They have such a great staff working. They made it easy for us to buy a car. We love our new Toyota Highlander!

WARNING: AVOID THIS AUTO DEALER!…read more Summary: Lost over $16,000 by purchasing a lemon vehicle "as-is" from Arrow Discount Auto. My wife and I purchased a used 2010 Cadillac Escalade Hybrid from Arrow Discount Auto that we found on their website. When we arrived for the test drive, the "detailed" vehicle was completely filthy and made a strange crunching sound when braking. Joe Perez Jr. claimed to not hear the noise and I assumed it was the regenerative braking from the hybrid system. We were assured that the vehicle was thoroughly inspected by the mechanics in their shop and had no mechanical issues. We settled on a $22,500 cash price for the vehicle "as-is" without the third-party warranties that were offered a little too eagerly (which we would find out the reason for later). We drove the vehicle home that night and noticed a strange chirping sound after parking the vehicle. The next morning, we dropped the vehicle off at our local mechanic and found out that the camshaft and lifters were failing (the chirping sound from the engine) and the magnetic struts needed to be replaced (the crunching sound while braking). Both problems were also confirmed by the official Cadillac dealership here in town (Desert Sun Motors). The camshaft and lifter replacement (basically the entire top half of the engine) would cost over $5000 and the magnetic struts would be over $1600. We called Joe Perez Jr. back immediately and explained the situation and he claimed that the vehicle was in perfect condition when we purchased it the day before and he could not be held responsible for damage that we caused. The damage to the lifters (which we still have as evidence) was caused by a faulty component that was never properly replaced that allowed the lifter to wear abnormally over time. Be advised: TEXAS DOES NOT HAVE A USED CAR LEMON LAW or we would have pursued legal retaliation for this sale. After a month in the shop for replacement of the camshaft and lifters, the vehicle was still having engine issues. Rather than sink even more money into this lemon of a vehicle, we decided to trade it in for something more reliable from an actual reputable dealership. All together we spent over $27,000 for a vehicle that had to be traded in a month later for only $11,000. We may not be able to sue this shady dirt lot dealership, but we can at least warn others before they make the same mistake. Please save yourself both the money and headaches required to buy from Arrow Discount Auto. Dealing with these dishonorable salesmen and their crackpot mechanics is simply not worth the trouble.

I came here to get my brothers wheels aligned, I guess it was just bad timing cause I caught them…read morewhen the entire crew was out to lunch. When they came back they started working on someone else's car that had just pulled up. I noticing they had skipped servicing me, I ask how much longer it will be before they can work on my car, the gentleman must have taken that the wrong way and immediately became defensive on the way they run business here. Apparently they take appointments which is fine but at least let customers know what's going on and the reason for the wait time. Once again I asked how much longer it would be till they work on my car and he said he didn't know and not to rush things. If it weren't for the cheap price ($25) I would of given this place 1 star instead of 2, and for that I congratulate.

Very disappointed in the purchase I did back in February 2025. I purchased a 2014 Mercedes CLA250…read more I was told everything was 100%. few weeks later I found out the battery was completely the wrong kind. Mercedes requires a gel battery (I paid $400) which the car came with a cheap acid battery. Later the car broke down on me and wouldn't start. I spoke to the owner and he I had to pay half of the repairs even with "warranty" the vehicle had. That's another $400. and finally, 8 months later the vehicle completely gave out on me while I was on the freeway. I paid for a tow truck and called the owner Arnie again. He said the warranty I had was only for 6 months not the 8 months I was told it was for. He said he'd see what he can do but after texts and calls he never reached back out. very disappointed considering I gave $5000 as a down payment, and I am now stuck on a 60-month finance for a non-working vehicle. I recommend you go elsewhere for a reliable vehicle or have a mechanic inspect the vehicle after purchasing. This is my real review, not those fake ones you see on google. had I just gotten the proper help or a replacement vehicle I would've kept my original good reviews I gave them. Sucks things were left the way they were. I was originally extremely happy with my purchase......

Saw a truck online listed for $18,995, talked to the guy for a few days inquiring about the truck…read more Then when I was ready to see the truck, I called the dealer and asked if it was still available and they said it is and quoted me a price of almost 25k, and I asked why it was that much and then they say it's because it has bigger tires and nicer wheels. I said ok and messaged the guy I have been talking to right away, asking about the price. He then said the car has been sold at the asking price. I then asked him why the guy on the phone let me know that and why the price online ad was different then the price on the phone. He went on to say it was a error and that he doesn't need to justify anything to me. And then went on to say I should have better finances (doesn't even know my credit/finances) and calling me a woman. Need less to say... if I could give the store any less stars than one, I would in a heartbeat. Never would recommend this place to anyone since you WILL get ripped off.

Called Fiesta Motors from GUAM spoke with the owner personally we completed the online application for the purchase and monthly payments. They worked with my down payment of $ 5000.00 with monthly payments and held my truck until i flew into El Paso Texas to pick up my truck along with making my payments while in GUAM in transition duty station relocation i was able to call in on a Saturday make my $ 500.00 payments easily. I have bad credit, my job federal govt. employee and am currently coveting relocation expenses, despite all these obstacles the staff was able to get me the car I wanted quick and was very professional with a great attitude. Lucero Quinonez picked me up from the airport. I received Car'te Blache service. Lucero completed the dealership paperwork got my insurance, and test drive in El Paso. I would like to thank the entire team Denise for taking my payments, for the owner holding my Cadillac SUV ESCALADE 4 WD Truck during my transition from GUAM for the entire time and for Lucero for completing my purchase. The entire process was painless and I recommend any looking for a new vehicle contact Lucero Quinonez and the sales team at La Fiesta!
