I found a car for sale at Mesa Motors while browsing the internet at my home in Louisiana. I was…read moreskeptical because I'm always aloof about internet scams. I researched the history of the car. No surprises. El Paso is 16 hours away from home. I texted Mesa Motors and Perry quickly responded. He knew so much about the car, I wondered if he had been driving it. To make a long story short, Mesa Motors is the Real Deal. They picked me up from the airport in the car so I could see it and look it over. I've been a car guy for years and if Mesa Motors was near my house I wouldn't have had to come to El Paso. Not only did the car make it home (16 hours), but it did so in style with no check engine lights popping on after 50 miles because dealers reset them before purchase. I had a great transaction and have a great car. Thanks Mesa Motors. I would definitely do business with them again. I bought the car two weeks ago and waited to see if it would self destruct. No problems at all. I recommend Mesa Motors.

I feel it's important to share our recent experience, not just as a warning, but as a reminder to…read moretrust your instincts and expect better from businesses--especially when making large purchases like a vehicle. From the very beginning, the salesman BRAILYN GUTIERREZ was condescending and dismissive. On our first visit, he made assumptions about our financial situation based solely on our appearance--making it out to seem as if we couldn't afford a vehicle without any prior knowledge or anything about us. This first interaction was offensive and unprofessional. Although this was our interaction we still continued to give the dealership the opportunity to work with us and we returned to finalize the purchase of two vehicles (2025 Chevy Suburban & 2025 Chevy 2500) BAILYN GUTIERREZ insisted on handling our sale even though we had explicitly already expressed our concerns that we didn't want to work with him and spoken to the manager. To avoid a long process my husband and I gave zero pushback on pricing or payments, yet we got a run around and Mr.Gutierrez wasn't transparent during the financing process and even made comments about the legitimacy of our business, saying we needed to "make the purchase look neater."That statement was not only insulting--it was inappropriate on every level and we provided legal documentation to shut down the claim Mr.Gutierrez made. We once again asked respectfully, and made our concerns known that we would not continue working with Mr.Gutierrez even communicated that clearly to his management. Our request was ignored. In fact, the disrespect continued where the finance manager went so far that he proceeded to scratch out the salesman's name on paperwork and write in another sales person's name--this clearly was just a tactic to "shut us up and get us out of the office." Now to make matters worst reflected on the official agreement was Mr.Gutierrez name proving that our request was ignored. This just goes to show the type of culture and values being upheld at this Rudolph Chevrolet. But what truly pushed this from disappointing to disturbing was discovering that after my initial HONEST review towards Rudolph Chevrolet they used staff to post reviews with fake 5-star reviews to drown out my legitimate customer review. As someone who relies on honest reviews when making major decisions, this is deeply troubling and deceptive. It's a clear attempt to manipulate public perception rather than take responsibility and improve. We spent a significant amount of money here--and left feeling disrespected, ignored, and misled. I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others to proceed with caution. Don't let a polished showroom fool you into thinking you'll be treated fairly. You deserve honesty, respect, and transparency--especially when you're investing in something as important as a vehicle. I'll post a couple of the many images to support my review and also reflect that the reviews from staff came right after I posted my initial review.

So today is Wednesday, a few days after purchasing the Lexus and the brake noise wasn't going away…read moreso I had scheduled an appointment at the Fox Lexus service department to check the front brakes. I get there and am promptly greeted by their service advisor. They take the car in and tell me the following - the front brake pads were installed backwards, the front rotors were reversed and there were no shims placed on the brakes.. I was like, are you sure and they said yes sir, the rotors are marked on the inside with an R for right and a L for left and they were installed on opposite sides as were the pads.. To say I was upset is an understatement, my wife and I could have been seriously injured... Kevin had been understanding throughout this ordeal. The worse part is the service manager couldn't even talk to me to reassure me they would get it right this time or apologize... No bueno, no bueno..

**DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM MELENDEZ AUTO DEALERSHIP ON ALAMEEDA ST In EL PASO WITHOUT IT BEING…read moreINSPECTED BY A MECHANIC FIRST*** I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership at all !!! They sold me a car with major issues and I will tell you about my experience in this review... I would give them zero star's if I could! On May 4, 2022 I went in to look at some vehicles. I was told by Karen in sales after the 5th car that I had exceeded their 5 car maximum test driving and I couldn't drive any more car's. I wish I would of walked out at that point , but sadly I did not and boy am I paying for it now. I was so excited to get another vehicle after just being rear ended in a major auto accident the month before that totaled my Nissan Altima & injured me severely. I was between a Audi A6 & a Mercedes Crossover. Boy am I sorry I bought the AUDI A6 OR ANY CAR FROM THEM. AS SOON AS I DRIVE IT OFF THE LOT AT THE PRICE OF $23,495.00 ...WITH $21,000 IN CASH MONEY DOWN I STARTED TO EXPERIENCE ISUUES RIGHT AWAY WITH THE CAR I HAD JUST DROVE OFF THEIR LOT ... ALMOST PAID FOR IN FULL! At first the brake sensor light went on on the freeway going home... I took it to Brake Masters and it needed front and rear new rotors and front and back brakes and pads at the cost of 1,000.00. I called the Dealership Karen a very rude sales person that works there and sold me the car said "sold as is" after me insisting to talk with the owner which I might add has never called me. She said she would ask him about it. There was also a major piece of the dashboard I didn't notice missing behind the steering wheel. I was called back by Karen then told that to take it to their mechanic and they would fix brakes But, not the piece missing on dashboard. I wish I would of owner surrendered the vehicle to them cause this was the LEAST amount of my worries to come!! I started noticing the air conditioning wasn't working properly and then took it to the Audi dealership of El Paso at the cost to me of over $1,000 plus to have it serviced and checked out.. This took me over a month to do for cause I had given Melendez Auto Dealership all my savings and monies... so it took me a minute to get it down there and afford it. Well.. it has a broken Air Conditioning system, & major oil leaks from the engine and seals. There is approximately $3903.44 in repairs that need immediate attention. Not including that there was a $1,000 brake and rotor issue as well before I found out all of this! I called and Karen was very rude to me after I told her of ALL THE PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR I JUST BOUGHT FROM HER AND THIS DEALERSHIP NOT BEING TOLD to me THE PROBLEMS IT HAD!! Even when I called back she wouldn't answer the business telephone .. How rude! I am now stuck with a car with approx $3,903.44 in engine and air conditioning issues and even more problems!! I'm beyond upset that they would even sell me this car in this condition and give me a warranty that doesn't cover any of this AT ALL!!! The owner if he has any integrity or a conscious should contact me and do the right thing with this vehicle they had the audacity to sell me off his lot & not letting me know of the major underlying mechanical problems... That was sold to me at a very expensive amount, and almost paid for in total in cash by me... I gave them $21,000.00 of my hard earned money almost at the TOTAL COST of the vehicle was $23,495. 00.. Attached are the pics and proof of what the engine and other problems are... Who has the conscious to sell a vehicle at this amount in this condition ? I'm beyond upset & financially devestated due to their negligence and strait not being a honest dealership selling cars to people at such high amounts that shouldn't have any of these problems! I would gladly accept a call from the owner if he has the integrity to call me. Several text messages have been sent to the sales person Karen . Letting her know of the problems, with NO RESPONSE AT ALL BACK! ATTACHED ARE PROOF AND PHOTO'S... IF THIS IS RESOLVED AMMICABLY... I WILL GLADLY TAKE DOWN MY REVIEW! IF NOT BEWARE OF ANY PURCHASE! You will get ignored, and ripped off!
