I get there at exactly 3:35 pm for some guy to tell me their deadline is 3:30 pm. I communicate the details of my phone call with him so he goes to "ask for permission" and then told me they won't take my car. I called after leaving to ask a manager why there is false information spread on the phone and 0 exeptions for their mistake. He said if I'm willing to wait extra they'd take me in. If only they coukd stop wasting people's time and tell them that before shutting the door on them for a mistake they're the ones that made, that "business" would have a lot of potential, but this is just the perfect definition for the word "unprofessional". They take the car in and tell me the following - the front brake pads were installed backwards, the front rotors were reversed and there were no shims placed on the brakes.. I was like, are you sure and they said yes sir, the rotors are marked on the inside with an R for right and a L for left and they were installed on opposite sides as were the pads.. To say I was upset is an understatement, my wife and I could have been seriously injured... Kevin had been understanding throughout this ordeal.
