nice people at the front. this is not a luxury apartment though. appliances are cheap, everything always breaks. maintenance takes a while. roach infestation that leasing office will do nothing about. gates are always broken. not safe. reported a man that was targeting women and starting fights in the leasing office and they did NOTHING. do not recommend if you want your home to be a peaceful place to come back to. Maribel is a disgrace to this company

If you enjoy paying "luxury living" prices to live with the homeless people off the streets then this is the place for you! The company that manages this building doesn't care about your safety or wellbeing. There are constantly homeless people in the building at night doing drugs in the bathroom and on the rooftop patio and in the stairwells. This morning I was greeted with a big pile of human s** in the stairwell and almost vomited. These matters have been brought to management's attention numerous times over the last 4 months and they can't seem to fix simple things like a door lock. I would strongly recommend not moving here unless you like paying over 2k a month to live amongst the homeless population in downtown chandler. They trick ya by paying residents in gift cards to leave them fake 5 star reviews. Save your money and your sanity and pick somewhere else to spend your hard earned money.

Dirty floor

If you're looking for a place to live do not move here. There is not enough parking here. If you get home after 6pm good luck finding a spot. It is dirty here the floor is constantly wet or has disgusting spots of who knows what, the hallways STINK, there's always trash in the hallways and dog poop everywhere. You pay $25 a month for valet trash and they tell you it will be picked up after 8pm however if my trash is not outside my door by 7pm then it will still be there in the morning. At least once a week the trash in my hallway/floor is forgotten, either Thursday or Sunday. Why am I paying for a service that isn't being done. There is a lot of nice people here but there is also a lot of inconsiderate LOUD people who live here. You can hear every single one of your upstairs neighbors footsteps and if you use the bathroom at the same time as your neighbor next door you can hear them too! There is many homeless people around the complex and somehow they get in here and will hang out in here at night. I understand apartment living and you will hear things you don't want to hear but this takes to a new level of loud. I have lived in other apartment complexes before but this is just over the top. I overlooked all of that because like I said this is apartment living and you will have all kinds of people around you with all different kinds of schedules. I am mostly upset about the way the leasing office handles issues that come up. And don't even bother contacting corporate because they are even worse than the leasing office. They truly do not care about you as long as your rent is being paid. The only good things about this place is maintenance and Elijah in the leasing office. Maintenance guys are friendly and quick and Elijah will try to help you in any way he can.

UPDATE: I still would NOT recommend living here!! My lease is up in October thank goodness. I still have water damage but at this point is not worth my time to worry about it. I did find out that they make you sign a lease adding 6 days extra into the end of your lease so you have to pay them these 6 days of rent. I have never heard of this before but this place is trash, people leave their trash on the weekends, nobody picks up after their dogs, elevators break down at least once a week, you can never find parking pass 9:00-10:00 pm and they don't enforce the parking sticker rule. For how much the residents pay here we don't get our moneys worth. I loved this place when it was owned by Alta Steelyard. Oh and I got just $150 Gift card for my 8+ months of trouble I had to contact corporate just to get my issue "resolved" even if I got water leaking through my unit again. Can't wait to be done with this place and never to deal with them again I would not recommend living here. The buildings were not built properly, it looks nice, but stuff breaks all the time. I've had five water leakages for the last 8 months, 2 out of the 5 leakages were "fixed" and yet we had 3 more after that. I finally got tired of the front office and maintenance saying they would come and fix my expensive "luxurious " apartment and I finally had to contact corporate. Contacting corporate was a whole process itself they took 3 weeks to finally get back to me after putting 4 complaints. After 8 almost 9 months of dealing with this problem I shall see if it will get resolved. Living here you have to put up with the horrible communication with the front office, management, and maintenance for an expensive price and a huge headache if something breaks

It seems to be quite organized in the office because the property is ran where it appears that things are done according to processes and schedules. I just moved from a place that was poorly managed. I lived there for three months and was able to get out of my lease because I received charges for amenities but was never provided access to them and the property manager didn't want to provide a credit. This is a clear breach of a rental lease, and the judge granted me the ability to move, and I am so glad that I did. I have only been here for a month, but it is so cozy. My floor plan is very versatile as it's a closed concept but where I would have others over, it's pretty open (kitchen, living room and dining room). I love everything about this place other than the fact that I live on the 3rd floor. That's not their fault, just my preference would have been to be on the second floor. They have internet that comes with your apartment, vivint and security alarms on the doors...the pool area is something out a resort magazine. It's so pretty and comfy. Definitely one of my favorites in good old Chandler, Arizona!

