After replacing the oil, they called me out to the bay to physically see the oil that they changed and also showed me the dipstick with the oil as well. They recommended to change the air filter and another thing but I decided just to change the air filter. The Manager, Danny was the one actually working on the vehicle itself and I was happy with the service and the professionalism. All in all, it was great due to the candor of the technician, physically seeing the oil and letting me know about potential recommendations. About a month ago, my radiator blew on my Ford Explorer and I used my emergency road service and had it towed here. I have the lifetime alignment with Firestone and like my shop in Tucson, although I do most basic mechanic work myself when I can. I figured since they had my Explorer in the system, it would be easier to get it in. I got helped right away at the front desk and the guy told me it would be about an hour to get it in to diagnose the leak. It took about an hour and a half, but it was obvious they were very busy. This place is VERY BUSY, so be prepared is all I can say. It took about 5 minutes to tell the radiator was the problem. I talked to the mechanic, I think his name was Keith, but not sure. We talked a bit about the radiator removal and what is involved, including replacing the thermostat, since that was probably the culprit in building pressure and blowing the radiator. Since I do a lot of work myself and after talking for a few minutes, I felt good he knew what he was doing and he said he and his brother had been mechanics there for like 15 years or something. We had to wait for about an hour for the parts to be delivered and then it took a couple of hours to do the work. All in all, I was there for about 6 hours, but the work was done perfectly. It's been a month since I had the work done and I couldn't be happier with the work quality. Bottom line, it was a long wait, but they did good work. I would use this place again if my Explorer broke down in El Paso again.

Terrible customer service and I can understand why the rating is low, unfortunately I didnt check that before going. I trust Firestone but bad customer does not encourage customers to return. I chose Northeast Tire Solution because, according to google, they close at 6 pm and because of its location. When I arrived, it wasn't an establishment like "Discount Tire, Martin Tire, or Firestone," but unlike those other locations, they immediately took care of my tire, and I was out of there in approx 30 minutes. They speak both English and Spanish and accept cash and credit cards. They also explained that their schedule might not reflect so, but they usually close around 8 pm. (10 am to approximately 8 pm)
