Our car broke down on I-10 while crossing El Paso during our move from Los Angeles to San Antonio. We had our entire lives packed into that car and suddenly found ourselves stranded on the side of the freeway, not knowing what to do next. I am so grateful that the AAA tow truck brought us to this shop. Despite being extremely busy and having a full lot of vehicles waiting for service, Sergio took us in right away. However, when I went to Firestone, they said because of policy, they could only empty out all the oil and I needed to rebuy oil to fill it up to the right amount I call this place, Eric picks up the phone. And he was so accommodating!!! He told me that he could empty out the extra oil, and put the extra oil in a new container. My gosh, I'm so grateful that they helped me out I was feeling so sad at the idea of having to rebuy oil all over again, but these folks came through! Thank you Eric! Hooray to this place!
