, I had to explain 3x's, and was put on hold numerous times, and than hung up on after that she did not answer my calls, this is how Mark Taylor does business, awful company for sure! Think twice before leasing here, it isn't at all worth the amount we are paying for rent. Not to mention the amount of dog sh*t everywhere! Don't do it! read more

Coming from someone who didn't get their deposit back after moving to another unit (boooo, I really didn't break the towel rack in my bathroom), I'll give you the most unbiased review I can. And I can't even lie: I'd still rate this complex 6 stars, if I could. You're probably searching for apartments in the area and you're held back by paying a couple extra dollars to stay here. Trust me when I say it's worth every penny to get the crime-free area, well-kept amenities, friendly staff, quiet neighbors, and location of San Posada. The gym is fantastic. The pool is great - weekends can be a bit hectic during the day, but noise is almost always at a minimum. Plenty of space to walk your dog, take a walk at night, grill food, or take your kids to the playground (boo, children! Just kidding, but San Posada is relatively quiet for being slightly more family-oriented). You're close to everything, have all the food options at your disposal, and get some top-notch comfort. I can't speak for anyone else, but if someone rates this less than 4 or 5 stars, they either had a problem with neighbors, left a bad review because they couldn't figure out their finances, or accidentally stepped in doggo poop once Pay the extra buck and thank me later read more

If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would. When we first moved in, the leasing woman was great. However, we had new people move in under us and we all of the sudden starting getting complaints about things that were ridiculous and out of our hands. Well, we put in our 30 day notice and all of the sudden we received more phone calls about complaints about our puppies barking. Well, we were in the process of moving our stuff out of our apartment. Do not let this place fool you, there is always a story behind the cover of the book! there is crime on the rise at San Posada! cars being broken into and many more things such as drug users and other people that have no need on this property! Whenever there is an attempt to speak on the situation, they state the hours of security but in our situation there was no security on the property! Recently our apartment was attempted to be broken into at 6am in broad daylight! Not only was it traumatizing for my wife and child, it's really disappointing that San Posada would not speak upon the situation! Not even an attempt to come look at the apartment after the damage was done! Thanks to Richard the maintenance man who reassured us and fixed the door! Once we figure they were trying to sweep it under the rug, we tried posting on our resident app to inform fellow residents about the incident and for them to be on high alert and that dangerous people may be roaming the complex! Of course the post did not go through because they said quote by quote "this app is not made to scare people but to keep people updated". Yes I have proof that this was said. If you love your family and care for your safety and even if your a young bachelor, understand the pain in this review. My wife and I do not wish this upon anyone. There are many factors that tie into this situation as well! But if you are a current resident! Understand that we see police almost every other day and we never hear one peep out of San Posada! We have lived at San Posada since the end of May 2016. We scouted the apartment out online and started the leasing process from out of state without seeing the place in person. When we came to visit before moving, I decided I would never leave the pool! It's beautiful. The grounds are SO well kept, I even saw one of the guys cleaning the top of the mailboxes! Who does that? It's impressive. The gym is better than anything I've ever seen at an apartment, even with a spin room. The inside of the apartment is spacious with a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Fixtures and appliances feel like they're good quality, floors are beautiful too. No complaints about the apartment itself! Whenever there have been minor issues its been as easy as stopping by the office or putting in a maintenance order. The staff is friendly and they always offer water if you stop in (smart when it's always over 100*) My only complaint (nothing that could be changed) would be the area outside of the gates. I love that Costco and groceries are nearby but it doesn't make for a pretty area to walk around. Definitely doesn't feel dangerous, just nothing fancy! read more

This is the nicest apartment complex that I have ever lived in and surprisingly my car KEEPS getting vandalized here!! I called the office to inform them of what's going on and was told I'd receive a follow up call as to what the apartment complex can do to help me so the vandalism stops. Unfortunately I never got a call back and after going to the office to follow up I was informed there is nothing they can do and I would still have to pay the $100 a month for a garage. I by no means was looking for a freebie but something to help would have been nice when the reality is I DONT NEED a garage and that's why I don't have one. But I guess I NEED one here living in a gated community with "security" walking the property in the evenings. read more

Stay away, this property is in a terrible location with non stop police activity, not to mention the management "Stephanie" was extremely rude and non responsive when I attempted to apply for an apartment. I decided to go with The Premiere at Dana park which offers much higher quality apartments in a better location with a fantastic staff. It was night and day between the two locations. Stephenie the property "manager" is 90% of the reason why I did not select this complex. This being a Mark Taylor property blows my mind, I thought Mark Taylor was upscale high end living with a customer first policy. It seems as if San Posada is at the bottom of Mart Taylor's priorities. Finally, after having seen my annual income she changed her tone. That also just didn't sit right with me. I really appreciate the great communication from our staff about events they host and or things that we need to know about like repairs. The customer service is top notch. The maintenance team response time is excellent. Our valet garbage team works there but off and the front office staff is very respectful and helpful. Thanks for all you guys do. Do yourself a favor and DON'T Iive here! It looks nice on the outside but it's a facade, do your research! There are apartments just as nice that are less expensive. Rent was high for a one bedroom. There are a lot of hidden fees that they don't tell you about upfront. They charge $30 a month for trash and recycle! They only come 20 days a month (even less with holidays) and they don't even recycle. We had a mold issue twice here even though they were brand new when we moved in. The first time it was dealt with pretty quickly but the second it took 7 WEEKS for them to diagnose and fix it! Our unit was always humid. They had to come in several times during my days off and had to put a giant loud dehumidifier in our unit. Didn't offer us anything for inconvenience. One of the maintenance guys was rude and told me it couldn't be mold when he came in to diagnose (blackish green and fuzzy) all along windows. The rest of maintenance were great and prompt at fixing things. When it was all said and done management said "we made every effort to solve this problem." Never truly solved it. People in a unit close to ours smoked weed often. We also got a ton of flyers on our doors even though sign said no soliciting. We paid to live in a gated community and the gate was often broken once for about 3 months!! A couple a times they closed the fitness center during prime hours with almost no notice. Thank goodness we bought a house and were able to get out of there. We couldn't wait. Dealing with management was horrible. They pretended to be nice but were fake. read more

