He welcomed us warmly, expressed genuine concern for our welfare and tight schedule, and said he'd look at the car right away. He got back to us faster than expected. The problem was the compressor, and he couldn't get the part till next day. So, since I had that Albuquerque event, we figured we had to keep going sans air conditioning. Without any pressure, Majec clarified that the compressor could give out any time, stranding us on a highway in temps over 100. So, he helped us brainstorm a solution: my husband waited in El Paso for our car, I drove a rental ahead to my event, and Majec stayed on top of it all so my husband could catch up ASAP. Two years later, after towing my truck home, I find my passenger leather seat ripped, he left my windows down during the dust storms basically destroyed the interior, "pinched" or cut electrical wires, refused to let me have my vehicle back, ignored my calls, and was practically holding it ransom. Too many broken promises and came to find out when I finally received it that there's no oil in the engine, and the engine was knocking horribly. He put mineral spirits in engine to unclog an oil port, but then it basically destroyed it. Received it empty on gas 4 miles, spare tire used, and black coolant in the radiator. He used it as a storage and destroyed it beyond repair. I can't even recommend for an oil change. Tons of cars stacked on his lot, tons of other people must be suffering from this too. It's a graveyard and a nightmare.
