I was able to change the spare and drive to this location. We were able to call before arriving to see if they were able to assist us because they were almost closing the shop. The amazing staff was able to replace our tire and give a quick check up on the vehicle to make sure not any other tire needed to be replaced. Not only did we replace two faulty tires, but they also checked our oil levels and saved our trip because we didn't have anymore engine oil on the car! During that time I was given a loaner vehicle that was very old and in poor condition. I informed them three weeks in advance that the inspection sticker on the loaner car was about to expire. Despite several phone calls, no one seemed to know anything about it or take responsibility. Eventually I had to take time off work to get the loaner car inspected. Even more concerning, I continued to drive the loaner vehicle with an expired inspection sticker. After weeks of delays and poor communication, I finally decided to pick up my car and return their loaner. Overall, the lack of communication, responsibility, and customer service was extremely frustrating. Do not recommend at all.

I gave him 11 things to do. 1 make a wire harness. 2 take fuel cell from behind seat to relocate in back of bed, 3 fix a small hole the size of a quarter on the driver side floor. 4 put the windows on the driver side doors and handles. 5 put the wooden bed on. 6 put seat belts in. 7 mount the bench seat. 8 mount the rearview mirror. 9 put side mirrors on the door. 10 install front and rear bumper. 11 put new steering wheel on. If Mike would have just done one thing a month he would have been finished. Instead he did half of one. Half done wireharness that now I have to pay someone to check it and finish it. I provided all the parts for Mike Reidland. I gave him 4000.00 dollars in October 2017 to get my truck going. From June 2017 until October 2017 he did nothing to my truck. He started my wireharness in November 2017. He finished a half done wireharness in May of 2018. Mike started off telling me he would have my truck done in November 2017. Then he said December 2017. Then January 2018 came. After January he started to say he need two more weeks. I final went to see the truck in May of 2018, and I saw my truck full of dirt with scratches on the paint job. I picked up my truck 343 days later. I've asked Mike for a invoice, and it's been two weeks. Still no invoice. This is not a restoration guarge. Mike gave me every excuse. Do yourself a favor find a different mechanic that knows what he's doing. I'm writing this review, so he doesn't take advantage of anyone else. Mike is incompetent as a owner, and as a mechanic.
