These guys are pretty reliable and reasonably priced. I had an older Honda Civic they did work on some time back. They fixed the brakes and did a full tuneup on it. I believe the CV joints also had to be fixed at one point. The car was running better after it was taken to them. It was an older car so eventually I had to have more work done to it. I had to go to different mechanics to fix it from time to time. Hondas can last a lifetime if you take good care of them. My Honda lasted about 20 years. They're pretty low maintenance cars until they get a little bit older. I believe it was around for 105,000 miles. I owned another Honda but it unfortunately got totaled after eight years. Anyway... I didn't deal with the staff directly. A relative helped me out and took the vehicle for me. They dealt with the employees. They said everything ran smoothly with the staff. My main concern was if they could fix my car. They were able to do that...for awhile at least. I would consider taking another vehicle to them. Overall a good experience here. I'm not sure about the exact price. My relative took care of that for me (which I'm grateful for btw). read more

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY UPCHARGE LIKE CRAZY! I went in for some work and they called me 3 separate times tacking on more and more charges. They upcharged a part by 350$, i called to machine shops and got quotes and they nearly doubled the price of the part, and it was USED! i also looked into it and they "replaced" a thermostat that was literally brand new and gave me an oil change i didn't need. that alone was 300$ which is ridiculous. when i brought it up they tried to give me the run around until the old man basically told me to shove it. read more

Literally, the worst place to get automotive work done. They placed all parts under warranty, but only if you bring it back to them and let them leave you stranded again. I went through them to have my brakes, power steering and gear box replaced and they did an awful job and won't refund the parts. I wasn't even worried about a full refund, just wanted the parts refunded. read more

I went in to fix my AC (blowing cold on passenger but hot on driver side) they diagnosed me with a bad expansion valve and quoted the job for $$385.00, and guaranteed me that the AC was going to be 100% after this job. I offered to buy and just pay them for the labor the part to save some money, but the owner said that the part was only about $40, the cost was for the labor. I told them to do the job anyways as it was getting hotter by the hour in El Paso. They changed my expansion valve and I drove off with a perfectly working AC, 15 mins later the same exact problem came back. I called them immediately and even though they picked up the phone they said that they were closed. I went back to the shop a few times and they were always "too busy" to check it again. When they finally checked it the owner said that my compressor has gone bad after they changed the expansion valve, but offer to returned the money for labor and just charge me for the part. As he said in the beginning that the part was only 40 bucks I said ok. He gave me 225 dollars back saying that he marks his parts at his own price. Mmm. Long story short, i took it to another shop and my compressor was perfectly fine, my problem was the air mix motor. These guys advised me to get my money back from these thieves but I saved myself a headache and let them keep it. I figure I would just write this review on every page their posted on. Do they even know what they're doing, I've had to bring it back to them 3 times in 6 months to correct their so-called work! Oh yeah, they do know what they're doing, they're scamming you because each time its a different story and a bit more money! In fact, I had enough of their BS so I took it to a different mechanic who found that they had tried pulling out a part and managed to torque it so hard that I had to buy a replacement! The worst experience i have ever had with any con artist on the planet. We had to have a new engine put in out car, we were supposed to have a new used one put in our car. I can say with 100% personal certainty that a new engine wasn't installed that they took enough parts from another engine just to get it running. When i called the owner and told him the moment the car was done and my husband drove it off that the car was having problems, We took the car back to them two or three times with issues on how the car was running and they would do something to make it run OK for a few any where up to a day and then right back and continued this pattern till their so called warranty was up. The engine is once again un functioning and when they were confronted with all the issues they basically said they didn't give a S%$#.