The office stuff are friendly, very welcoming and reliable. This location is in Chandler, Arizona Ave and Queen Creek nearby Hamilton High School. This apartment was worth every penny I paid for. 24/7 amenities and very luxury with community garden, pet park, fitness, activities and more. Liv like no other really stand for that! I love living there and I enjoyed all the fun things you can do. I highly recommend Liv for easier living.

(aka the clowns) in charge. This place has gone seriously downhill with them and downhill fast!! They focus on the petty things, instead of things that matter to the residents. The apts are nice. But the property isn't well maintained. Dog poop everywhere! Dog pee all over the stairs and landings of stairwells. Newer tenants loud during quiet hours, dogs constantly barking. They'll tell you the train isn't that bad. lol ya ok. ITS A TRAIN!! Not only can you hear it, YOU CAN FEEL IT! Shakes the entire apt. It's bad. Quiet time til 8 am but they have landscapers mowing every Friday at 630am, sometimes earlier sometimes later. If you face the courtyard, every conversation echos, along with kids screaming and dogs barking but it's amplified. Happens at all hours, so you better be a deep sleeper. Parking is an absolute joke. They send Richard the special maint guy to ask for good reviews after he does his job fixing something. That shows you how desperate they are to fix their google rating. Pawning your helper to solicit good reviews? After doing his job, and poorly at that. Pathetic. You will have your package stolen at some point. Probably other tenants. Way overpriced for the crap you have to deal with. It was tolerable before Kyndell, but now it's time to move on. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. I promise you that. We had our apt tested for mold and it came back positive. They send Richard in with a moisture monitor he doesn't know how to use. Guy says he's never seen mold either! What is he don't making these decisions for such a large company. Everything about this place is now a joke.

Specifically, Chanda went above and beyond for me helping me even bring packages into my apartment because they showed up a little early. The amenity spaces have been nice and the neighbors have been pleasant. No noise issues at night even on weekends which is nice. Would certainly recommend!

Exploitative, Dishonest, and Unethical Business Practices…read moreI lived in this apartment complex and experienced firsthand how predatory and dishonest their business practices are, especially when it comes to the return of security deposits. Upon move-out, I was initially charged my entire $900 deposit plus an additional $466 for a full carpet replacement. These charges were completely baseless and seemed to be part of an intentional effort to push renovation costs onto tenants. It wasn't until I began recording calls, compiling video and photo evidence, and asserting my legal rights that they conveniently "reconsidered" and removed the carpet charge, which should never have been there in the first place. Even then, they still kept half my deposit, allegedly for "paint," which I strongly suspect was just another way to squeeze money out of tenants. The apartment was given to me in a disgusting and unacceptable condition at move-in: * Hair in the freezer * Rusted dishwasher * Molded washing machine * Urine stains on the toilet * Bugs in the light fixtures and sink I have video documentation of all of this. There were ongoing maintenance issues throughout my lease. My A/C leaked for a full week before being fixed. The security gate was broken for over 75 percent of my stay with no compensation offered. The leasing office also underwent loud renovations despite being told there were "no plans for renovation" at lease signing, which I also have on video. When I attempted to dispute the false charges, the leasing office gave me the runaround. They referred me to property management numbers that went straight to voicemail, refused to provide anything in writing, and ignored every voicemail I left with no follow-up. Even their so-called "evidence" of the damage, which I requested, was low-quality, blurry, and clearly unreliable. This was a textbook case of malicious compliance. Once I made it clear that I had audio and video recordings of every interaction, including the condition of the unit before and after move-in and move-out, only then did they begin to backpedal. They did not do this out of fairness. They did it because they knew I had the evidence to win in court. They'll likely respond to this review with a PR-friendly line like, "We tried to resolve the issue and reached out to the tenant." This is a lie. I reached out multiple times, left voicemails, and was completely ignored. Now that I've received the partial deposit in the mail, I'm free to share my experience publicly without fear of retaliation. I strongly urge anyone considering moving in here to document everything and prepare to fight for your rights. Or better yet, don't sign here at all. This company preys on people who don't know tenant law and makes the deposit return process a nightmare. Tenants deserve better. *** now that they have responded you can see that they used a PR response.
