From the very beginning, the salesman BRAILYN GUTIERREZ was condescending and dismissive. On our first visit, he made assumptions about our financial situation based solely on our appearance--making it out to seem as if we couldn't afford a vehicle without any prior knowledge or anything about us. This first interaction was offensive and unprofessional. Although this was our interaction we still continued to give the dealership the opportunity to work with us and we returned to finalize the purchase of two vehicles (2025 Chevy Suburban & 2025 Chevy 2500) BAILYN GUTIERREZ insisted on handling our sale even though we had explicitly already expressed our concerns that we didn't want to work with him and spoken to the manager. To avoid a long process my husband and I gave zero pushback on pricing or payments, yet we got a run around and Mr.Gutierrez wasn't transparent during the financing process and even made comments about the legitimacy of our business, saying we needed to "make the purchase look neater."That statement was not only insulting--it was inappropriate on every level and we provided legal documentation to shut down the claim Mr.Gutierrez made. We once again asked respectfully, and made our concerns known that we would not continue working with Mr.Gutierrez even communicated that clearly to his management. Our request was ignored. In fact, the disrespect continued where the finance manager went so far that he proceeded to scratch out the salesman's name on paperwork and write in another sales person's name--this clearly was just a tactic to "shut us up and get us out of the office." Now to make matters worst reflected on the official agreement was Mr.Gutierrez name proving that our request was ignored. This just goes to show the type of culture and values being upheld at this Rudolph Chevrolet. But what truly pushed this from disappointing to disturbing was discovering that after my initial HONEST review towards Rudolph Chevrolet they used staff to post reviews with fake 5-star reviews to drown out my legitimate customer review. As someone who relies on honest reviews when making major decisions, this is deeply troubling and deceptive. It's a clear attempt to manipulate public perception rather than take responsibility and improve. We spent a significant amount of money here--and left feeling disrespected, ignored, and misled. I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others to proceed with caution. Don't let a polished showroom fool you into thinking you'll be treated fairly. You deserve honesty, respect, and transparency--especially when you're investing in something as important as a vehicle. I recently brought my car in for routine maintenance, including an oil change, a recall service, tire rotation, and air-conditioning work. Unfortunately, my experience was unacceptable and has left me both disappointed and concerned for the safety of my family -- particularly my grandchild who regularly rides in this vehicle. Below is a summary of the issues: 1. Delay and Lack of Courtesy: I was left waiting over an hour for a ride to work after dropping my car off. When I asked a manager about how being late to work, she said the ride is a courtesy privilege. So rude I could have planned my own transport. Another disappointment in feedback. 2. No warning lights before I arrived and a Surprise Warning Light: After the maintenance, I was told a warning light appeared -- this was never an issue prior to my service appointment. 3. Voided Warranty on this fix: I was informed my warranty was voided due to supposed water damage from a spill. I have no knowledge of this and firmly believe there is a design flaw, as this "spill" seems linked to a button placed dangerously close to where people place drinks. This resulted in an unexpected $1,500 bill. 4. Tire Safety Risk: Less than 10 days after the service, one of my tires blew out. The emergency tire service technician advised that all of my tires were at unsafe tread levels. This is shocking given I paid for maintenance and expected safety checks. This incurred another costly out-of-pocket expense. 5. Paid $300 for Maintenance: Despite spending $300 on a maintenance package, I left in a worse -- and more dangerous -- condition than I arrived. I am warning the public of this practice. This is not the experience I expect from a company that values safety, integrity, and customer loyalty. I demand this situation be addressed -- including a review of the supposed water damage, tire safety negligence, and placement of critical components near cup holders. I truly believe this should prompt a recall or design review. If the organization Nissan Charlie Clark El Paso, is willing to resolve this matter responsibly, I am open to removing my complaint. Extremely Poor Communication and Service…read more Let me start by saying that the only reason I am giving this service center one star is because Google requires you to select at least one star to leave a rating. If zero stars were an option, that is exactly what I would give. Communication is horrible, and unfortunately, the service has been even worse. My wife's Jeep was left at this service center for approximately a month for warranty-covered repairs. She has full warranty coverage. What is especially frustrating is that she had to wait more than a week just for someone to even look at the vehicle and perform the initial diagnostic. That wasn't a week waiting for parts or repairs--it was over a week simply waiting for the vehicle to be evaluated. During that entire process, communication was extremely difficult, and she had to pay out of pocket for transportation because no loaner vehicle was offered. When we were finally told the Jeep was ready, my wife picked it up. Almost immediately, she noticed a noise coming from the front end and had to bring it back the very next day. After she dropped it off, the vehicle became completely inoperable--to the point that employees had to push it into the service area because it would not move. Since then, trying to get basic information about what happened to the vehicle or when it might be ready has been incredibly frustrating. Calls are placed on hold, messages are left with no response, text messages go unanswered, and even requests to speak with a manager have been ignored. What makes this worse is that this is the second time the vehicle is there for service after we were already told it was repaired and ready for pickup. Considering the circumstances, I believe providing a loaner vehicle or at minimum making a genuine effort to assist with transportation would be reasonable rather than expecting my wife to continue paying for another rental out of pocket. When we finally received a response regarding a rental, we were told to contact the warranty company ourselves. I asked for the warranty company's contact information since the dealership has already been communicating with them to obtain authorization for the repairs. Instead of simply providing the information, the woman at the front desk dismissively told me that I could look it up myself. That response perfectly summarizes the level of customer service we have experienced. We are still waiting for information and a return call regarding the vehicle. A warranty is only as good as the service department responsible for honoring it. Based on our experience, if you own a Jeep in El Paso and need warranty or service work, I would strongly recommend considering a dealership in New Mexico or elsewhere before bringing your vehicle here! ****UPDATE: Leadership did reach out (after this review was made) and explained that the dealership does not have a loaner vehicle program, and that the warranty company only covers rental vehicles for the first 7 years or 100,000 miles. My wife's vehicle is outside of both of those limits. I appreciate finally receiving that explanation. However, this actually reinforces one of the main issues addressed in my review: communication. Why was this not simply explained to us when we originally asked about a loaner or rental vehicle? Had someone taken a few minutes to explain the policy from the beginning, there would have been no confusion regarding that portion of our experience. I am adding this update to be fair and acknowledge the information leadership provided, but I am leaving my original review because the lack of communication, the excessive wait just to have the vehicle diagnosed, and the overall service experience still happened. As a large and reputable dealership like Sunland Park Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM, I expected a higher standard of transparency and preparation. Although I was not yelling or causing a scene, a female employee threatened to call the police on me. Rather than calming the situation, explaining where my vehicle was, or providing an update, the staff's conduct made me feel more frightened and unsafe. When an employee eventually handed me my keys, I was so scared, upset, and overwhelmed that I left immediately without making a complaint. This experience caused me significant emotional distress. Today, when I asked whether I could have my vehicle serviced, Eric accused me of lying and making up what happened in January. This response was dismissive and deeply upsetting. I approached the dealership seeking service and an opportunity to explain why I had left so abruptly--not to be accused of dishonesty. I am requesting: 1. A formal investigation into both incidents, including interviews with the employees involved and a review of any available service records and security footage. 2. Preservation of any relevant records or video footage from the January visit and today's interaction. 3. A written response explaining the results of the investigation and what steps will be taken. 4. Confirmation of whether Rudolph Honda will service my vehicle professionally and without retaliation. 5.
