I was having battery issues and I needed to get my car battery tested before taking it to the dealership. AutoZone staff listened to my needs, were professional and respectful. Then, I was told it may take a while... When I asked... "How long?" the staff said 20 minutes. Of course I waited 20 minutes and 20 minutes at an AutoZone go fast for me because I Love this store. They tested my battery and confirmed it was simply battery issues. I purchased a battery, they changed it for me and in less than 40 minutes I was already driving out of the lot Happy like Nothing had ever happened. Happy Joy JOy!!!
