I have a problem with the service department of this dealership. I was mailed a coupon that stated…read moreFox Lexus would do a Synthetic Oil Change for 39.99 (including all parts needed). I got to the dealership at the time I set up for this service, and an hour later they called me in to a service office and told me they were running behind but were starting on my vehicle at that time. An hour later, I got an invoice that said that the amount due was $56.73 - so much for "parts included." The invoice they gave me said regular oil (not synthetic, as promised) was used and a car wash was done also (however, the car had the same layer of dust on it that I came in with). My opinion of dealership service departments was verified - I don't plan on coming back...

They told us it would take 2 hours at the most. We went to have lunch and tried calling them to make sure the car was ready at 2:30. No one answered the phone and we tried several times. We decided to drive back to the dealership figuring the car was ready. When we arrived the told us that the car battery needs to be replaced. They never bothered to call to tell us. Here we are waiting again while they replace the battery, which they said would take another 45 mins. It's now been over 4 hours. My Mom has had 3 Lexuses in the past and has never had such terrible service. We are completely disgusted with the service here. If I could give this place no stars, I would.

From the very beginning, the salesman BRAILYN GUTIERREZ was condescending and dismissive. On our first visit, he made assumptions about our financial situation based solely on our appearance--making it out to seem as if we couldn't afford a vehicle without any prior knowledge or anything about us. This first interaction was offensive and unprofessional. Although this was our interaction we still continued to give the dealership the opportunity to work with us and we returned to finalize the purchase of two vehicles (2025 Chevy Suburban & 2025 Chevy 2500) BAILYN GUTIERREZ insisted on handling our sale even though we had explicitly already expressed our concerns that we didn't want to work with him and spoken to the manager. To avoid a long process my husband and I gave zero pushback on pricing or payments, yet we got a run around and Mr.Gutierrez wasn't transparent during the financing process and even made comments about the legitimacy of our business, saying we needed to "make the purchase look neater."That statement was not only insulting--it was inappropriate on every level and we provided legal documentation to shut down the claim Mr.Gutierrez made. We once again asked respectfully, and made our concerns known that we would not continue working with Mr.Gutierrez even communicated that clearly to his management. Our request was ignored. In fact, the disrespect continued where the finance manager went so far that he proceeded to scratch out the salesman's name on paperwork and write in another sales person's name--this clearly was just a tactic to "shut us up and get us out of the office." Now to make matters worst reflected on the official agreement was Mr.Gutierrez name proving that our request was ignored. This just goes to show the type of culture and values being upheld at this Rudolph Chevrolet. But what truly pushed this from disappointing to disturbing was discovering that after my initial HONEST review towards Rudolph Chevrolet they used staff to post reviews with fake 5-star reviews to drown out my legitimate customer review. As someone who relies on honest reviews when making major decisions, this is deeply troubling and deceptive. It's a clear attempt to manipulate public perception rather than take responsibility and improve. We spent a significant amount of money here--and left feeling disrespected, ignored, and misled. I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others to proceed with caution. Don't let a polished showroom fool you into thinking you'll be treated fairly. You deserve honesty, respect, and transparency--especially when you're investing in something as important as a vehicle. I'll post a couple of the many images to support my review and also reflect that the reviews from staff came right after I posted my initial review.

For having scriptures printed on their receipts, they are the most dishonest mechanics I have ever dealt with. I took my vehicle for a simple alignment. They charged me over $120. I get a call saying that the camber will be an additional 250+. I declined and told them to align it without the additional cost. They went out of their way to adjust the camber to an extreme degree. So much so that the front end was vibrating on the freeway after 60mph. You could actually see that the bottoms of the wheels were tucked inward about 2 inches. It has never been that way. The wheels were not straight at all. Instead of doing it right they sabotaged it to an extreme degree thinking I would come back and pay the ridiculous prices for a simple $89 alignment which should already include Camber, Caster, and Toe. Careful, they will sabotage your car if you don't agree to pay their outrageous prices. DISHONEST. Using bible scriptures on their quotes/receipts to try and convince you of their honesty. TRASH. I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY. You have been warned.

I really wanted to give this shop a higher rating but after my second visit, I just can't seem to…read morejustify coming back or recommending this place to people I know. I took my cars here twice hoping the second visit would be better, but I just didn't have the best experience. I used to work on fighter airplanes so I enjoy maintenance work and I do most of the maintenance on my vehicle to save money and because it's fun. There are times where I take it to a mechanic because I don't have the time and/or some jobs are easier with two or more people. My most recent visit to RBG was on July 3rd, 2023. I had taken my car to get it looked at because my spark plugs were fouling and I was thinking maybe it skipped timing, but figured it would be good to have a second eye. So on July 5th, I had called in which they found that my 3rd injector was stuck open. I had brought them another injector to replace it along with oil and an oil filter to change the oil. Then they told me the fourth injector was also leaking and they would order me a o-ring kit and said it would arrive on Friday, July 7th. On July 7th I called and they told me there was a delay on the part and it would arrive on Monday July 10th. I called on July 10th and told me it has not arrived yet and that it would be here tomorrow (July 11). So I called again on Tuesday July 11th and they told me the part arrived but the technician working on my car had to go on leave for personal reasons and that he would be back on Thursday (July 13th). My thought process was "Why can't they just have someone else put the o-ring on the injector and test the fuel pressure and for any fuel leaks?". I didn't understand why they would make a customer wait so long for a job that isn't too demanding and if there was a reason to hold off maintenance for that job (ie they are busy or they're short on staffing) I would think they would give a reasoning, but I didn't receive any of that. On Wednesday (July 12th) I called at 2 pm and they told me they were just about to get someone on my car, but I had told them to hold off on doing any work and that I would just get the car back. I went to the shop around 4 pm to pick up the car and I had a tow truck on its way since I didn't have a fourth injector. The vehicle was not ready for me. I thought I gave them plenty of time to button everything up but I guess not. There was still missing hardware so I just told them I would cancel the tow and get it tomorrow. The next day I pick up the vehicle and pay. They charged me two hours of diagnostic and 1 hour of labor (remove and replace the one injector). The oil change wasn't done so they didn't charge me for it (I didn't understand why this wasn't done when it was in their shop for that long). The removal and replacement of 1 injector was $100 worth of labor which blew my mind because it's literally just 2 screws that are in front of you and the connector. It takes less than 5 minutes probably, but their system charges 1 hour of labor. I ended up paying over $330 and my car was in their shop for 7 business days for one fuel injector o-ring. Overall: I think Jesse is really cool and Jonathon is an awesome mechanic, but the business model here just doesn't provide the best guest experience. I was really hoping I can take my cars here for when I don't have the time to work on them myself, but I will just have to clean up my schedule to allow more time to work on my own cars and look elsewhere for a better shop when I don't. 1.) I feel like their billing system takes advantage of customers (Billed $100 for 1 injector and its 1 hour of labor, I can understand half an hour), but that's just insane. I'm picturing someone looking at the screw for 25 minutes each before actually removing them. 2.) They don't prioritize long term guest experience at least I didn't get that after two visits. They kept my vehicle in the shop for a simple job. 3.) The lack of communication is subpar. I feel like they can do better communicating rather than have a customer continually call them to get updates. Receipts attached from both visits.
