Rudolph Chevrolet - Shows where the finance manager scratched off the name but truly didn't change it

From the very beginning, the salesman BRAILYN GUTIERREZ was condescending and dismissive. On our first visit, he made assumptions about our financial situation based solely on our appearance--making it out to seem as if we couldn't afford a vehicle without any prior knowledge or anything about us. This first interaction was offensive and unprofessional. Although this was our interaction we still continued to give the dealership the opportunity to work with us and we returned to finalize the purchase of two vehicles (2025 Chevy Suburban & 2025 Chevy 2500) BAILYN GUTIERREZ insisted on handling our sale even though we had explicitly already expressed our concerns that we didn't want to work with him and spoken to the manager. To avoid a long process my husband and I gave zero pushback on pricing or payments, yet we got a run around and Mr.Gutierrez wasn't transparent during the financing process and even made comments about the legitimacy of our business, saying we needed to "make the purchase look neater."That statement was not only insulting--it was inappropriate on every level and we provided legal documentation to shut down the claim Mr.Gutierrez made. We once again asked respectfully, and made our concerns known that we would not continue working with Mr.Gutierrez even communicated that clearly to his management. Our request was ignored. In fact, the disrespect continued where the finance manager went so far that he proceeded to scratch out the salesman's name on paperwork and write in another sales person's name--this clearly was just a tactic to "shut us up and get us out of the office." Now to make matters worst reflected on the official agreement was Mr.Gutierrez name proving that our request was ignored. This just goes to show the type of culture and values being upheld at this Rudolph Chevrolet. But what truly pushed this from disappointing to disturbing was discovering that after my initial HONEST review towards Rudolph Chevrolet they used staff to post reviews with fake 5-star reviews to drown out my legitimate customer review. As someone who relies on honest reviews when making major decisions, this is deeply troubling and deceptive. It's a clear attempt to manipulate public perception rather than take responsibility and improve. We spent a significant amount of money here--and left feeling disrespected, ignored, and misled. I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others to proceed with caution. Don't let a polished showroom fool you into thinking you'll be treated fairly. You deserve honesty, respect, and transparency--especially when you're investing in something as important as a vehicle. I'll post a couple of the many images to support my review and also reflect that the reviews from staff came right after I posted my initial review.

Had to call the facility where I purchased my Mazda to help us. Took over 2 weeks for an a/c repair as they did not check their email for 5 days. Now - Bear with me.. I get to the point eventually! Stopped in here as the last place on the agenda for the first day of new car buying. I had already been to a couple of places to shop around and found some stuff I liked (loved.. just didn't buy because I refuse to be an "impulse buyer")... well right off the bat these dudes were your normal car-salesman-eager types (as soon as you drive up, they're right there with you)... but by the end of the car shopping day I didn't care and was ready to cut the crap. No more "I'm just looking"... so my RBF kicked in and I said "I like XYZ.. with XYZ included... blah blah... super specific.. impress me because I know nothing about Mazda I'm just here as a courtesy to YOU.." (Obviously that's word-for-word.. duh).. So Saul (he was great.. and Hector, too, later on) gave me a very sales-pitchy version of "I have just what you're looking for.. blah.. blah.. blah".... welp.. my RBF was very skeptical... but was pleasantly surprised that HE ACTUALLY DID!... He didn't lead me to the highest priced, best selling piece of fiberglass on wheels.... he gave me EXACTLY WHAT I was looking for... albeit... out of bud But... we got down to my budget.. and RBF was tired and just not sold... so they let me take it (not just for the night, but) for the entire weekend to see what I thought.. Not gonna lie.. this car is nothing special (yes it is.. to me! I LOVE IT).. it's a Smurfette-Blue Mazda CX 3 Touring.. So I drove it for the weekend... brought it back in with the intention to NOT get it... just had some minor issues... the style...the "add ons" (again, after seeing the competitors at multiple dealerships AND doing extensive research.. I knew WHAT I should get AND HOW MUCH I should pay)....the color (Okay Ill be honest.. this was my ONLY issue with it...SMURFETTE BLUE _ her name is now Smurfette..) ........... but dude.. after working with Saul And Hector And Elizabeth (the manager).. they came out to a price that made us ALL happy. And now I get a decent price at 0% interest.. unlimited car washes for a year... oil changes.. routine services... so much Stuff! AND.. as if THAT wasn't enough (Obviously, yes I Bought the car!).. what actually led me to this review.... they called to ask about my experience.. and dude.. I had a MILLION questions that I didn't think to ask when buying and stopping back in quickly and what not... this kid (who was just supposed to ask how I enjoyed my car buying experience) went completely OUT OF HIS WAY.. to not just talk to some salesmen to get some answers to basic questions.. but fully researched all that comes with an APP on my phone. So yeah.. let's just say I'm a happy camper

Please let me just say the customer service far surpasses the other two ram dealerships I visited and had previously purchased from. Rose Hermawan was very patient and did 90% of the deal via phone with out even meeting me! WOW! Jerry in finance was also very patient with me since I asked tons of questions! Weeks after the sale, the customer service, unlike other dealerships, has not stopped being great. From the service department installing my plates, to Trevor Wolf taking a few minutes of his time to talk to me. This kind of customer service is rare in a dealership and am lucky to have experienced it! Thank you guys for making a customer feel appreciated!

First off, let me clarify that Brianna was great, and I am completely satisfied with the service…read moreshe provided. My concern is with the vehicle itself and the dealership process. The service performed on the vehicle should have been completed at the 30,000-mile interval, but it was not. I purchased the vehicle with approximately 42,000 miles on it. Generally, dealerships perform a multi-point reconditioning inspection on used vehicles prior to resale. This process typically ranges from a safety-focused inspection to a comprehensive evaluation for Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicles and includes assessment of the exterior, interior, mechanical systems, and a test drive to identify required repairs or maintenance needed to bring the vehicle up to retail standards. From my perspective, if a required service is identified during that process, it should either be completed prior to resale or clearly disclosed to the customer at the time of purchase. As a large and reputable dealership like Sunland Park Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM, I expected a higher standard of transparency and preparation. Unfortunately, this experience makes it feel no different than some of the smaller used car dealerships on Alameda, where customers often expect corners to be cut or maintenance to be overlooked. I simply expected better from a notable dealership and wanted to express my concern regarding the lack of disclosure and completion of the required maintenance.
