When I arrived, it wasn't an establishment like "Discount Tire, Martin Tire, or Firestone," but unlike those other locations, they immediately took care of my tire, and I was out of there in approx 30 minutes. They speak both English and Spanish and accept cash and credit cards. They also explained that their schedule might not reflect so, but they usually close around 8 pm. (10 am to approximately 8 pm)

Owner acknowledged fault, but refused to do anything about it. I am currently deployed. Owner argued with my wife saying "oh well I'm the only Audio store on Dyer". Owner is very unprofessional and treats customers as if they are "homies". Truly unacceptable behavior and expense for services rendered at an amateur level of work. I will not recommend this place to my soldiers who work hard overseas and look forward to quality service when they spend their money, nor will I take any vehicle there again. Now I will have to buy replacement console from Toyota at over $130 to repair the damage. Clearly they are after your money and do not care about customer service or their craftsmanship.
