He arrived promptly and kept in contact by texting. I'm getting used to texting these days so I appreciated that. Since it's an Italian car, he wasn't able to get the parts needed to fix it in a timely manner. It wasn't really his fault. We ended up having to take it to the dealership which was really expensive.
