This made me feel like they actually cared about the specifics of my vehicle, not just a sheet of repairs to check off. 2. They were honest. Before I brought my vehicle in, I had called with questions about it first and a quote. As with any mechanic, they need to see the vehicle and run their diagnostic before giving an official quote but I knew a general idea of the repair so I was asking around to see what different mechanics charge for their labor rate per hour. I liked E&R enough to called them back but was given a different hourly rate from the first phone call. Without hesitation, the employee very genuinely and respectively said they would honor the first rate I was quoted. 3. When Eddie called me with the quote after the diagnostic and when I picked my vehicle up, he educated me!! He explained to me and taught me what the problem was and how that happens on different vehicles. He had already earned my trust but this just emphasized more so that he and his employees are trustworthy. Everyone I interacted here was respectful. The quality of work on the vehicle was exceptional. I could tell they were very thorough and tested the vehicle well after they made the repair to ensure it was fixed and there were no more leaks. I had taken it to the dealer before I took it to E&R and E&R saved me! I really just can't say enough good things about E&R Automotive, highly recommend!

I talked to Rick on the phone and he said, "we'll use your part and complete it for you." They did, and I was shocked when I got the bill: $95!! She invites possible customers over and does not schedule them or let anyone know to expect you after she assures you that she will. For having scriptures printed on their receipts, they are the most dishonest mechanics I have ever dealt with. I took my vehicle for a simple alignment. They charged me over $120. I get a call saying that the camber will be an additional 250+. I declined and told them to align it without the additional cost. They went out of their way to adjust the camber to an extreme degree. So much so that the front end was vibrating on the freeway after 60mph. You could actually see that the bottoms of the wheels were tucked inward about 2 inches. It has never been that way. The wheels were not straight at all. Instead of doing it right they sabotaged it to an extreme degree thinking I would come back and pay the ridiculous prices for a simple $89 alignment which should already include Camber, Caster, and Toe. Careful, they will sabotage your car if you don't agree to pay their outrageous prices. DISHONEST. Using bible scriptures on their quotes/receipts to try and convince you of their honesty. TRASH. I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY. You have been warned.
