We had gotten quotes from different colisión centers but Shamaley gave us the best rate. Even if they charged more we would have picked them regardless based on our customer experience. We worked closely with Gio, he was kind and knowledgeable, although we missed his call he followed up even after the repair was completed. They specialize with Porsche vehicles so we knew we could trust them, they were able to fix the nasty ding on our door. The repair only took a couple of days, upon returning our car they had washed it and cleaned the interior. It smelled so good! They turned an unfortunate event into an amazing experience. The owner is an angry old white man that acts like he could care a less if he treats his customers with respect. The only bright spot is the mechanic Fernando. I believe the CV joints also had to be fixed at one point. The car was running better after it was taken to them. It was an older car so eventually I had to have more work done to it. I had to go to different mechanics to fix it from time to time. Hondas can last a lifetime if you take good care of them. My Honda lasted about 20 years. They're pretty low maintenance cars until they get a little bit older. I believe it was around for 105,000 miles. I owned another Honda but it unfortunately got totaled after eight years. Anyway... I didn't deal with the staff directly. A relative helped me out and took the vehicle for me. They dealt with the employees. They said everything ran smoothly with the staff. My main concern was if they could fix my car. They were able to do that...for awhile at least. I would consider taking another vehicle to them. Overall a good experience here. I'm not sure about the exact price. My relative took care of that for me (which I'm grateful for btw).

Also, I get my oil changes and routine items done here - it's a little less on-demand, but if I come in first thing in the morning, it's usually pretty quick. I prefer the greater consistency here versus the high staff turnover at chain oil changes.

Sergio saved our trip!…read more We will never forget the outstanding service he provided during one of the most stressful and uncertain moments we've ever experienced. Our car broke down on I-10 while crossing El Paso during our move from Los Angeles to San Antonio. We had our entire lives packed into that car and suddenly found ourselves stranded on the side of the freeway, not knowing what to do next. I am so grateful that the AAA tow truck brought us to this shop. Despite being extremely busy and having a full lot of vehicles waiting for service, Sergio took us in right away. Not only did he diagnose the problem quickly, but he also took the time to hand-draw a map showing where we were and where we could find lodging for the night. That small gesture meant so much to us in that moment. Thankfully, the issue turned out to be the alternator. Sergio got to work immediately, kept us informed throughout the process, and treated us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. What impressed us most was not only his expertise, but also his commitment to his customers, his honesty, and the confidence he inspires. His workmanship is backed by a two-year warranty, and after our experience, I can honestly say the service was worth every penny. By 4:00 PM the next day, we were back on the road and able to continue our journey to San Antonio. Sergio gave us something we desperately needed during a very difficult time: peace of mind. We are deeply grateful and will never forget his help. I recommend this shop without hesitation.

I am currently overseas and my daughter lives in El Paso and we don't know where or who we can trust with out vehicle. You have gained a customer and someone who will recommend you to everyone. Victor took his time to check out or Audi, explained issue, and gave options. He did not take advantage of my daughter by suggesting repairs that were not needed. He went above and beyond to ensure our car was drivable and safe. His recommendations of places to go to get things taken care of, he told her what and who to ask for.. we will definitely continue to keep coming back. Victor once again THANK YOU!

We brought my son's car here to have it serviced given the clutch was going out and another issue…read more They initially said it would take three days, then we received a call after the weekend on Monday that we needed to purchase two additional parts. The problem with that is that one of the parts was in the kit that we had already purchased they just didn't look, the gentleman says, "oh yeah, my bad" Another week goes by, and we are told another part is broken, we buy that. We call and ask for status, and we are told "sorry the technician doesn't know what he's doing its not done yet let me get another tech." After three weeks of having my son's car and almost $2500 dollars later, we get my son's car. After my son gets his car he takes it for a ride, THE FRONT TWO WHEELS WERE NOT COMPLETLEY PUT ON THE VEHICLE!!!!!!!! That could have resulted in a fatality. My son then texts the gentleman that he has been in contact with this entire time "Martin" and sends pictures and videos to him and he says, "all good now tho?" my son said "it wasn't put on fully" he then text back "ok". That's it nothing else, not even a single apology. Finding a reliable mechanic in El Paso has been a nightmare and now to add this experience to it I am at a loss.
