I get there and am promptly greeted by their service advisor. They take the car in and tell me the following - the front brake pads were installed backwards, the front rotors were reversed and there were no shims placed on the brakes.. I was like, are you sure and they said yes sir, the rotors are marked on the inside with an R for right and a L for left and they were installed on opposite sides as were the pads.. Mercedes requires a gel battery (I paid $400) which the car came with a cheap acid battery. Later the car broke down on me and wouldn't start.