We was looking for an apartment in Mesa and discovered this one. Wow is all I could say for days. Such and amazing staff they have working for them. We was greeted promptly and asked a bunch of questions. All was answered professionally. We looked at a model and fell in love with the place. 2 months later we had filled out a contract and rented one start in June 2017. I know we won't be disappointed when we arrive. San Posada is an amazing place to live! I've been here a little over a month. It's my first time living alone and being on my own and I couldn't be happier. I feel safe here. The worst apartments I've ever set foot in. For a "luxury" community it is an abomination. First week I moved in my car got broken into and so did several other neighbors. Management was involved for about a day to keep us all calm but the "security" they hire is nowhere to be found afterwards and have not seen them since the day I moved in. This community also has children/teens stealing packages left at front doors. Many testimonies have come forward on who the kids are yet management will still not allow us to install Ring doorbell cameras to be able to keep an eye out. Pool is very dirty as well as gym. There are a lot of wandering cats so if you have a dog beware most owners are nowhere to be found. There are various cars speeding in the middle of the night without any care and nothing has been done despite so many complaints. Have had issues with San posadas app service to pay rent and when confronted they blamed me saying it was my fault but when shown evidence of the opposite they didn't have to decency to apologize. Leasing office has repeatedly given me and my husband attitude and rude answers to questions we have had making it a very uncomfortable place to live. Way to overpriced for a bad community and horrible customer service and cleanliness. If you are looking to move into a great community I recommend you steer past San posada it's a disgrace to the luxury lifestyle. read more

She answered all my questions, was patient, and helped me go through my options more than once. She was very understanding and she made a good first impression. read more

I'm extremely happy in this apartment. It has everything I've been wanting in one place. The leasing staff is ALWAYS friendly and very happy to help. The outside is kept gorgeous by the many groundskeepers I see walking around, they are also very friendly. The fitness center is awesome the pool is breath taking, they have a playground that will be ready at the end of the month that I'm looking forward to taking my child too. At night it's so quiet and peaceful in here. I'm LOVING everything about San Posada!!! read more

Let me start off by says these properties are beautiful. However, thier corporate greed left me feeling baffled. I worked in property managment for three years and am disgusted with the way they treat their tenants. I was followed by two men, inside the complex and did not feel safe living here any more. (Not their problem this can happen anywhere.) Where I was left baffled was I left a voice mail with the staff, but never received a phone call back. I probaly would not have gotten one until I was dead and it was time to collect pass rent. They also will raise your rent austronomicaly each year. In fact, all my neighbors were being raised by $200, yet they limit amenities such as closing dog parks, and limiting food trucks to once a month instead of weekly. When discussing why I was so bothered Staphanie the manager replied with I didnt get the voice mail, and good luck with corporate, Tracy Mendoza wont give you the time of day. I have heard from other neighbors they had car broken into, yet they refuse to put up cameras (Not even if it is not facing an apartment.) Just seems to me your money can be better spent at a differnt facility. If you really want them to listen to a complain you have to download their neighborhood app, which is just basically a social media drama that holds them semi- accountable. Hopefully you never have an issue. When you move out they will charge you for every little tiny thing and replace carpet even though they allegedly have a four/ five year life span. Me and my boyfriend went in today to tour and get the feel of the San Posada Apartments and as soon as we walked in the staff greeted us and they were so upbeat and happy. The woman that showed us the model apartment and got us on our way to our new home was Taylor. She was absolutely amazing! She took us and showed us every detail and made sure we understood everything in the paper work too. She also made us feel like we were already home. We can't wait to have the chance to move in spring of 2017. read more

I have been living here for almost a year. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue that wasn't addressed promptly. Managment really cares about the tenants. I plan to live here till I purchase a house of my own. Come here if you want to feel like your home. read more

The apartment complex itself is awesome, the insides were clean and updated and I never had any issues with anything breaking. Maintenance was amazing and responding to requests if we had them. I lived there for a year & I just moved out 2 days ago. My biggest issue with this place was the office. Our front and side gates were always broken and left open at night. At one point the side gates were left open for 4 months straight. The complex was in kind of a seedy area so those gates are definitely needed. While I was there cars were stolen, broken into (one being my brothers), valuables were stolen, homeless people were passed out in the green areas around the complex, a drunk homeless man passed out on our neighbors balcony and the cops had to remove him just for him to come back the next day. Management never cared. They didn't care that due to them not fixing the gates my brothers windows on his car all got smashed out and then they tried charging us for a garage to put his car in because the windows were smashed. Again, apartments were great BUT the location sucks and the office doesn't care about your safety at all. read more
