During that time I was given a loaner vehicle that was very old and in poor condition. I informed them three weeks in advance that the inspection sticker on the loaner car was about to expire. Despite several phone calls, no one seemed to know anything about it or take responsibility. Eventually I had to take time off work to get the loaner car inspected. Even more concerning, I continued to drive the loaner vehicle with an expired inspection sticker. After weeks of delays and poor communication, I finally decided to pick up my car and return their loaner. Overall, the lack of communication, responsibility, and customer service was extremely frustrating. Do not recommend at all.

I got to the dealership at the time I set up for this service, and an hour later they called me in to a service office and told me they were running behind but were starting on my vehicle at that time. An hour later, I got an invoice that said that the amount due was $56.73 - so much for "parts included." The invoice they gave me said regular oil (not synthetic, as promised) was used and a car wash was done also (however, the car had the same layer of dust on it that I came in with). My opinion of dealership service departments was verified - I don't plan on coming back...

Here we are waiting again while they replace the battery, which they said would take another 45 mins. It's now been over 4 hours. We took our Ford 150 to a company called Respect Auto Spa in July of 2024…read more The address of the company is 8409 Lockheed Suite 22, El Paso, Texas, and their phone number is 915-329-2090. The individual who owns this company goes by the name of Chay. We received an estimate of $2,100 for the following work to be completed: 1. To paint the hood and the roof of the truck 2. To ceramic coat the entire truck We paid the $2,100 up front so as to begin the work. (This was our fault and a huge mistake that Chay took advantage of) *He had our truck for almost 5 months. *He made excuses weekly as to why our truck wasn't ready *He falsely claimed that there was a pre factory paint defect so we took the truck to four separate specialists in the field that debunked his theory *He took our truck elsewhere to be painted w/o our knowledge or permission. It was painted only, no clear coating was done. He said he would do that at his shop *The excuses continued until we finally demanded that he finish the work so we can pick up our truck. It had been 4 months by this point *He ended up refusing to apply the clear coating or refund any of our money for the incomplete and shawty job *He ended up only returning $100.00 and gave us the truck dirty and filthy with the antenna missing. We could not believe he turned the car over to us not only incomplete but in a dirty, filthy condition and with the pinstriping literally hanging from the side! *He was unprofessional, sarcastic, rude, arrogant, deceiving and disrespectful throughout our entire experience with him We are passing on this information to the public so that hopefully no one else will have to experience the nightmare that we went through dealing with this unprofessional individual. We read similar complaints on previous reviews from the Better Business Bureau where this company has a D+ evaluation. We only wish we had read this before choosing to do business with Respect Auto! This individual talks a big game and is impressed with himself but cannot deliver what he promises due to his incompetence and lack of knowledge in his field!

She invites possible customers over and does not schedule them or let anyone know to expect you after she assures you that she will. For having scriptures printed on their receipts, they are the most dishonest mechanics I have ever dealt with. I took my vehicle for a simple alignment. They charged me over $120. I get a call saying that the camber will be an additional 250+. I declined and told them to align it without the additional cost. They went out of their way to adjust the camber to an extreme degree. So much so that the front end was vibrating on the freeway after 60mph. You could actually see that the bottoms of the wheels were tucked inward about 2 inches. It has never been that way. The wheels were not straight at all. Instead of doing it right they sabotaged it to an extreme degree thinking I would come back and pay the ridiculous prices for a simple $89 alignment which should already include Camber, Caster, and Toe. Careful, they will sabotage your car if you don't agree to pay their outrageous prices. DISHONEST. Using bible scriptures on their quotes/receipts to try and convince you of their honesty. TRASH. I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY. You have been warned.
