I was given a temporary tag that would last almost 2 months. These people lied to me over and over about what day they would go to the MVD to do what they were paid to do and get my things registered, and mailed to me in Las Cruces. They finally went on the very last day they could before the temp tag on my car expired. I was told they would be mailed to me that day. A week goes by and nothing. I look online and find out the car was registered under the wrong address and all my items and personal information was sent to the wrong address. I spoke with Jose who continued to give me the run around and then blamed the MVD for putting the wrong address down, when in fact that was a complete lie because everyone knows the MVD double & triple checks things and makes you yourself verify them before putting them through. The MVD does not make mistakes like that. This is still an ongoing problem, still have not received my tag, title,or registration. I have asked Jose multiple times for an update and he reads my texts and no response. My bank is fed up with this place of "business" if that's what you want to call them. The absolute worst customer service I have ever gotten in my life. Avoid this place!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is now January 2022, and I still have no tag or registration from a car I purchased in OCTOBER 2021. Completely unprofessional

I thought I was going to get a hard time because we purchased the vehicle somewhere else, out of town. I used the app to do so. We showed up a few minutes early, and were "checked in" right away. It's a 4 month old truck, so it was free oil change, tire rotation, and a complimentary wash. We are in and out in less than 2 hours. Customer service was great, both from the person that greeted us first, to the cashier. Overall, a great experience.
