Stopped in for tire pressure check as I've done in the past. I have never been charged. Its always been a pleasant quick "no problem ma'm" type thing. I usually don't write reviews based on service that isn't related to my experience but I came upon this shop a bit ago and decided to go to get my inspection done, I arrive to the place at hand and go up to check in about getting an inspection. While I'm there getting that situated I noticed an older looking man screaming his head off at one of his employees, immediately I had a bad vibe about this place as I do not respect nor like blatant disrespect towards anyone, especially in a work environment in front of customers which is very unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. After witnessing that I decided to take my business somewhere else, none the less if you want to go there beware of an angry boss screaming at his employees. My only feedback that can take away from this and improve is just treat your employees with basic human decency and respect and don't do that in front of customers either, it's very disrespectful and disgusting to witness, thank you. read more

This business has a great location right off the street. The waiting area is clean with A/C and restrooms. The young men are informative about your vehicle and ready to upsell you types of oils and air filters if needed. All the right things to keep your vehicle safe and running good, until you pay....No Military Discount, No Senior Discount's and that to ME is a whole star killer we have to take better care of our retirees and veterans. My 2021 Chevy Traverse required the oil change reset, it wasn't done. Thank goodness for YouTube it didn't take me long to fix it. I meant to talk about this place a long time ago. Basically, it only took me 2 visits to develop an intense affection for the craftsmanship this place exudes; not to mention the price. It depends on what you're having done. But I feel the prices here are aptly fair compared to the alternatives. For instance, I'm not likely to go to Firestone for a routine oil change because of the potential wait time. So, I come here instead. I'm not likely to waste my time and gas money driving all the way to the Pit Stop on Viscount Boulevard anymore; especially since, in addition to being overpriced and genuinely pushy on selling unnecessary additional cosmetic services, they also "forgot" to re-install two bolts on my oil pan. Now the thing dangles like a limp noodle. But...I digress. So, I come here instead. They're like, 5 minutes from my house, a state inspection costs around 18 bucks, and the mechanics seem very professional. If there's additional concerns they have with your vehicle, they'll mention them on the spot and even give recommendations. Best of all, I appreciate the fact that they aren't doing this simply as a mission to get every dollar out of your wallet; even if this IS essentially a means to a financial end for them. I highly recommend visiting this express shop if you're looking to have fast, simple work done such as a fluid change or state inspection and you happen to reside on the east side of El Paso. Asked to speak to owner Mr. BARRAZA they said would give message but "they didn't think he would call". My cars oil was incredibly Over Filled where it actually started leaking! This is only location I take my vehicle for oil changes...they looked up on their computer Claimed I had not been there since 2018...wow...lies! I had my yorkie with me last oil change..Will have dog for 2 yrs this coming May. They charged me $39 dollars and only topped my oil thus over filling it..have been driving my car for months this way...my motor could have locked or been damaged...now owner can't have the courtesy to contact me..irreprehensible read more

Took my car in for a simple oil change and they didn't put my splash guard back on correctly. Half way through my road trip, I start hearing this knocking sound while on the freeway. Thankfully, I was within a few miles of another auto shop and made it in just before they closed. I wouldn't recommend Auto Lube Express as they botched a very simple procedure and it could have turned out very bad for me if I had been in the middle of nowhere. These guys are awesome! I have been taking my wife's explorer and my mustang here for the past year for oil changes and inspections. Each time I arrive I am met quickly and with a smile. The services are always fast and efficient. I like to use high performance synthetics in both cars and they are one of the few shops left that allow you to bring your own oil. I've been going here for a couple years. These guys have to be the fastest in the west. I've never had a leak afterwards, they don't try to take advantage of you, if you really don't need an air filter they tell you.
