They put new windshield wipers on, inspection, and oil change in less 30 min. I came in for another inspection and all bays were full. Only 1 person ahead was waiting for an inspection as well and we were out in less than 20 mins. I did not have to make any type of appt. either times. The staff was very friendly and professional. First off, their receptionist is the type of person who loves to irritate you with stupid…read morequestions. Either that, or I am giving her too much credit because she's actually just stupid. She invites possible customers over and does not schedule them or let anyone know to expect you after she assures you that she will. For having scriptures printed on their receipts, they are the most dishonest mechanics I have ever dealt with. I took my vehicle for a simple alignment. They charged me over $120. I get a call saying that the camber will be an additional 250+. I declined and told them to align it without the additional cost. They went out of their way to adjust the camber to an extreme degree. So much so that the front end was vibrating on the freeway after 60mph. You could actually see that the bottoms of the wheels were tucked inward about 2 inches. It has never been that way. The wheels were not straight at all. Instead of doing it right they sabotaged it to an extreme degree thinking I would come back and pay the ridiculous prices for a simple $89 alignment which should already include Camber, Caster, and Toe. Careful, they will sabotage your car if you don't agree to pay their outrageous prices. DISHONEST. Using bible scriptures on their quotes/receipts to try and convince you of their honesty. TRASH. I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY. You have been warned.

When I told them the idiosyncrasies of my RV aka Petunia (yes it has a name), they didn't oversell me, although I did opt to put some tacones and wider shoes on her to give her a wider stance. FYI I brought Petunia in during to a radiator leak and transmission leak. All the other add-ons were my idea:) Edited to remove several stars. 2 weeks later I still dont have my van. I posted a review on BBB as well. The lift kit was delivered to the wrong address (this job is almost $6k...why wouldnt you have its shipped Signature Required?), the kit finally arrived and one part was the wrong one. So now the "Top" tech guys have to order a new part on Monday, so the kit/tires wont be installed till MAYBE Tuesday. The van has to be in Sunland Park by Thursday so they'll be cutting it close. "Things happened out of our control." Well, heres the thing, I was constantly on the phone calling them to get a status. "We didnt know what the status was." By the time I called, they knew the status...they should have called me immediately after finding out after each issue. I had to finagle to get some kind of discount. Finally got them to deduct 2 hours of labor (as my sister said, "una escupida.") On my way out after driving down there to check that my van wasnt taken on joy rides (it wasnt), one of the guys says "Im having to pay for the part to be fedexed overnight." I dont care! You shouldnt even bring it up. They said this is the first time this happens, but I cant speak for anyone else.
