Went into to fix a flat on my Car and the technician attended us quickly and came back to show us that the tire had no leak and explained that it may have been the valve leaking he repaired the problem and charged us 0 zero ! Awesome job! read more

My grandfather bought his car here, I was really impressed with the salesman. He didn't try to up-sell him or talk him into any nonsense. He asked what he needed and made an excellent recommendation. While grandfather bought his car, I asked about a new set of tires and not only did I get an excellent quote on tires I got a mini-lesson on types of tires. I went back about a week later for tires and was greeted by name. While replacing my tires they found that my shocks were bad and made a recommendation for replacing them. My car looks and runs great! I am more than satisfied with my service. read more

Honestly, Mike should be your go to guy for any job big or small, period. He embodies all the things we wish we would experience when going to a mechanic. Quick response, extremely professional and most of all understanding. I was in transit from Houston to Seattle for family reasons and I broke down in El Paso! He was empathetic of my situation (which is rare), took on a big job confidently and went above and beyond to get me back on the road the same day!!! He is extremely knowledgeable, he made himself available to answer all my questions, kept me updated and I have never had a better experience. I am extremely satisfied with my service at Brasil today. I had my Honda Civic towed here after it wouldn't start. I brought them a new starter because I thought that was the issue. It turns out the battery was so dead, even a jump start wouldn't get it running. Michael diagnosed the issue, ordered a new battery, and installed it within 2 hours. Extremely honest people at a great price. Highly recommend. read more

Oh gosh... where do I even begin? I was checking out Brasil Auto Center's online inventory for a few weeks before heading over there myself. The first this these guys say to me is that they can not promise that any of their cars have air bags or that the airbags will deploy and there are no warrenties on their manual vehicles. Very sketch... They also said that all their cars are rebuilds from cosmetic issues. I did vin checks on a good handful of their cars, and they were ALL salvaged titles, some from pretty significant crashes. For some reason I continued to inspect their cars and found significant issues with every single one I looked at. One, literally had parts falling out of the engine pompartment.... I would not recomend this place to anyone. Especially not for their prices... Crappy cars with salvage titals will cost a lot to fix and have almost no re-sale value. There is no way all these "good" reviews are from actual people. Probably just them writing their own reviews. Do not trust this place. read more

My daughter recommended Brasil Auto Center to me. I gather that she even mentioned me and my car's possible needs, just in a conversation. Months went by before I decided to take my car in. They knew my car right away, simply from paying attention to her conversation! They remembered her AND her car as well. It just made me feel comfortable right away. They greet me each successive time I've come with my name and I think that their public service is A 1. The care with which they have taken of my car has also been first class. Care of the customer and the vehicle are paramount with Brasil. That is rare, to me, for a female to be treated as an equal around cars. Men, unfortunately tend to talk down to us. So, to summarize, Brasil is a highly competent, personable business that weighs hard to do what is right for the customer. read more

I can't express how efficient and professional Brasil Auto Center is. I spent months visiting dealerships and car lots searching for the right car for me to no avail. I couldnt get the quote or vehicle I needed. Finally after being referred to this place by a friend of mine, I was able to purchase my first vehicle at the right price (Honda Accord). I had stopped by to get an oil change for my car and a gentleman Mike attend me and was able to explain and give me details of the difference on the maintenance. On top of that he was attending another client but was able to attend me well and professional as other places they don't explain to you and feel you cant ask them questions.
