I'm always afraid when something goes wrong with my car. I'm a single woman and just moved here. In the middle of 100 degree weather the aircon gave out and I researched auto repair places. Eddie and his guys identified the problem showed me pictures and had the car ready in two days, no holding information back, no hidden costs just straight up quality service. I'm entrusting my car to these guys. So happy I found them!!! read more

Got a $2000 estimate for a job done for $200. Out of control, pricing on auto repairs. DIY your repairs, it will stop the abuse from these shops. read more

Called to get an estimate here at E&R Automotive for my F150 air conditioner along with 5 other places. From the beginning owner Eddie was very courteous and professional. I chose this place and GLAD that I did because Eddie the owner and manager Isaac were extremely professional , respectful and genuine caring toward my truck issues. They provided me with EXEMPLARY, EXEPTIONAL, PROFESSIONAL service and very fast service. I Took my truck yesterday and was ready today by 1:30pm and even gave me the 10% advertised on line. I am very happy with their customer service and STRONGLY RECOMMEND them especially if you are a female as I am. The price I was quoted is exactly what I paid and did get the 10% off as advertised. read more

I called before for an oil change quote, gave my car details and was quoted $65. I drive 20 min out to try to support this family owned business, fees and all totaled to $76. For this price I couldve stayed in my neighborhood. I called to see if they'd be willing to readjust and they suggested I come back with the cash, again this should've been mentioned over the phone the first time around. It was a quick service, but as a woman I care more about honest auto service. Would not recommend due to their lack of transparency. read more

They did a thorough inspection and helped me prioritize the most urgent repairs. When I picked up my car, Isaac and Andrew took 40 minutes out of their day to show me my old, worn-out suspension parts and educate me on what to look for and how to maintain them moving forward. Their willingness to teach me gave me valuable knowledge and total peace of mind that my money was well spent. I really appreciate how well I was treated, and I highly recommend this shop! read more

The Folks at E&R Automotive did an awesome job! They solved the problem that I created for myself and didn't want an arm and a leg to do it. If you need service, dump the rip-off dealership and bring your car to these guys! Special thanks to Andrew for dragging my butt around. read more

Was very pleased with my services I received a few months ago. It can be intimidating at times when we don't have a lot of knowledge of how mechanics really work. However, Eduardo did a great job at being thorough and explaining all the services that were needed, versus what's just recommended. Overall great customer service, efficient, and good quality from the Team. Also, more of a budget friendly option that you can trust. Have not have any issues with my vehicle since then. read more

Took my Ram Promaster van in to have the transmission serviced. A small leak that a mobile repair said looked like the gasket. While there, I had them change the oil as well. They said the transmission was fine and that they're usually sealed and don't need servicing (?) Okay, so bro and I go to Elephant Butte on a day trip. Head back to ElP and 4 blocks from my home I hear a 'pop.' Next morning there is MORE oil in my driveway so I take it to Alamo Transmission. They look at it and "Good Lord!" A mounting bolt has snapped, some kind of black goo was placed around the transmission to keep it from leaking (previous owner), and so Im lucky we made it back to Elp. New transmission installed. I dont think E&R bothered to even look at the transmission. Oh, and now I have an oil leak from my engine!! So no, I don't recommend these guys:( read more

E&R Automotive - Waiting to get a oil change - Auto Repair Near Me - El Paso, Texas

Eddie and Abel were spot with their diagnosis and repair of my F150. They kept me informed on the needed repairs and even delivered my truck! Highly recommend their business! read more

There's 3 things that stood out to me about everyone I interacted with at E&R Automotive. 1. They all spoke to me like a human being, not a robot regurgitating a script. This made me feel like they actually cared about the specifics of my vehicle, not just a sheet of repairs to check off. 2. They were honest. Before I brought my vehicle in, I had called with questions about it first and a quote. As with any mechanic, they need to see the vehicle and run their diagnostic before giving an official quote but I knew a general idea of the repair so I was asking around to see what different mechanics charge for their labor rate per hour. I liked E&R enough to called them back but was given a different hourly rate from the first phone call. Without hesitation, the employee very genuinely and respectively said they would honor the first rate I was quoted. 3. When Eddie called me with the quote after the diagnostic and when I picked my vehicle up, he educated me!! He explained to me and taught me what the problem was and how that happens on different vehicles. He had already earned my trust but this just emphasized more so that he and his employees are trustworthy. Everyone I interacted here was respectful. The quality of work on the vehicle was exceptional. I could tell they were very thorough and tested the vehicle well after they made the repair to ensure it was fixed and there were no more leaks. I had taken it to the dealer before I took it to E&R and E&R saved me! I really just can't say enough good things about E&R Automotive, highly recommend! read more

