So, here I am. I googled for a place to do my emissions test, I chose Bagdon because of its location, hours and because it is a local owned business. There were no other people ahead of me, the owner was attentive and took care of other lil issues with my vehicle along with the emissions test. When it comes to vehicle service I have had way more positive experiences with local business than nation wide franchise. I believe the CV joints also had to be fixed at one point. The car was running better after it was taken to them. It was an older car so eventually I had to have more work done to it. I had to go to different mechanics to fix it from time to time. Hondas can last a lifetime if you take good care of them. My Honda lasted about 20 years. They're pretty low maintenance cars until they get a little bit older. I believe it was around for 105,000 miles. I owned another Honda but it unfortunately got totaled after eight years. Anyway... I didn't deal with the staff directly. A relative helped me out and took the vehicle for me. They dealt with the employees. They said everything ran smoothly with the staff. My main concern was if they could fix my car. They were able to do that...for awhile at least. I would consider taking another vehicle to them. Overall a good experience here. I'm not sure about the exact price. My relative took care of that for me (which I'm grateful for btw).

The shop is located on Far North Dyer Street and based on its outside look and Address I was suspicious but as soon as I arrived I changed my mind. I was immediately and cordially greeted by Kody a Badass knowledgeable Veteran. The inside if the shop is absolutely awesome, if you are into cars and you intrigued by my review then you must visit. The problem with that is that one of the parts was in the kit that we had already purchased they just didn't look, the gentleman says, "oh yeah, my bad" Another week goes by, and we are told another part is broken, we buy that. We call and ask for status, and we are told "sorry the technician doesn't know what he's doing its not done yet let me get another tech." After three weeks of having my son's car and almost $2500 dollars later, we get my son's car. After my son gets his car he takes it for a ride, THE FRONT TWO WHEELS WERE NOT COMPLETLEY PUT ON THE VEHICLE!!!!!!!! That could have resulted in a fatality. My son then texts the gentleman that he has been in contact with this entire time "Martin" and sends pictures and videos to him and he says, "all good now tho?" my son said "it wasn't put on fully" he then text back "ok".
