Same computer system for all three. Cost for parts and labor for the first estimate was inflated by about 30%. The markups for the second estimate were not as much, but still high. I read the reviews for Sergio Lewis Body Shop, had three personal recommendations, and the repair cost was much lower than the first two estimates. My bias is to work with local businesses whenever possible. Norma Jean was wonderful to work with and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Customer service and quality work are superior!

They took a very good care of my car using some of the best products in the industry like Chemical Guys and Meguiar's. They also took a good care of me because they dropped me off at a local coffee shop and picked me up when my car was ready. It just shows how much they appreciate their customers. My car only had 7000 miles on it when this happened. When I got my car back I wasn't happy with the repairs. When I told them about it they claimed they attempted to fix my concerns and returned my vehicle. I feel I was force feed my car back. I really wasn't happy with my car, but I felt there was nothing I could do. So why the 5stars? A year later, the job on my car was noticed. When I explained what had happened, I was told to take the car back. I really didn't want to deal with the situation nor the shop anymore. When I mentioned that Caliber had done the repairs, they told me that I could take it to any Caliber in EL Paso. I reached out to Caliber I-10. After speaking to the manager there, I got a phone call from their regional manager. Long story short. Caliber did everything to make this right. I am not here to tell everyone how to get something for nothing. I am here to tell anyone reading this that I believe that if I would have taken my vehicle to most other shops I would've had to just live with my car the way I didn't like. I know this sounds like a commercial, but I promise you this. Caliber redeemed themselves with me. I will recommend this place to anyone at any chance I get. Both the manger at the I-10 location and the regional manager made sure that everything was taken care of and that I got my car back looking great! He sent me text updates throughout the process letting me know my car was continuously cared for every single day.
