They are so convenient because you pull in the garage and they service you while you're in it. Nice because I'm with my younger kids often and having to unload and pack them up can be an additional hassle at times. This one was conveniently located next door to a car wash as well and I was in need of that too. Since it was my first visit, they gave us a coupon and got $10. Happy mama over here! Alfredo did a great job and it didn't take long at all. I will definitely return in the future. Thinking of coming back to get our tires rotated too!

We took the car in on a non busy Friday evening. We called prior to arriving to ask about a tire…read morerotation and they said they offered them at $20, sweet. We were helped right away and so we sat in a the waiting area. A few minutes of them taking our car back, the employee comes on in to tell us that all four tires have locks on them. We were unaware of the locks and so we didn't have the key with us. He told us that for $10 a piece they could break them off and proceed with the tire rotation. $40 to break off some locks, no thanks. We tell him we're gonna go home to look for the keys and so we leave. We find the keys fairly quickly and head back to the shop. They take back our car and they were done about 30 minutes later! We get home and we notice that the car seems a little funny. We look at the tires and shockingly they have put our big tires that are supposed to be in the back in the front. So here we are with big tires in the front and the smaller tires in the back... We called early today and let them know what they had done wrong and we took the car in to get them tires fixed. What should've been an easy tire rotation turned into us making three trips to this place... Such a rookie mistake..

He quoted me in person $9 to do a diagnostic check on my engine light. Picked up truck Monday expecting to pay $9 only to find out it's $90 hmmmmm. I could of gone to auto zone and done the same diagnostic test for free. I payed it because it's my fault for trusting their sales person Duke's word and not getting a hard copy of estimate.
