He communicates clearly about how you can get different types of service most efficiently and lets you decide if that works for you. If you appreciate the steady and honest approach, I think you'll enjoy the service you receive. I am 100% satisfied with the price I have paid for all services rendered. Also, I get my oil changes and routine items done here - it's a little less on-demand, but if I come in first thing in the morning, it's usually pretty quick. I prefer the greater consistency here versus the high staff turnover at chain oil changes.

Sergio saved our trip!…read more We will never forget the outstanding service he provided during one of the most stressful and uncertain moments we've ever experienced. Our car broke down on I-10 while crossing El Paso during our move from Los Angeles to San Antonio. We had our entire lives packed into that car and suddenly found ourselves stranded on the side of the freeway, not knowing what to do next. I am so grateful that the AAA tow truck brought us to this shop. Despite being extremely busy and having a full lot of vehicles waiting for service, Sergio took us in right away. Not only did he diagnose the problem quickly, but he also took the time to hand-draw a map showing where we were and where we could find lodging for the night. That small gesture meant so much to us in that moment. Thankfully, the issue turned out to be the alternator. Sergio got to work immediately, kept us informed throughout the process, and treated us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. What impressed us most was not only his expertise, but also his commitment to his customers, his honesty, and the confidence he inspires. His workmanship is backed by a two-year warranty, and after our experience, I can honestly say the service was worth every penny. By 4:00 PM the next day, we were back on the road and able to continue our journey to San Antonio. Sergio gave us something we desperately needed during a very difficult time: peace of mind. We are deeply grateful and will never forget his help. I recommend this shop without hesitation.

So, here I am. I googled for a place to do my emissions test, I chose Bagdon because of its location, hours and because it is a local owned business. There were no other people ahead of me, the owner was attentive and took care of other lil issues with my vehicle along with the emissions test. When it comes to vehicle service I have had way more positive experiences with local business than nation wide franchise. Bagdon Diagnostic Center is the place to come for your emission's test in El Paso's Northeast.

I believe the CV joints also had to be fixed at one point. The car was running better after it was taken to them. It was an older car so eventually I had to have more work done to it. I had to go to different mechanics to fix it from time to time. Hondas can last a lifetime if you take good care of them. My Honda lasted about 20 years. They're pretty low maintenance cars until they get a little bit older. I believe it was around for 105,000 miles. I owned another Honda but it unfortunately got totaled after eight years. Anyway... I didn't deal with the staff directly. A relative helped me out and took the vehicle for me. They dealt with the employees. They said everything ran smoothly with the staff. My main concern was if they could fix my car. They were able to do that...for awhile at least. I would consider taking another vehicle to them. Overall a good experience here. I'm not sure about the exact price. My relative took care of that for me (which I'm grateful for btw).