Great service. Eddie and his team were very helpful in diagnosing my vehicle's issue. Swapped out the brake pads and rotors and now everything is working perfectly. I will definitely be back with any other issues that arise with my vehicles. read more

Needed two repairs on my 2016 Nissan and the dealership had the nerve to quote almost 3k. So I looked around and saw that this shop had good reviews. Obviously the price they quoted sent me to them, but the people sealed the deal. Eddie is great and really helped me understand what I needed done and why it shouldn't wait any longer. I also wasn't expecting them to be able to help me that day. I thought I'd have to make an appointment. But Eddie and Andrew offered me a ride to and from work, even though it was about a 20 minute drive. The repairs were finished in good time. Everyone there is welcoming and polite. They seem to live what they do and it shows. I would definitely take my car back to them in the future. read more

Worth 5 stars. Replied promptly. Brakes. Pleasant. I brought my car in and was treated very nicely.

Very good experience. I live in the westside, Eddie let someone drive my car to my place after repair. Very convenient for me. Hassle free. Highly recommend! read more

A definite 5/5 for this El Paso automotive shop! Super fast response, knowledgeable about Volvos, and excellent customer service. What else could you ask for in an automotive shop? As a woman, I sometimes have dealt with dishonest shops that try to over charge. Not the case here. I took my Volvo C30 in and Eddie and his team diagnosed my vehicle and kept in constant contact with me during the process. E&R automotive are honest and do incredible work for a terrific price! read more

Did a great job on my car....and fast..needed a major repair and it was done. Thank you E&R.

Highly recommend this shop! The owners are awesome, especially Eddie. Great customer service. They even gave me a ride home since it was going to take a while for them to figure out the source of an oil leak. They fixed the leak and now I don't have to keep checking the oil levels. Thank you guys! read more

I messaged the company for a quote and Mr Eddie called back within an hour. He diagnosed my daughters car and not only did he gave me a correct price of how much it would cost me, he adviced me to call the customer care to see if there was any recall on the issue before he does any work on the car. Sure enough there was and he helped me get a tow truck to get it to the closest dealership. I really appreciate good and honest business. Great customer service and great people... he definitely went out the way to help me out being that I live out of state. And my daughter is going to college there. Thank you for your service E&R Auto and I claim you guys as my daughters go to place with automotive issues. Will be sending something in the mail. read more

These guys do it all! They saved my beetle from dying! I should have hit them a week before but I was out of town. I put a project on yelp and Issac was the first to respond. My car is older and has had some issues recently. I was taking it to the dealership but the dealership started to become non responsive and unwilling to keep their helpful status with me. They charged me to "fix" an oil leak but they didn't fix anything. I was on the hunt looking for a good reputable mechanic to be able to trust to fix my car. I saw and read some pretty great reviews for E & R so I gave them a call. Eddie was very nice and friendly and he listened to my concerns. We set up a time and I dropped my car off. He even got me a ride back home free of charge. Right there I knew he was a genuine person. Not even the dealership I've taken my car to for 3 years offered me that service. Eddie kept me updated and I had my car back in just a few days. I never had to call and ask questions about the progress. The dealership kept my car for weeks at a time with little to no contact to let me know how things were going. He gave me straight forward pricing and never overcharged me for a thing. I still have some work to be done on it but I will definitely be bringing it back to E & R for all my auto mechanic needs. I am so happy to have finally have found someone I can trust to fix up my favorite car. I would definitely recommend E & R to anyone who is looking for an honest mechanic to fix your vehicle. I can't wait to get my car fixed completely again. I'll definitely be back soon! read more

When my car broke down with a blown out axels and leaking transmission fluids in Van Horn, Texas, my car was towed to E & R Automotive Shop in El Paso. It was highly recommended to me from a local mechanic in Van Horn. Eddie greeted me with friendly "Hi. How can I help you?" I told him through text that I am Deaf. He took the time to accommodate my communication needs. He showed me what the problem was through body gestures and texts. I felt at ease and understood. The job was fixed and taken care of in a few hours. I ended up driving home safely to Phoenix. I am grateful and appreciative for their quality work. Eddie is the best to keep you in good hands. read more

I desperately needed to get my wife's car in for a tune-up and Eddie and his mechanic crew came through for me. They not only did the tune up for an amazing price but they showed me something's that were in need of immediate repair. Eddie and his crew saved me thousands of dollars by being so thorough. They sent me pictures of what was damaged and repaired. You don't get that anywhere else. So I know what got fixed with what Eddie told me and showed me with pictures. I also had problems with my other car when I needed to pick up my wife's and Eddie went down to the shop the next day when they were closed so he could give me my wife's car. These guys are top notch. You won't find a better places with amazing prices. These Guys are AWESOME!!! This review doesn't even give them the credit they deserve for being so amazing. When it comes to service these guys are the best. I will be a repeat customer with all my families cars and my friends cars as well.
